The highlight is the spacious, furnished veranda—an outdoor living room where you can relax, sunbathe, or enjoy unforgettable dinners with the barbecue, all surrounded by a well-kept garden that offers moments of peace and serenity. The recently built house provides every comfort: a cozy bedroom with a double bed and an armchair bed ideal for children, a modern bathroom, and a living room with a double sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchenette. Behind the apartment, in the shared area accessible from your private courtyard, there is a communal pool available throughout the season from June 1st, exclusively with swim caps, which are required for use. The pool closes on September 30th. Located in a strategic position, just steps from free beaches and the crystal-clear sea, you can explore the beauty of Castelsardo, one of Italy's most beautiful villages, known for its cultural events like the Lunissanti festival, Holy Week, summer carnival with floats, and wonderful concerts featuring international musicians during major holidays such as Easter, May 1st, Ferragosto, and New Year's. Visiting Castelsardo lets you discover authentic traditions like basket weaving and making fishing traps; the town has a thousand-year history and boasts the only working drawbridge in Italy.
