Un très bel hôtel situé dans une bel environnement (falaises de Los Gigantes à 10 mn à pieds). Le personnel est d'une très grande gentillesse. Le ménage est fait tous les jours. Les buffets sont variés et de très bonne qualité. Les infrastructures de jeux (terrains foot, volley, accrobranche) au top!

We visited this property from the USA for a family vacation (family of five with three kids under 12). The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The food was what you would expect from a large resort. Plenty of options: some of it good, some of it not so good. The hotel has two large pools and plenty of activities for adults and kids. The views from the hotel (ocean and cliffs) are spectacular. Offsite activities on the island are very good. I would recommend taking at least one or two excursions. We did a boat tour, water park trip, and star gazing excursion, all of which were excellent. The stargazing tour, in particular, I would highly recommend. We rented a car for the trip, which I would not recommend. Shuttles and taxis are a better way to go. One minor downside is that this hotel is not beachside. The beach is walking distance, but the walk is down a very steep hill. The beach, however, is gorgeous and worth the walk. All in all, I would definitely recommend this resort to a family from the USA. The resort is akin to what you would find in Mexico, the Dominican Republic, Jamaica, Aruba, etc., but the surrounding area is much more accessible and fun to explore.

Overall good hotel but not great. Very crowded especially during meal times and at the pool. The hotel offers a lot for guests especially kids like the playground and the escalating garden. The food was good but not great as well.

Etablissement très propre, le personnel est serviable, poli, pros.... Les chambres sont spacieuces. 2 piscines sont à disposition espace jeux aquatiques pour les plus petits. Un mini accrobranche un mini golf profiteront a toute la famille. La plage et des petits commerces sont dispo en contrebas de l'hôtel. Le bar et les retaurants sont top, choix variés!!! Le seul bemol est qu'il est proposé dans certaines formules 1 resto dans l'enceinte de l'hôtel une fois dans la semaine mais notre formule ne le proposait pas. Autrement, vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés. L'hôtel est à 25 min de l'aéroport. On a adoré.

Hébergement en all incluse. Tout se trouve su place, c'est assez génial. L'alimentation est vraiment top pour cette gamme d'hôtel. Manque plus d'animation pour les adultes sinon les équipements sont top, et le spa de très bonne qualité

Tolle Anlage mit umfangreichen Aktivitätenangebot - insbesondere für Kinder. Wer sich hier langweilt, ist selber Schuld. ;-) Das Essen im Haupt-Restaurant ist gut, könnte aber aus unserer Sicht etwas mehr Abwechslung gebrauchen.

The hotel was amazing. Great facilities for the family including swimming pools, spa, buffets, pool snack/bar. We booked all inclusive option which had great options and food and beverages (including beers and wines). Inside the hotel, there are souvenir shop, mini market, slot machine games & billiards, theater and outdoor facilities (climbing, tennis, basketball, football, golf & volley court Entertainment Activities every day to entertain kids and adults. Also two a la carte restaurants (grill & italian) which are open day by day and need reservation. You can also book boat trips or other external activities and have some personalized photo shoot in support desks inside the hotel. Some things which can be improved are the shampoo & hand soap (no conditioner) which are of low quality and room cleanliness (floor). Our trip was amazing and we will visit the hotel again for sure!

Die Möglichkeiten für Kinder waren herausragend. Insbesondere das Trampolin. Die Pools könnten etwas liebevoller/interessanter gestaltet sein, aber sind sehr groß und es gibt immer ausreichend liegen. Das Zimmer war sauber. Die tägliche Reinigung war teilweise nicht ausreichend, da einige haare zurückblieben. Beim Essen gab es viel Auswahl. Es war nicht immer alles nach unserem Geschmack, aber man konnte immer etwas finden.

