Great place friendly staff, Continental breakfast was good especially the waffles you make your own. Indoor pool nice, good place to take your dog, with dog area plenty of grass and free poop bags. Cracker Barrel, steak house, and Mexican restaurant walking distance almost same parking lot. Will definitely return. No extra charges for dog. Just please pick up the poop, nobody wants to step in it !!!!

The room was ok, but could have used a better cleaning. The staff were pleasant, but not very knowledgeable or helpful. The pool stayed "out of order" for the entire stay, which was one reason we booked this hotel. The water in the shower fluctuated between cold and warm - there was no hot water. The coffee machine and breakfast items often needed refilling, but were left empty. It was overall just "meh" with the lack of some of the basics of a hotel stay.

Check in took 10 mins…man was not friendly at all. Barely looked up from computer. After loading luggage cart, discovered totally flat tier. Struggled to get into lobby. Same gentleman had little reaction when informed. Got another cart and dis nor offer to assist with transfer. AC in room did not work, maintenance came up and flipped the plug breaker. Old, dated motel. Bed uncomfortable. Cobwebs in windowsills and corners. Pool dirty, no towels. Breakfast only bright spot.

This hotel was excellent except that the elevator was out of order and I was placed on the 3rd floor. I am 67 and my stay was for 4 nights. It was awful and that is why I gave a 3 star rating. Other than that the hotel was great and the location was awesome.

Staff is super friendly, but rooms were average and bedding was difficult to sleep. Our shower curtain was broke so water was all over floor after showing. Hot breakfast was pretty good, lots offered. Pool area did not look like the pictures, neither did the courtyard area.

The room smelled like dirty socks immediately upon entry. The AC unit had been powered off making the sThe room comes equiped with three lamThankfully, I keep an oder neutrilizing spray in my car (traveling with teenage boys makes this a must!). We opened the door, and sprayed the room. The room was extremely dark (only 3 lamps for the entire large suite sized room), but with the door open, we could clearly see an old worn sock (NOT OURS!!!) laying right there on the floor. Terrible smell source detected and a dirty room with beds askew was now visible. If we had not been entirely exhausted and prepaid for the room, we would NOT have stayed. The next morning at 8am, a cleaning lady burst into the room awakening everyone. That was it! We were done. We left without a word to anyone (because what good would it have honestly done). I hope this review drastically changes the Hotels.com rating of the room and NO ONE EVER GOES BACK! Oh yea, bathroom - wallpaper is peeling off the walls. The closet is held together with a 2x4. Stayed in room 318.

Very dirty! Was switched to 2 different rooms and all three rooms were so dirty and very stinky. All the rooms I was given had dirty sheets and one had blood on them. Looks like bed bug bites that left blood behind. Nast hotel from the lamps to the sheets.

It was old and dirty . The toliet seat was broken and unclean . There was dirt and hair in the shower . The hot water didn't work very long . The curtains were only and ripped . We should have left .

check in was great. very friendly staff. room was nice. remote and tv were fidgetty having to hold remote exactly in the right spot to operate tv was annoying but not terrible. indoor pool was closed for maintenance which was one of the reasons i chose this hotel. breakfast was free and really good. sheets werent clean and had black ashes, hair etc. drawer on night stand had plastic tube and wrapper from blunt shell packaging. bed was very firm so woke up multiple times. overall not a bad experience but not great.

We were placed in a handicap room on the first floor across from the elevator, so it was a bit noisy. We brought a pet that is not accustomed to people outside our door, so she barked when folks used the elevator. The a/c is a stand alone unit for each room that was loud when it ran. The breakfast was basic but did offer a variety.

The property needs upgrading. The HVAC unit is out dated and turns on and off throughout the night, waking you up. The bathroom is in need of remodeling. The floor and tub floor were slippery. The walls are thin and we heard the neighbors TV late in to the night and early in the morning. We switched hotels for our second night.

The room was large and comfortable. There were two issues with the room, 1: closet door was off the track didn’t operate properly. 2: the bath tub /shower floor flexed under foot sounded like it was cracking, there needed to be grab bars making it easier and safer stepping over the side of the tub getting in and out,

Rooms are clean but need to be updated. Bad lighting. Seemed like lights were missing in our room. Beds were fine. However, the breakfast was disappointing. Never seen such strange "fried eggs" before. They were rubbery, etc. Potatoes were cold. Entire breakfast stations were in a sad state. Price too high for what is offered. Not coming back to this place.

Everything went well until check out day. The cleaning girl comes in around 10am. I said Im checking out at 11. She continues to clean. I had to go downstairs to get a cart. When I got back, I told her to leave. She had already cleaned the bathroom. Oh well, I needed to take a shower before checking out. She cleaned the bathroom then had to clean it again.

Night desk coverage lady was wonderful! She was quick to respond to our AC issue. The breakfast was nice. We appreciated the filtered water fountain and coffee maker in the lobby. With our room, the light at the entrance of our room didn’t work, but otherwise we were pleased with the room. Would definitely stay again.

Only pro, it's convenient to dining. Staff is unprofessional, often times waiting in line with you at breakfast. Breakfast is a joke, barely edible. Lastly, check-in is a long process with Dave the night auditor. Nobody wants to wait that long to get checked in and then have to input more information into a kiosk computer at the front desk before receiving keys.

Total F. Fire alarm went off at 10:30pm. All guests had to vacate the hotel, many in their pajamas, and stand in sub freezing temps and high wind. After 15-20 minutes of standing in the cold guests began to enter the lobby as it had become clear there was no fire, but guests werent yet allowed to return to their rooms. The hotel staff couldnt turn off the fire alarm so guests had to endure the piercing sound of the alarm in the lobby. The cause for the alarm was a sprinkler that went off in a 2nd floor room, soaking the guests in that room including two very young children. Their parents had them wrapped in towels in the lobby to attempt to dry them. They were shivering. The hotel couldnt shut off the sprinkler, either, so water came through the 1st floor hallway ceiling like a waterfall. Guests finally returned to their rooms around 11:30pm, despite no announcement from hotel staff. But to make it to the staircase guests had to walk through the waterfall. I, like everyone else, got soaked. Then, at midnight as i had just dozed off to sleep my room phone rang. A hotel staff person said there was a noise complaint against my room. I said i was sleeping and in the room alone. He replied by saying he made a mistake and called the wrong room. An awful experience all around. However, i stayed at the hotel last year and had a fine time.

Really enjoyed our 1 night stay. Room was very spacious and had a larger than average fridge. Shower was also amazing...excellent water pressure and included shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Breakfast was included and had a great selection...eggs, sausage, waffles and other continental items. After being on the road and staying at other property types this stay topped them all. Would definitely stay again!

Room was excellent. Breakfast was terrible. Went at 8:30, they were out of coffee, bacon, eggs, and sausage. No syrup for waffles, no napkins, no dipper to get gravy. No sugar for coffee, but since there was no coffee anyway that wasn’t a big deal. The cereal was beyond stale. After a hour wait nothing had been refilled so we ended up leaving and going to a restaurant for breakfast

We were on a roadtrip and stopped just for the night. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean and the water pressure in the shower was nice and it was hot. There was DoorDash delivery with plenty of places to choose from to eat. The free breakfast had bacon and eggs and waffles and bread and other selections. I also liked how the breakfast had to-go containers. We could see the pool from the breakfast section and it looked nice and clean.
