The common spaces were not the cleanest but okay. There were some fruit loops on the ground when we checked in at 3pm. Also, the comforters had stains on them and we had to ask for them to be switched.

Overall we had a good stay. We had a great room. Our only complaint was our body wash was empty. We went after a concert so it was late and we didn't want to bother the girl at the desk again. You would expect the bathroom bottles to be refilled every day. The only complaint about the overall property cleanliness was the elevators were pretty dirty. Other than that we had a great stay

Stayed here for 4 nights, 5 days. During that time, our room was attended to once. It is clear housekeeping doesn’t do the basics here. To start, towels were never replaced or restocked. After I called the front desk one night, they did bring us some, but the same things happened literally the next two nights. On top of that, the trash was not emptied—it just sat there getting worse. Minor amenity - but not over the entire 5-day period did I receive any fresh coffee pods. For a hotel that charges what they charge, this felt extremely careless and not worth the money. Twice on our way out, we stopped at the front desk to let them know the situation, and there was no one there. Would not stay again.