I met Ana Mendez there, SHE IS AN ADORABLE PERSON, and she will guide you through all the details, directions, availability, etc. She is very professional and will help reserving your activities, in my opinion I believe this is the best choice if you want to get the most of your stay, if you are looking for ADVENTURE, I RECOMMEND planning your excursions and activities with Ana. Séjour très agréable dans ce très bel hôtel. Les points + : chambre très spacieuse et très jolie. Grande terrasse, buffet : nourriture variée et bonne, peut-être moins de choix sur les viandes mais ça ne m'a pas dérangée, le gros point + c'est vraiment les piscines et surtout la place sur les transats (quel bonheur de ne pas avoir à laisser sa serviette ds 8h !!!). Malgré beaucoup de monde et d'enfants, il y a de la place et on peut se trouver des places au calme. Pour ceux qui ont des enfants, il y a vraiment du choix pour eux. Eau de la piscine chaude. Autour de l'hôtel il y a de quoi marcher mais attention ça grimpe ;). Et la vue sur l'ocean depuis les bars/restaurants est vraiment magnifique. Personnel très agréable. Petits points négatifs : ménage des chambres rapide... et certains clients pas trop respectueux des autres au niveau du bruit : enfant qui crie (je précise que j'ai un enfant donc je sais ce que c'est...) et personnes qui parlent fort aux alentours des chambres. Des petites affichettes rappelant quelques règles pourraient être une solution.. mais globalement une très bonne expérience et je recommande cet hôtel

Overall we had a great stay. The staff work very hard and it is super clean and friendly. The areas that need improvement are the friendliness and customer service of the reception staff and the entertainment for new year. Both were not good enough. Firstly the reception staff were not friendly and made you feel they were doing you a favour. The only one who was good was Rita. On arrival we had a problem as we booked 2 rooms as a family with children and at the time of booking and afterwards sent messages requesting they were next to each other. After spending money on two rooms for a week this was not a difficult request especially when booking 3 months ahead. It was not done and the reception staff were not friendly and did not apologise. They blamed the fact that we booked on Expedia. They did move us the next day, and it was fine. But it was an awful first impression of the hotel, for such a simple family request. The entertainment on New Year was poor. There was nothing fun for people to do or dance. People were bored. This would need to improve. Apart from these two items, we had a great stay. The food was good. The new year dinner was outstanding. We enjoyed the location and atmosphere in the hotel. It was spotlessly clean. The bar and restaurant staff were excellent. This was our 2nd time staying at Landmar and it is fabulous. The only bad parts are...tiny bugs in the bathroom..gross. Rude people in the gift shop and thank goodness we ate out on Monday evening. I'm not sure what was going on, but the line to eat was all the way down the hall. Its terrible to see families with exhausted children just waiting to eat dinner. I still highly recommend the Landmar and would stay again. My family loves it there and there is always something to do. You can't beat the value. The best thing about this stay was the female singer/guitar player they had Monday evening, she was absolutely fantastic!!!

Family friendly and heated pools. Plenty of sun beds for everyone and a warm friendly staff. There is plenty to do for the kids and housekeeping was excellent. I would recommend. The only thing I would say is to have hand sanitizer around the restaurants as all inclusive buffet we need to encourage people cleaning their hands more before eating.

Hôtel très propre. Nous avions pris une chambre pour 4, et c'était en fait deux chambre côte à côte. Literie très confortable. L'hôtel est en cours de rénovation. Les piscines sont bien et il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer une très bonne semaine. Le resto à volonté a suffisamment de variété pour vous satisfaire (ce n'est pas de la grande cuisine, mais les plats sont frais).

Not the nicest all-inclusive but perfect for a family on a budget. There was a lot for the kids to do. Our disappointment was the room. Outdated with cheap appliances. The fridge wasn’t actually a “fridge” we were told. This was a challenge for us because we needed a way to keep my baby’s milk cold. The breakfast buffet had a lot of choices but less so for lunch and dinner. The spa was nice. My son had fun at the kids club. The baby club was closed Tues and Wed and they require an extra fee. Overall not a bad place to stay if you are on a budget.

