One of our favorite places to stay for travel home. Pool and hot tub needs updating with heating of the hot tub as it was cold the last stay. And the elevator makes funny noises when it's coming to a stop on the first floor. But everyone is kind and they are an okay price. But soon, if they don't update, it'll run down to the point where it isn't worth the price to stay there with all the new ones that are up to date in a similar price range.

It was a good stay… very nice, very friendly staff at the Weatherford TX Best Western Plus… the room was good and roomy for the family plus having it pet friendly was very nice. The only draw back was the indoor pool… needed a good pool cleaning, the water was green and you could not see the bottom so we did not venture in… I would stay again at this hotel the next time when I visit Weatherford TX.

Property is very outdated. The elevator takes forever and feels like its going to break down any minute. The gloomy halls smell musty and not well lit. The pool and jacuzzi water was nasty. Only a few chairs to sit on as well. The breakfast area is way too small for more than ten people to all sit at. Our room was musty smelling as well and had hair in the sink. The sheets on one of the beds had weird sand or dirt on them. The other bed was all stained all around the whole king bed. Lastly our third bed in the room made my son break out in a rash. Was hoping for the price we paid to have 3 beds that this would be our new to stay place everytime we are in the dfw area but I do not think so!

Service and people service was great. We stayed there for two nights and each night and part of the day the elevator was not working and we were on the top floor/3rd floor! Breakfast could use some work, not very desirable. Poor was nice and warm.

Busy with families near the pool area, but the A/C helped drown out the noise level some. Didn’t bother us one bit - we have two dogs and they did great. Perfect travel spot!

The elevator went out right after we checked in which became a huge inconvenience as we were on the 3rd floor with a 3 year old and a baby. Made it very hard to get downstairs for breakfast. Also took me 5 trips up and down 3 flighrs of stairs to get the car loaded after our stay was over. Was told by the front desk that there was nothing they could do to give a discount or anything to make up for the inconvenience as I had booked through Hotels.com.

The pullout couch that i paid extra to have was covered in pee stains and looked to be never cleaned, room was not clean, underwear in the bathroom from a previous guest. The bed was extremely hard, the heater smelled like it was burning every time it turned on. Breakfast was good, if you could get stuff that was actually warm.

Staff great room spotless Only reason for not 5 stars is the air freshener that is used caused asthma. Way way way to strong . We ran air, got a fan but even when we came back from our play and dinner it was in entirely to to to strong. I ended up with almost a migraine.

If I had known they were remodeling I would have stayed somewhere else. The hallways were dirty with remodeling trash and wood pieces and dirt. I have asthma and it was hard on me to breathe in this environment. I made the best of it and didn’t complain. I think we just came at a bad time, but still, we weren’t told about the remodel. We didn’t feel safe because the screws were missing on our door lock. It did have a clamp on the inside of door that we tried to use. Also, the air conditioner vent was very dirty. Hopefully it will be ok when the remodel is done.

The AC unit in the room had some sort of moisture problem that had a STRONG odor. There was also visible mold spots on the vent. The front desk clerk offered one other room, but it had been smoked in and so was worse. I ended up staying in the initial room and just opened the window. That was only an option due to cool local weather. The shower head also needed a serious cleaning due to mineral buildup. There is only 1 clunky elevator as well, and it is very slow. Finally, the ice makers are fed by tap water and/or are not properly cleaned, so your drinks will taste bad when the ice melts.

The hotel is undergoing renovation and everything in our room appeared to be brand new. The room was very spacious including a sitting area and wet bar with mini fridge and microwave. We could stay in this room for an extended period. The staff was friendly. There is an included buffet breakfast but we didn't eat. Located right off I20 with many businesses and restaurants in the vicinity. Recommend. Would stay here again!

The room was nice but the floor above me creeped and whoever was in there was walking back and forth all night into the early hours of the morning. I asked to change rooms but they said they were full and couldn’t so I didn’t get much sleep all weekend

The property was conveniently located, it was clean, the staff were cordial. The breakfast was just average. The elevator was broken the entire time of my stay. The a/c in the room would not turn off unless you unplugged it from the wall. It could not be adjusted so the temperature stayed at 62 degrees. This was reported to the staff in the evening but they said there was nothing they could do about it. I would probably not stay here again.

Check in was good When I got to my room my king size bed had 4 small pillows. Very small pillows. Tryed to turn on the TV and it would not come on. Tried calling the front desk 3-4 times and no one ever answered . Gave up and went to bed.

My stay was okay. The lady’s that work the counter were rude with anything. Once couldn’t take a min to stay off her phone while the other claimed the soda machine worked perfectly fine, when there’s a sign stating it gives random drinks. 3 jets in jacuzzi tub in my room didn’t work and there was a stool missing half a leg

Hotel was right off freeway with easy off and on access. It was about a five minute drive to downtown but everything you may need was in walking distance to the hotel: shopping, restaurants, gas stations. Hotel was showing wear but is beginning renovations.
