i had a balcony room that had an amazing water view. they have grills, gazebo, basketball court, playground, volleyball net.. plus so much more all in the back of the hotel that is also overlooking the water! they have a heated pool which is a plus! we barely heard any commotion, it was pretty quiet with how many guests we saw coming and going. great price and great location that is surrounded by stores and restaurants! will be staying again

we had the heat on 86 and it was barely 65, the curtains were filthy, the beds are extremely uncomfortable and need to be updated. the room had a very stale smell upon arrival....not sure if it was mold or previous occupant smoked. will not return,