We spent the last several days here. Family of four with kids 12yo and 10yo. Pools are great, activities at the one pool were engaging for all ages. Drinks and snacks easily accessible. Buffets we’re good but standard variety. Snack bar wasn’t great pizza, fries, burgers. Could do with some different options there. Room was nice and clean. We hung the do not disturb sign on our door each day but it was disregarded by the housekeeping. They still came in and made beds even though we put the sign out for them not to. Balcony is good for drying pool clothes and towels. Wish they communicated the activities for the evening better. If you want quiet after 9pm then don’t bother. There was loud music played in the evenings until midnight almost as well as fireworks. So if you have small children who are trying to sleep this could be an issue. Staff was friendly and helpful. Excursion desk was helpful in booking a boat tour and it was fun! Recommend if you want somewhere to stay that’s convenient. Beach is a hike down to and worse coming back up but a beautiful place to see.

Die Unterkunft scheint einmal eine sehr gute gewesen zu sein. Leider ist sie etwas in die Jahre gekommen und wird eher halbherzig Instand gehalten. Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich, im Gegensatz zum Personal an der Bar. Zur Zeit unseres Besuchs wurde, über mehrere Tage, in dem Ort ein Volksfest mit sehr lauter Musik und Feuerwerk veranstaltet (meistens fing das Feuerwerk gegen Mitternacht an und die Musik ging bis 5 Uhr morgens). An sich haben wir nichts gegen solche Feste, jedoch war es die letzten Tage fast unmöglich eine Nacht durchzuschlafen.

Fantastic location, beautiful ocean views. Hotel have provided everything we could ask for-very friendly staff, great animation and attractions for children, delicious food, beautiful and clean rooms. We had amazing time and hope to be back one day:)

Das Hotel machte einen modernen und sauberen Eindruck. Alles funktionierte gut. Der Pool ist beheizt, hat Pingpongtische, grosser Kletterpark, Kinderspielplatz und vieles mehr. Der Tennisplatz ist ganz klein. Abendunterhaltung war gut, wir fanden den Saal richtig schön. Das Essen ist normal gut, wie man es bei All-Inclusive erwarten kann. Das Familienzimmer mit Meersicht im Sektor B war frisch gestrichen und wirklich sehr gross. Ich finde es nur etwas zu teuer.

We hadden een prachtig uitzicht op de zee en een gezinskamer met genoeg ruimte voor alles. Het is mooi ruim allemaal en we hebben altijd goed kunnen zitten aan het zwembad of tijdens het eten. Voor een all in resort nog wel veel aanvullende kosten zoals de spelletjes voor kinderen binnen en drankjes die niet uit een machine komen. Parkeren van je auto is ook vrij kostbaar maar wel nodig gezien de ligging. We hebben er een hele fijne en leuke tijd gehad.

Emplacement : à 10 mn à pied de la Playa de la Arena par la sortie en bas du complexe. Los Gigantes est une bonne station balnéaire où séjourner en famille. Le parking de l'hôtel est payant on peut stationner gratuitement à 5 mn à pied. Chambres : cela vaut le coup de payer un peu plus pour une Suite Ocean View. La chambre est spacieuse, la déco moderne, la vue sur l'océan belle et le ménage bien fait. Toutefois, la literie est moyenne (lits sur roulettes, matelas un peu mous) et l'insonorisation mauvaise (heureusement la musique s'arrête à 23h). Wi-Fi gratuit en chambre de bonne qualité. Restauration : classique pour un 4* all inclusive, un choix de nourriture varié mais de qualité basique. Même avis pour les boissons, il y a du bon : vrai Pepsi, quelques cocktails corrects ; et du mauvais : autres sodas basiques, jus de fruits du petit-déj chimiques et certains cocktails (le mojito est affreux !). Infrastructure : complexe immense donc les gens sont bien dispatchés, mais cela fait de grandes distances à parcourir. L'hôtel reste accessible aux fauteuils et poussettes car il y a des rampes et ascenseurs partout. La végétation est abondante et entretenue, donc le cadre est agréable. This left us frustrated that we couldn\'t have dinner at the restaurant or schedule a high rope climbing activity without reserving a day or so in advance. Reception also missed on opportunities to be a little flexible rather we heard several times, "this is not possible". Landmar felt more like a cruiseship marry-go-round, where you get on, then you get off, don\'t expect any 4 or 5 star customer service.

