Villa Durante is a spacious private villa with panoramic pool, nestled in the peaceful countryside of Le Marche region, just a few minutes from the historic center of Cagli. Essential services are close at hand as well, including a bakery with fresh bread, well-stocked supermarkets and small local shops where you can taste high-quality regional products. The property is entirely fenced-in. The villa is on two floors both with direct access to the garden. On the ground floor there is a large hall overlooking the dining area, sitting room with TV, a kitchen, a bathroom with bathtub, a double bedroom, a bedroom with French bed, a large double bedroom with single bed, a bathroom with shower, a double bedroom with a lovely mezzanine floor featuring two single beds. An internal staircase leads to the lower level where there is a large living room with TV and sofa, a bathroom with shower and laundry area. Air conditioning is available in all bedrooms and in the ground-floor living room. Up to two small or medium-sized pets are allowed.
