Glyfada is a vibrant coastal suburb of Athens known for its chic atmosphere, beautiful beaches, and lively nightlife. The apartment is just a 5-minute walk from Glyfada's main shopping street, Metaxa, where you will find luxury boutiques, local shops, excellent restaurants, cafés, and bars serving both Greek and international cuisine. Nearby highlights include Glyfada Marina, beautiful beaches, the Glyfada Golf Course, and the famous Vouliagmeni Lake with its natural thermal waters. The area also offers scenic promenades perfect for walking or cycling. Downtown Athens is about 30–40 minutes away by car or tram. The tram runs frequently along the coastline and connects to major landmarks such as Syntagma Square and the Acropolis. Please note: The apartment is located in a central area of the city, close to restaurants, shops and main streets. As a result, guests may experience typical urban noise from traffic and city activity, especially during busy hours.