Hotel was in good location and some staffs are very friendly. Where most of them refer somebody else and no clear direction from the staffs- that can be improved. Food wise first few days was very exciting then felt the most of the items are same n everyday menu. Please consider to change the variety and open up more on vegetarians option. Apart from everything was very good. Finally forget to mention about the drinks which was very basic not the good quality wines/sprits available for All-inclusive. Must be improved to gain more Customers.

I met Ana Mendez there, SHE IS AN ADORABLE PERSON, and she will guide you through all the details, directions, availability, etc. She is very professional and will help reserving your activities, in my opinion I believe this is the best choice if you want to get the most of your stay, if you are looking for ADVENTURE, I RECOMMEND planning your excursions and activities with Ana. The staff was always very friendly and polite. Hotel looks beautiful. Kids had lot's of entertainment but I wish kids klub lasted few more hours. The only minus - when checking out early there's no chance of getting any food (even though you're still entitled to get a meal)

Very friendly staff who put on adult and children's games throughout every day and different cabaret events in the bar area each night (including Christmas day. The food was excellent quality with a huge choice. It was such a large complex and well organised it didn't seem crowded at any time. Even though it was fully booked. Weather was great and we've come home with a suntan after only a week there over Christmas.

On arrival we had a problem as we booked 2 rooms as a family with children and at the time of booking and afterwards sent messages requesting they were next to each other. After spending money on two rooms for a week this was not a difficult request especially when booking 3 months ahead. It was not done and the reception staff were not friendly and did not apologise. They blamed the fact that we booked on Expedia. They did move us the next day, and it was fine. But it was an awful first impression of the hotel, for such a simple family request. The entertainment on New Year was poor. There was nothing fun for people to do or dance. People were bored. This would need to improve. Apart from these two items, we had a great stay. The food was good. The new year dinner was outstanding. We enjoyed the location and atmosphere in the hotel. It was spotlessly clean. The bar and restaurant staff were excellent. Overall it was a good choice.

Bien dans l’ensemble. Chambre propre mais lieux communs un peu moins. Notre semaine a été bien occupée entre la plage (plus facile d’y aller que de revenir car hôtel en hauteur), excursions volcans, excursions bateau et piscine . Les buffets étaient biens. Peut être rappeler les règles de vie en communauté serait utile pour certains touristes qui ne font vraiment pas attention au bruit.

We spent the last several days here. Family of four with kids 12yo and 10yo. Pools are great, activities at the one pool were engaging for all ages. Drinks and snacks easily accessible. Buffets we’re good but standard variety. Snack bar wasn’t great pizza, fries, burgers. Could do with some different options there. Room was nice and clean. We hung the do not disturb sign on our door each day but it was disregarded by the housekeeping. They still came in and made beds even though we put the sign out for them not to. Balcony is good for drying pool clothes and towels. Wish they communicated the activities for the evening better. If you want quiet after 9pm then don’t bother. There was loud music played in the evenings until midnight almost as well as fireworks. So if you have small children who are trying to sleep this could be an issue. Staff was friendly and helpful. Excursion desk was helpful in booking a boat tour and it was fun! Recommend if you want somewhere to stay that’s convenient. Beach is a hike down to and worse coming back up but a beautiful place to see.

We visited this property from the USA for a family vacation (family of five with three kids under 12). The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The food was what you would expect from a large resort. Plenty of options: some of it good, some of it not so good. The hotel has two large pools and plenty of activities for adults and kids. The views from the hotel (ocean and cliffs) are spectacular. Offsite activities on the island are very good. I would recommend taking at least one or two excursions. We did a boat tour, water park trip, and star gazing excursion, all of which were excellent. The stargazing tour, in particular, I would highly recommend. We rented a car for the trip, which I would not recommend. Shuttles and taxis are a better way to go. One minor downside is that this hotel is not beachside. The beach is walking distance, but the walk is down a very steep hill. The beach, however, is gorgeous and worth the walk. All in all, I would definitely recommend this resort to a family from the USA. The resort is akin to what you would find in Mexico, the Dominican Republic, Jamaica, Aruba, etc., but the surrounding area is much more accessible and fun to explore.

