The property is located within the manageable distance to ski areas, dining options available around in the area. Breakfast was Ok, rather typical. Most disappointment was the pool (the reason I've chosen this property) - water was quite cold, felt not comfortable letting my kid swim there. Was told that it was under repair, and takes some time to warm up. Didn't help since we were only staying for two nights.

Quiet hotel, easy and convenient parking. Anna in the breakfast area was a true asset to the hotel. She was courteous and very efficient keeping the food and coffee well-stocked. The pools temperature could have been much warmer. Overall, a good, clean hotel.

The room had a musty smell upon entry. Bathroom sink faucet way too short…cannot use properly. Hair in shower upon arrival. Received fresh towels on second day on stay, but beds were not made. No way I would stay here again for the rate I paid.

The room was larger than expected and everything looked new and refurbished. The bathroom was modern and very clean. The king size bed was very comfortable and the room amenities (Keurig coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator-freezer) were a nice touch. The free breakfast was pretty good too. Bacon was tasty, mini omelettes were pretty good, bagels were fresh. OJ tasted good and the muffins were tasty. It was a bit pricey at $225 per night in rural Vermont but I think it was for "leaf peeper" weekend even thought the trees were still all green. Local resident told us the colors were late this year. It's the ONLY hotel in Springfield.

The cleanliness is the only area they need to improve. There was a clump of hair in the shower, and the vents are very dusty. Staff was great and very accommodating, kind and friendly. The pool area was very large with plenty of seats. Really like all the little chairs and tables tucked into spots throughout the building. My hands are always full and I’m always looking for the keycard or my phone so it was nice to have the tables.

Dirty sheets upon check in. No housekeeping came at all for second night. When asked front desk they said they couldn’t hire enough housekeepers so they only clean every few days! They still charge $200 a night. The front desk says rates are set by corporate. I think they should actually stay there and they would certainly downgrade! The front desk clerk was dressed in a faded wrinkly old tshirt. He didn’t know how the rewards program worked despite saying he had worked there for 23 years. Instead of trying to make a satisfied customer, he told me that no hotel should cost over $50 in his opinion and if I wanted to complain I could comment on trip advisor. Very unprofessional. Over charged and under delivered.

Great hotel for price. Close to Okemo. Could have been cleaner. Found hair on towel, old bar of soap in shower and potato chips in nightstand drawer. Free breakfast was ok. Nice 10’ deep pool.

Everything was great except for the most important part: the bed. The mattress was so uncomfortable both my husband and I had back pain all night and into the next day! We got a king size bed and picked this hotel because we hoped the beds would be comfortable. This was not the case and now I wish we had slept in the car which was my husband’s idea.

We stayed here for a weekend while at Okemo and the staff was friendly, the hotel clean, rooms large and beds comfortable. The pool was very nice and warm! The breakfast was perfect with a variety of items including make your own waffles. I would recommend this hotel especially if traveling with children.

Nate the Grounds keeper was awesome! Had car issue & he went WAY out of his way to help me resolve it! Even built a ramp to roll my car on. He also keeps the grounds Beautiful!! GREAT job Nate!!

We arrived at 11:45 PM due to poor weather and road conditions during a snowstorm. The staff was great to us , understanding, helpful , and very kind . Room was very clean as well as the hotel itself. Breakfast the next day was just what we needed

Very clean overall. Staff was friendly and responded promptly to our requests. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Must be good sound insulation - didnt hear other guests and even between the bathroom and main part of the room. Re: game room - enjoyed the pool table, but video games didnt seem to be working right. Swimming pool was clean and pleasant. Breakfast was typical hotel fare but fresh and plentiful. Was disappointed that the room didn't have an easy chair ( only a desk chair). Just a note to consider- hotel was at the edge of town, so no easily walkable restaurants. And many restaurants close early, so be aware when planning. No tourist info available in lobby. We would stay there again.

The Best Western was nice, but quite expensive for the area. Was a bit surprised at the price, but was the best option for visiting family in the area. Very clean, good breakfast, with a clean gym & pool. Staff were also helpful and friendly. Would have liked to have stayed longer, but was price prohibitive. Very convenient to highway.
