A great place with bed, bathroom , lounge and kitchen. Great swimming pool and staff very helpful. Close to the only major food bank outlet- Cole’s. Also close to the beach .

Good BBQ areas, rooftop spa and relaxing area. Clean and tidy. Pool and gym were also clean and in good condition. Bedroom was ok but no air con!! Also, it appeared unvacuumed from previous tenant. Air con in main living area but didn’t filter through to bedroom. Fly screen door to balcony was broken (off rails), kitchen bread knife had no handle (OHS issue), mold on curtains to balcony, no tea towel or tissues. All appliances worked well, however. Didn’t see housekeeping for the 4 days we were there. 3 overall.

Excellent amenities, such as hot tub, magnesium pool, swimming pool, sauna, gym etc. Quiet area - one block from Coles, beach, playground, bars & restaurants. At first glance, property looked clean inside, however at closer look behind the bed and the courtains there was a lot of dust and dirt. Bed was comfortable. It was spacious for a family of 4. Nice view from the balcony. I would come back again.

Great location, an easy walk to everything you need (inc Coles and lots of cafes/ restaurants and surf lifesaving club). Lovely pool area and an incredible rooftop spa and magnesium plunge pool - complete with a BBQ area. Undercover parking and an elevator makes it easily accessible. Communication was great from the property and they were friendly.

Was at this place last year and had a good experience so returned again for an even longer stay. Unit was well equipped. AC in lounge area and there was a much needed ceiling fan in the bedroom. Unit was, in the main, clean and tidy. It has a washing machine and a tumble dryer. Has a hob, microwave but no oven. Lot's of kitchen equipment, plates, glasses etc. Was not happy the swimming pool was out of commission for a week. I may have stayed elsewhere had i known this bdfore booking. I dont think i was given any prior notice of the maintenance.

The property was showing age and our room was tired. It needs a good deep clean. The location is great and was an easy walk to amenities, restaurants and the beach.

The communication with reception wasn’t very easy as they were not open when we arrived, we also had issues with our credit card so had issues following this up. We also found our room to be extremely dusty and the whole family needed antihistamines for the week. We also found the sheet on the mattress in the master kept coming away exposing the mattress. The hotel was located in a great spot and very close to the beach, shopping and dining. We didn’t have a chance to use the pool or anything else at the property.

Terrible customer service, reception is always closed. Cockroaches in my room and I wasn't able to get changed to a different room. Place felt generally dirty, dusty, and grimy. Caller representative said they'd call me back to find a way to compensate me but never did. They couldn't care less about you.

Very thin walls & wasn’t the cleanest in the bathroom & floor. Also they leave the door open to your room but the storm door that has gaps in it is closed so there were prob 10-20 gnats in my room. Staff was very friendly & bed was comfy. Hotel Wifi was also rly weak and phone dropped service in my room but was decent on the street.

The location was excellent. The staff were lovely! The pool area was tidy. The room was old, but okish condition. Unfortunately it either looked like the cleaner missed large portions of the room, or the room hadn’t been used in a while. There was even a layer of dust on the local magazine. The blinds didn’t look like they’d been cleaned in over a year.

Unfortunately, I was quite disappointed with my stay. The room had a strong damp smell, poorly masked by an overpowering vanilla scent. The fridge froze my food and the thermostat knob broke off. The shower was grimy, the mattress uncomfortable (I slept on the couch the second night), and several items were rusty. The top sheet had a hole, both clocks didn’t work, and there was no face washer provided. For the price paid, I expected better. I ended up leaving early and booking elsewhere.

Room was aged and very cramped - especially bathroom and balcony. Bed uncomfortable and location noisy. There was a weird strobing light outside and I couldn’t close the blinds fully to darken the room. Sauna was great!

Reception was very nice, and so was the room , the complex was noisy and it travelled, the bed was the worst I’ve slept on , i even tried the lounge it was hard as a rock , and the thermostat was broken on the fridge as it froze everything… would i stay again .. no .. i would want to stay anywhere that has a good bed .. seriously it was that bad

Hi, my wife and I stayed at the Beach Club, Tuesday 5th to Saturday the 8th.I feel compelled to express how I felt about our apartment and the property,from a point of view of a person who spent a good deal of my working life in the hospitality industry, running and owning big licenced premises.Cleaning of the apartment was 5 star. The friendliness and social skills of the lady at reception was very relaxed, friendly and professional. Regards

Fantastic location and facilities. Apartment had everything needed for a relaxing holiday. Excellent communication re booking process and queries answered promptly. Friendly staff. Wasn’t keen on the bedroom layout as head of bed right next to the toilet door, with no room for a bedside table. And lounge seating very uncomfortable. Would be more than happy to stay here again. Highly recommended.

Apon Arrival, called reception 5 x times, myself and another 3x times my partner to collect the keys, same principle for other arriving guests, prior and after we arrived.Alot of closing of doors during the nite, Roof top Bbqs and Spa was great. Overall was too bad for 2 x nites.

Easy apartment option near the beach. I was there for work and it had everything I needed for an overnight stay. Lockbox key pick up after 4pm worked easily enough and checkout was also via the lockbox. The room had been left open to air which was good but given the cool evening it was then hard to warm up. Luckily there were blankets on the bunk beds as there is limited warm bedding on the master bed. All up an easy location near plenty of dining options and a very easy walk to the beach.

Great location, an easy walk to everything you need (inc Coles and lots of cafes/ restaurants and surf lifesaving club). Lovely pool area and an incredible rooftop spa and magnesium plunge pool - complete with a BBQ area. Undercover parking and an elevator makes it easily accessible. Communication was great from the property and they were friendly.

Enjoyed our trip as a family of 4. Kids loved the bunk bed configuration and plenty of room for everyone. Resort is 1 block from the beach in a great location. Will be back again.

We were alone there for 1 night so didn't get a longer experience. But the time we were there was good. Bathroom was a bit tired but good facilities.

Close to beach, Roomy accomodation. Unit looking a bit tired. Some maintenance issues. Cleanliness hit and miss. Pool was out of action for repairs for most of stay. Staff friendly.

The Rooms were clean but lightly appointed and outdated with no smart TV which is a standard in even the most basic Motels as was the Kitchen which was limited to 4 hot plate stove top and a micro conventional oven was minus a rangehood permeates through the entire apartment leaving you with the smell of your last mean even on your clothes and then there is the Noise!!! this place is an old building built in the late 90s with your typical open style tropical casual relaxed theme in mind which it does present but in mind only as the acoustics allow for lots and lots of noise intrusion and being placed by default (not their fault mind you) right next to a primary school which you could set your watch to the break alarms and for some bazar reason the song "walking on sunshine" by Katrina And The Waves 1983 which played the first chorus every morning at exactly 8:46 and then again in the afternoon around 15:00 ish (very strange) I found management to be a little arrogant when enquiring or requesting anything it would seem as if they were doing you an enormous favor just buy replying to you, I asked for extra washing liquid and was told housekeeping would drop some in which I never expected and nor did I ever receive. I also asked as to the strange scrapping noises occurring at 10:30 at night and then again the next day. So I guess my request went unheeded again. I initially thought it was good value for money until I booked else where in Kawana and its magic here.