Honest review from a couple in their 30’s: we wanted to stay in a quiet place and just relax and read a book. We paid for a sea view but a school was front of our balcony, we didn’t manage to sleep in peace in the mornings, the kids were there and played outside all day. By the pool we couldn’t relax either cuz of the kids, they were loud and everywhere, don’t take me wrong it’s a paradise for families with kids but not a place to relax. Food section was not as good either and u could hear someone’s baby were crying nonstop. We rented a car and went away most days, we tried to get a refund and find another hotel but it was possible from hotel.com, adults only section was only beds for adults but the kids were on both pools… short said it was not relaxing. I recommend couples like us to book the delmar del playar ( sisters hotel) 5 min walk from this one, much more relaxing and it’s beautiful. Oh btw we stayed for two weeks and there was red flag on the beach every day!!!! We were not able to swim there and somebody got drowned there another day. Tbh a perfect hotel for families with kids to stay there and not leave the hotel. It’s very big and u will do 10k steps a day from ur room to the pool.

Fantastic location, beautiful ocean views. Hotel have provided everything we could ask for-very friendly staff, great animation and attractions for children, delicious food, beautiful and clean rooms. We had amazing time and hope to be back one day:)

We hadden een prachtig uitzicht op de zee en een gezinskamer met genoeg ruimte voor alles. Het is mooi ruim allemaal en we hebben altijd goed kunnen zitten aan het zwembad of tijdens het eten. Voor een all in resort nog wel veel aanvullende kosten zoals de spelletjes voor kinderen binnen en drankjes die niet uit een machine komen. Parkeren van je auto is ook vrij kostbaar maar wel nodig gezien de ligging. We hebben er een hele fijne en leuke tijd gehad.

Hotel molto pulito, curato nei dettagli e personale molto gradevole e gentile. Ottima destinazione per famiglie, ma anche per coppie. A pochi passi dal mare e situato in una zona molto tranquilla. Unica attenzione: non parcheggiare la macchina nella strada principale perchè gli autisti degli autobus guidano in stile piloti di Formula 1 e ogni tanto sbattono contro le altre macchine.

Emplacement : à 10 mn à pied de la Playa de la Arena par la sortie en bas du complexe. Los Gigantes est une bonne station balnéaire où séjourner en famille. Le parking de l'hôtel est payant on peut stationner gratuitement à 5 mn à pied. Chambres : cela vaut le coup de payer un peu plus pour une Suite Ocean View. La chambre est spacieuse, la déco moderne, la vue sur l'océan belle et le ménage bien fait. Toutefois, la literie est moyenne (lits sur roulettes, matelas un peu mous) et l'insonorisation mauvaise (heureusement la musique s'arrête à 23h). Wi-Fi gratuit en chambre de bonne qualité. Restauration : classique pour un 4* all inclusive, un choix de nourriture varié mais de qualité basique. Même avis pour les boissons, il y a du bon : vrai Pepsi, quelques cocktails corrects ; et du mauvais : autres sodas basiques, jus de fruits du petit-déj chimiques et certains cocktails (le mojito est affreux !). Infrastructure : complexe immense donc les gens sont bien dispatchés, mais cela fait de grandes distances à parcourir. L'hôtel reste accessible aux fauteuils et poussettes car il y a des rampes et ascenseurs partout. La végétation est abondante et entretenue, donc le cadre est agréable. Tout est adapté pour les enfants (Toilettes, buffets etc). la quasi totalité des clients sont des familles. Cela impliques aussi quelques inconvénients et notamment le niveau sonore dans les espaces clos (restaurants etc.). Les infrastructures sont globalement bonnes meme si un rafraichissement serait bienvenu a certains endroits. J’ai globalement ete assez deçu du service de restauration. Les plats sont peu variés et sont quasi exclusivement industriels. Pour les clients sans enfant, je pense qu’il est plus judicieux de choisir un autre hotel.

