Property had lots of parking but was dated. Seals in bathroom were lifting, the room had that dated darkened appearance in the tub. Room was still clean though! Microwave and refrigerator were in good working order. Beds were extremely firm which had an affect on an already bad back. There was a breakfast but I didn’t discover that until I was checking out on the 5th day. The person who checked us in didn’t mention that there was a breakfast. Would’ve been nice to know. Overall, it’s a decent place and was a good bit cheaper than the other hotel down the way.

This is our second stay at the Rodeway. It was a quiet place to stay. It was great that the room had enough electrical outlets to use and that were in good shape! Loved the 2 sinks and mirrors for use by both of us at the same time. The bed was softer than we are used to but we slept very well. The only down side was the AC unit was noisy. We had a great stay - many thanks to the staff.

Room had black hair on both beds The bed skirts were dirty. The gal in lobby changed the sheets for us. We didnt want to sleep on dirty sheets. Question do they change the sheets after each check out? Maybe the person needs to wear a hair net if they clean the room.

Room wasn’t clean specifically in edges and corners bathroom had a huge spider web with a spider! You can tell carpet wasn’t vacuum lots of debris on floor! Tub drain was clogged and draining very slow! Everything else seems to be decent!

There were stains on the sheets. The vinyl floor planks were warped in some areas. There was a buildup of grime on the table lamps. The light switches had dirt. The door edges had grime. I would suggest bringing some cleaning products if you’re gonna stay here.

Remote control was sticky, there were clumps of hair on the floor. Dirty headboards and floor base boards. The entire room was dusty and dirty. Lots of noise from the thin walls.

This was an average property. We had a room near the office which was fine but the tenant above was noisy the entire night walking around. Not sure if they live there full time and work the night shift at the hotel. We asked for a late check out (only 1/2 extra) and were told it would be an additional $25 if we weren't out by 11 am.

When we arrived at the Hitel no one was there to check us in. There was a sign stating call this number to get service. We called and the number rang several times. We waited over 30 minutes for no one to check us in. We drove to another Hotel to try and get a different room. They were sold out. While there another party claimed they also were awaiting check in and no one came? We drove back again and had to find a young lady cleaning rooms upstairs with no other help but did check us in. The rooms were clean but outdated and old.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The front desk clerk was very helpful (Elissa). She checked us in very quick. She had actually gone to our room ahead of time and turned the heat up so the room would be warm when we arrived. The breakfast was perfect. I have no complaints. If we return to Snowflake, this is where we will stay.

The management was terrible. Rude. And the place charged me an additional fee for my company yet I was booked for 2. It appears to me they were more concerned about their bottom line than with customer service. I was charged not just hotels fee but another $25.00 for a friend who needed a bed. I do not sleep with another woman. Most disappointing. Breakfast lacked as well. There was no fruit left. I had a yogurt and a muffin. From what I could see- the only hot breakfast was a waffle iron and a few foods to zap in the micro. No thanks. I use to live in Snowflake. I will stay in the future at Best Western.

Despite the outside looking a little run down the room was extremely comfortable and clean. Looked recently renovated. Breakfast was on the go microwavable items, waffles, pastries, and other quick odds and end that were ok for a smaller 2 star hotel. Staff was helpful and friendly! Marquee street signage not working. Couldn't find location when arrived after dark. Floor panels warped causing tripping and squeaking. VERY annoying! Bugs in bathroom. Night staff very friendly. Breakfast variety excellent.

We stayed one night. Reception was very friendly and prompt. Room we had was renovated with clean wood floors, an updated bathroom, and new TV. Rooms have a microwave and fridge. It was quiet. Breakfast was good: continental plus waffles. No eggs. Food was fresh. We felt we got a great deal staying here. As we left (fall 2023) it looked like they were replacing some flooring still.

It’s a great place to stay for a quick trip. Room was clean and comfortable. The room was your standard motel room layout. It does look like they work to make sure rooms are cleaned. Two things that bothered me though was late checkout to 12 noon costs an extra $25. Standard check out time was 11 am. The other thing that bothered me was the morning continental breakfast. A lot of warm up, package foods were served along side the dry cereal and pastries. Not hot breakfast like you get at the other hotels. Price was fair. Overall, if you are a no frills type traveler, I would recommend the motel.

We reserved 2 rooms. One was remodeled and nice 2 was very out dated including mattress. Inconsistencies there were frustrating. Hot breakfast? No. That needs to be removed. Lady that checked us in didn't make eye contact, no smile. Not very good customer service.
