Hotel Ca' Zusto Venezia

Room with King bed was very very small as this is really a boutique hotel with no bar and a non descriptive front desk. Breakfasts were good with great server continually replenishing foods. Recommend this as adults only due to no amenities or space for kids period. Follow your GPS carefully as there is no signage to identify this as a hotel other than “small” sign on glass front door which can be frustrating at times.

Great bedding and clean room.

This doesn’t look or feel like a 4 star hotel. It was OK for the price we paid, breakfast was good, bed was comfortable, wifi worked well, service was excellent. It’s in a quiet part of Venice, great for a good night’s sleep, but you’ll have to walk a while to get to the tourist hot spots, or take the vaporetto, which is part of the experience but may bother you if you’re in a hurry. Some good restaurant options nearby though. Our room was very warm, and we couldn’t get the temperature down; for some reason the bathroom’s heated floor was always on. Facilities were a bit dated; everything worked but it wasn’t up to 4-star standards. Overall still a good choice, just don’t think you’re getting a luxury experience.

My room is so wonderful and very clean. Staffs are very nice anh helpfull. Excellent breakfast and Nice location.