Not to write home about. Checked in, got wrong room. Breakfast buffet is ample and large variety, but mediocre quality. The coffee makers dispense instant coffee, the juice is diluted cheap concentrate. The upside are freshly cooked eggs at the omelette station. Another huge thumbs down is that they charged extra for the use of the in-room safe. Well, there is a first for everything and this was a first for me. Other than that, i visited the restaurant exactly once for dinner as we arrived late. The pool has a slide, but no water park as advertised. The pool area and the free activities including climbing forest, mini golf, splash pool, beach volleyball, archery and others were nice and well kept. All in all it was ok, but not good value for money. We will not come again.

Hotel was in good location and some staffs are very friendly. Where most of them refer somebody else and no clear direction from the staffs- that can be improved. Food wise first few days was very exciting then felt the most of the items are same n everyday menu. Please consider to change the variety and open up more on vegetarians option. Apart from everything was very good. Finally forget to mention about the drinks which was very basic not the good quality wines/sprits available for All-inclusive. Must be improved to gain more Customers.

Séjour très agréable dans ce très bel hôtel. Les points + : chambre très spacieuse et très jolie. Grande terrasse, buffet : nourriture variée et bonne, peut-être moins de choix sur les viandes mais ça ne m'a pas dérangée, le gros point + c'est vraiment les piscines et surtout la place sur les transats (quel bonheur de ne pas avoir à laisser sa serviette ds 8h !!!). Malgré beaucoup de monde et d'enfants, il y a de la place et on peut se trouver des places au calme. Pour ceux qui ont des enfants, il y a vraiment du choix pour eux. Eau de la piscine chaude. Autour de l'hôtel il y a de quoi marcher mais attention ça grimpe ;). Et la vue sur l'ocean depuis les bars/restaurants est vraiment magnifique. Personnel très agréable. Petits points négatifs : ménage des chambres rapide... et certains clients pas trop respectueux des autres au niveau du bruit : enfant qui crie (je précise que j'ai un enfant donc je sais ce que c'est...) et personnes qui parlent fort aux alentours des chambres. Des petites affichettes rappelant quelques règles pourraient être une solution.. mais globalement une très bonne expérience et je recommande cet hôtel

Malgré beaucoup de monde et d'enfants, il y a de la place et on peut se trouver des places au calme. Pour ceux qui ont des enfants, il y a vraiment du choix pour eux. Eau de la piscine chaude. Autour de l'hôtel il y a de quoi marcher mais attention ça grimpe ;). Et la vue sur l'ocean depuis les bars/restaurants est vraiment magnifique. Personnel très agréable. Petits points négatifs : ménage des chambres rapide... et certains clients pas trop respectueux des autres au niveau du bruit : enfant qui crie (je précise que j'ai un enfant donc je sais ce que c'est...) et personnes qui parlent fort aux alentours des chambres. Des petites affichettes rappelant quelques règles pourraient être une solution.. mais globalement une très bonne expérience et je recommande cet hôtel

Overall we had a great stay. Initially we weren't very happy with the room but the staff was super helpful and friendly, especially Rita who checked us in. The property is clean, food at the buffet is varied and tasty, lots of healthy options. The Spa is wonderful. It is 21€ per day, but when the weather is bad it totally worth it. Entertainment for adults was nice, different musician every night. But it would have been nice to have it on for a bit longer than 10:30pm. Overall it was good though. What surprised me is that 2 of the 3 restaurants weren't included, and this isn't clear when booking. The bar is also not included, not even coffees... again this is misleading when booking. However, Rita kindly gave us a voucher for one of the a la carte restaurant, which was lovely.
