Domaine de Verchant & Spa - Relais & Châteaux

The hotel and the grounds were beautiful. But the room was so old there was no air conditioning and it was so hot and so many mosquitoes. We did not sleep all night. The same with my daughter’s room. They had mosquitoes and were unbearably hot too. It was definitely not a 5 star experience.

The garden spa and the hotel is very nice

Facilities and service were all outstanding. They upgraded our room upon arrival and were able to accommodate last-minute dinner and spa reservations. Only downside was that our itinerary just allowed us to stay one night. We will have to stay at least a few days on our next visit. Highly recommended.

We had one of the new rooms and were travelling with our dog. This was the best hotel I have stayed at for a long time. The room was so comfortable with one of the cosiest beds I have ever slept in. Beautiful decor and a gorgeous little garden area for our dog. They provided bed for him and treats also. Gorgeous luxurious bathroom and shower. We had dinner in the place restaurant which was lovely. We only had one night here and I wish it had been longer, but we shall definitely be back!

Very pleasant stay at this recently completed new build hotel (some work still ongoing but silently). Huge room, very accessible, great balcony view. Breakfast good but service variable - one day great, the other less so. Will certainly return.
