Days Inn by Wyndham Ridgefield NJ

Our room wasn’t cleaned once, the windows in the hall and the door were all open. The carpets were stained and waterlogged. Our TV didn’t work so we had to use our phones to watch tv at night.said breakfast was to be provided, there was toast and yogurt and cereal. I was very disappointed. I spent a lot of money and had the worst hotel experience. I would like a partial refund. I could’ve spent what I did at a much nicer hotel. What a shame. I do however have one good experience. The day we checked in, the front desk guy gave us directions to the bus and showed us how to get to the bus stop. I will never come back and will never recommend to anyone else to book there

The room was clean, the common areas like stairwells, hallways and the check-in area was not very great. Parking was well there were plenty of spots, I wouldn’t say it feels safe, kinda park and run to the room and lock the door behind you kinda place.

room needs to be more brighter

Staff were great, but the place was dirty.

For staying in winter months, thicker blankets and HEAT needed. Woke up freezing cold.
