Great location for our needs. AC didn't seem to maintain the temperature through the night. Bed was quite hard. Nice selection of pillows. Good internet access. Printers available in business area. Nice breakfast.

This was a great stay! Just walking in the place smells so good and is super clean. The staff at the front desk were all incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was clean and updated. The pool was great. One of the only hotel pools in recent travel history for myself that wasn’t too cold. Breakfast was really good and well stocked. The coffee machines are very impressive. I would definitely stay here again.

It was in a good location and at a good price. The room was nice. Unfortunately, the elevator was being repaired when we arrived. We were put on the 3rd floor so bringing our bags up took a bit. We weren't aware in the morning that it had been fixed so we had also carried our bags down. The hallways/stairwells were stuffy and warm.

Hotel itself was clean and the front desk personnel was very friendly and helpful. The pool and hot tub was great. We got one of the suites and the only problem we had with the room was the left over dog/cat food still left on the floor that we noticed when we first entered the room. Honestly shocked to see a 2 1/2 star rating on this one. The other issue was my wife got sick after eating the breakfast, she said she felt high. I spoke to the front desk about it and the personnel was more than willing to accommodate or try to figure out a solution. Just wanted to let someone be aware that some of the food maybe contaminated or spiked. We had planned on taking a dip in the pool and hot tub after breakfast before our trip back home. Unfortunately all I was able to do was pack and take care of my wife until it was time to check out.

We stayed one night. It was fairly decent. It was clean, bed was more comfortable than many hotels, same with the pillows. The refrigerator kept making strange noises that woke us up on and off throughout the night, but that is really the only complaint!

Overall it was a pretty average stay. I typically stay in hotels 75-100 nights per year. We were on the basement level and it was very humid and the AC didn’t work well so it was hot. We were in a nice big room so that was a plus. The suites are very open as far as the floor plan. The pool was decent, breakfast was decent, but the staff was a little snippy.

The beds were hard to the point it was hard to sleep. Upgraded the next 2 nights to king suite hoping for better bed just to be disappointed. Got ice out of the ice machine on second floor and there looked to be black mold on the ice. I dumped the bucket and filled it again same thing. The mini fridge in 207 makes an obnoxious noise whennit kicks on. The best thing about this hotel was it has a good breakfast.

The room I reserved was way bigger than I anticipated. It had two queen beds, a pullout sofa, a large walk in bathroom. Fridge, huge flat screen tv, microwave. All the works. Less than $300 for the night with two dogs. Breakfast in the mor ing was amazing!! A full hot breakfast, and other pptiona for the kiddos. Wouls definitely go back if given the opportunity.

Repeat guest, you’ll regret staying anywhere else in town, once you’ve stayed here. Always the same friendly woman at checkin and checkout, personable and to notch customer service.. a real value to the company! Just a gorgeous property with excellent attention to detail, and equally good customer service… not many hotels left operating like this one.

This hotel is very nicely furnished and clean. The breakfast was good. The staff were excellent. We had a little problem with the TV, and the front desk clerk came up and helped us personally to resolve the issue. Outstanding customer service. Wished we could have stayed longer

Gentleman checking us in very friendly, even gave me choice of room available on each floor and showed me on map where they were in relation to elevator. Room clean and didn't skimp on towels. Definitely would stay again if in area again

I did not even check in. The man at the desk with short tempered with me as I arrived. He claimed the credit card machine was down and was writing my credit card number and license information on a piece of paper. He never explained any of this to me, I told him I would not be staying there.

I am very happy with their customer service and support…I accidentally left my travel packet in our room. I really didn’t notice until the hotel contacted me to make sure it was mine… they graciously forwarded on to my final destination in Fort Worth, Tx. The rooms we had were spacious and offered a quiet respite from our very long day of driving! We will stay with this Best Western on our return trip home!

Excellent property! Hearty breakfast, better than average. Guest laundry and coffee were all good. Close to a shopping mall and ATM at the bank next door. Very nice rooms. Good size, comfortable and extremely clean. I was given a room on the first floor, which was quite helpful since I was riding my bicycle on the Katy Trail across the river.
