Nuestra estancia fue agradable, la habitación muy bonita y limpia, en general el complejo luce mucho mejor de lo que se puede apreciar por fuera, el estacionamiento es un tanto pequeño pero encontramos lugar, en general considero que es excelente por el precio que pagamos.

Beautiful lobby and rooftop bar with views! Great central location in Chapalita neighborhood with dining options and walkable. Front desk and concierge staff were very courteous and helpful. Loved the large rooms with a shower and soaking tub! Beds and pillows were very comfy and black out curtains were great. Recommend and hope to return!

Me encantó el hotel, me gustó mucho porque la habitación muy limpia, amplia en el sentido de que está bien distribuida, es una de las pocas opciones que he encontrado donde me puedo hospedar con mi esposa y mis tres hijos en una misma habitación práctica y amplia con toda la comodidad. Definitivamente será mi opción para regresar a este hotel en Guadalajara. La única área de oportunidad es que la altura del estacionamiento es muy baja (1.90 m) y no pude entrar con mi camioneta más allá de la entrada (Suburban), así que tuve que estacionarme afuera del hotel durante la noche. De ahí en fuera es mi opción ideal para hospedarme en Guadalajara. Muchas gracias por todo.

I didn’t feel the room was very clean. The outlet in the bathroom didn’t work, so there was no where to do my hair in front of a mirror and we had a wedding to go to. The location wasn’t bad but the food at the hotel was way overpriced even by American standards. I did like the valet parking but I dont know where I would have parked anyway if it wasn’t for the valet, so not Really Much of an option anyway. the staff were pretty nice. The gym was decent. The location was alright. It had cool vibes and looked neat

The hotel has convenient parking, spacious, clean rooms, comfortable beds, a great breakfast menu and a beautiful bar but the best by far is the service of its friendly and attentive staff. Yvette, Mayra, Pablo, Cristopher and Daniel made us feel at home and took great care of us.

Seleccionamos este hotel para pasar la noche ya que indicaba que tenía estacionamiento, techado y con vigilancia. Al llegar nos mandaron a estacionar a la calle y nos dijeron que lo hiciéramos cerca del módulo de vigilancia. Quisimos cancelar pero no se pudo. Realmente arruino la experiencia para nosotros.

el hotel esta padrisimo, todo es muy nuevo y moderno, la atencion en general es muy buena. tuvimos un problema con la television y el internet que la alimentaba por lo que no pudimos utilizarla, se aviso al hotel y enviaron personal de mtto. sin embargo comentaron que era problema del prestador del servicio de cable y no hubo nada que hacer

The rooms are pretty sound proof. I could not hear anyone in the rooms next to me, above me, or below me. And the blinds are blackout. Both of these things really helps to get a good night's sleep.

I like the location, I didn’t like the fact that the room didn’t have windows to the outside or at least to the court, room too dark and not enough lighting nor ventilation. Staff need to be aware of the private events because they didn’t have the correct and up to date info. Good location, valet parking very friendly, great food.

Confortable, en cuestion de la amplitud de la habitación bastante amplia , el aroma de las amenidades de baño nos encantó, las camas muy comodas. La limpieza excelente, el interntet con muy buena velocidad. Estan muy bien insonorizadas, asi que se descansa con mucha agusticidad 😆

Good staff. Concierge was especially friendly and chatty. Convenient restaurant. Spacious room (Corner King) with wonderful soaking tub. Not enough places to hang towels, tub drain was confusing, and we couldn't get the TV to work, but room was otherwise nice. We appreciated having convenient outlets to plug in our devices at the desk and next to the bed.

Terrible experiencia, solo salían unas gotas de agua en la regadera y estas eran hirviendo o congeladas, imposible templarla, por la cantidad de agua que salía fué imposible lavarme el pelo ahí y tuve que hacerlo en el lavarnos. También solo había una toalla de manos y una facial en una habitación que se supone es doble. El aire acondicionado no es integral sino mini split y hace mucho ruido. A favor..el personal es muy amable y hay servicio de valet muy eficiente.

This is a nice property with great staff. Good location nearby the Expo. My only problem was with the water in the shower. Pressure was nearly zero. My usual 5 minute shower took at least 10 minutes with the slow dribble from the shower head. It should be better at a nice hotel like this.

The hotel has convenient parking, spacious, clean rooms, comfortable beds, a great breakfast menu and a beautiful bar but the best by far is the service of its friendly and attentive staff. Yvette, Mayra, Pablo, Cristopher and Daniel made us feel at home and took great care of us.

Absolutely one of my favorite hotel stays. Hotel is beautiful. Almost all staff speaks English. Food is wonderful and they have 24H room service available. I just wish they had a business center but no problem I needed 30 photocopies and the front desk did it for me. I’d give 6 stars if I could !

Beautiful lobby and rooftop bar with views! Great central location in Chapalita neighborhood with dining options and walkable. Front desk and concierge staff were very courteous and helpful. Loved the large rooms with a shower and soaking tub! Beds and pillows were very comfy and black out curtains were great. Recommend and hope to return!

Great value hotel with amazing staff. I knew multiple members of staff by first name by the time i left. They made a 4 star hotel feel like a 5 star. The hotel is in a central location and had easy access to ubers to get anywhere in the city.

The hotel is out of the area I asked. 1/2 an hour driving from where I wanted to be. The room is really small and it is in an area that you canot walk because it is in the middle of a highway

This is a beautiful hotel. We stayed with our little fur baby and had a wonderful experience. There are two parks nearby and a pharmacy as well. We absolutely love this hotel and stay here every time we visit Guadalajara.

Love Hotel Indigo Expo in the Chapalita Area of Guadalajara! We are repeat visitors on stay cation when we come to the city. Front counter, sevice and wait staff were all extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable of the area. Dinning and bar options were delicious. Hotel ambiance was unique and beautiful. The room setup provided plenty of space, the beds were very comfortable and cleanliness was great.

I have stayed at this property a few times, and have had no complaints. This time, there were as few hiccups with my stay, beginning with a bellhop who did not seem to understand I did not require assistance with my luggage. I requested a smaller room than usual as I would only be spending one night here but did not expect there to be such a stark difference between what I had had before and what I was assigned this time. The AC was slow to kick in, even after I left the room to eat dinner at the restaurant downstairs (one of the highlights of my stay!), the room was still warm. The floor of the room was scratched and gashed as if something had been dragged through it, which made parts of it difficult to step on. In the bathroom, there was already trash in the bin in the water closet, and a random dirty plastic drainage cover in the bathroom. Being in the part of the hotel close to the elevators and the stairwells, there was noise throughout the night. Not comparable to my previous stay.
