El Somni was everything we hoped it would be; great location with access to the beach but also conveniently located near to other towns and places of interest. Great walks into the nearby hills and car hire onsite made exploration very easy. Great staff, (especially the massage team) who were keen to help with any enquiry. Nearby restaurant the Boat House was well worth a visit, otherwise evening options are limited. For a relaxing spot with great access to the rest of the island this place is hard to beat.

This is the first hotel where we cannot fault anything! The design was beautiful, the service exceptional and the food amazing. We are a mix of vegetarians and vegans which we told the hotel about before arriving and they went out of their way to provide so many options for us. It’s right next to a beautiful sandy beach and all rooms face the sea. The only very minor thing is they don’t have any loungers on the beach itself.

Estávamos em aniversário de casamento e pedimos um quarto mais alto e prontamente nos atenderam e também nos deixaram um prosecco e appetizer de mimo. Procuram mimar os hóspedes como podem. Publico de nível, café da manhã delicioso com vista linda para o mar. Piscina com água climatizada, vista linda com as espreguiçadeiras super confortáveis e vista linda para o mar. Top demais. Se pudesse daria 10 estrelas. Há spa incluso na diária. Massagens são pagas à parte. Há máquina de café expresso disponível no quarto e tb chaleira de água quente e chás. Há toalhas disponíveis sem custo adicional para a piscina/praia. Não há espreguiçadeira do hotel na areia. As que estão lá na praia são pagas, mas pelo o que entendi não tem relação com o hotel (não usamos, então não temos certeza). Mas os valores 7 euros cada cadeira e o guarda sol 6 euros cada. Normalmente não voltamos a destinos no exterior já visitados, mas amamos o hotel, o atendimento e serviço, a praia, o café da manhã e outros restaurantes da praia e queremos voltar com certeza!

zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel uitgebreid ochtendbuffet zeer goed restaurant! prachtig uitzicht mijn dochter was jarig, er werd gezongen bij het ontbijt, ze kreeg cava en macarons op de kamer. er is een afgesloten parking met code - in de kamers zijn geen producten, zakdoeken, haakjes voor handdoeken ( badkamer) aanwezig. - voor een 5 sterren hotel moet ( ik vergelijk met ME ibiza van vorig jaar) er de hele dag water beschikbaar zijn om te drinken. - lakens zijn nooit ververst tijdens deze 8 dagen! Een aanrader voor wie een rustige vakantie wilt!

Tout était parfait, de notre accueil à notre départ. Le personnel est vraiment au petit soin. L'hôtel est magnifique et idéalement situé au bord de plage, dans un coin calme et tranquille d'Ibiza. Il y a quelques restaurants et magasins autour, juste ce qu'il faut. Le petit déjeuner était excellent et l'espace piscine au top ! Les chambres sont suffisamment spacieuses, lits très confortables et chambre très propre également. Nous avons vraiment passé un super séjour et hâte d'y retourner l'année prochaine 😊

Absolutely stunning hotel on a lovely quiet part of Ibiza. Around a 40 min drive from the airport (€55 in a taxi) but so worth it. Hotel is beautifully decorated and so clean. Staff are really friendly and attentive. Food and cocktails were delicious. Looking to book a holiday here next year.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel in Ibiza, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations! The hotel boasts a beautiful beachfront, and my room came with a lovely balcony that offered an amazing view. The cleanliness of the place was impressive; the cleaners did an excellent job maintaining my room every day. The staff was incredibly friendly and provided great service throughout my stay. A special shout-out to Diane at the front desk for her assistance, Manuel the bartender for crafting some delightful cocktails, and Belen, who served me during breakfast. The entire team, even those whose names I didn’t catch, did a fantastic job. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful getaway!

The beach is wonderful, very family oriented and not at all crowded like other beaches in Ibiza, but with little choice when it comes to accomodation. Grupotel is quite outdated in terms of facilities, but provides a nice beach view. The staff was the most unpleaseant part of the experience, being very rude in general and very rude specifically at the restaurant - where their main duty was to clean tables and quickly prepare them for the next guest (which creates a canteen atmosphere). Restaurant hours are too early and quite short, resulting in literally being sent out with a 'you need to leave' by the staff when the meal time was up (9:30pm at dinner). Even if you were finishing eating/drinking, they would repeatedly ask you out until you'd leave the table. Staff would then stay eating alone at the restaurant until late hours. Although we brought our own shower products, they wouldn't even replace the small amenities to e.g. wash hands.

The entire team, even those whose names I didn’t catch, did a fantastic job. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful getaway!

Avaliação: 9,5/10 O hotel em Ibiza superou minhas expectativas em vários aspectos. Pontos positivos: equipe atenciosa e prestativa, localização excelente, ambiente agradável e bem cuidado, café da manhã variado e delicioso, além de um restaurante fantástico dentro do próprio hotel. As comodidades em geral tornaram a estadia muito confortável. Ponto a melhorar: o armário era um pouco pequeno e, em vez de uma cama queen, havia duas camas de solteiro unidas, o que reduziu um pouco o conforto. No geral, foi uma ótima experiência e certamente recomendaria o hotel.

Very poor standards 4 starts hotel. The staff was simply excellent, but the hotel itself is old and doesn’t seems to be a 4*. Also, the food in the half board is not great.

Tout était parfait, de notre accueil à notre départ. Le personnel est vraiment au petit soin. L'hôtel est magnifique et idéalement situé au bord de plage, dans un coin calme et tranquille d'Ibiza. Il y a quelques restaurants et magasins autour, juste ce qu'il faut. Le petit déjeuner était excellent et l'espace piscine au top ! Les chambres sont suffisamment spacieuses, lits très confortables et chambre très propre également. Nous avons vraiment passé un super séjour et hâte d'y retourner l'année prochaine 😊
