Et udmærket, jævnt hotel, ligger fint tæt på stranden. Pool er mikroskopisk lille og ikke hver at basere ophold på. Morgenbuffet ok, men basic, i kedeligt rum. God udsigt fra værelser, men noget run down og gammelt interiør

Bra friviktsgym som var stort och svalt, lagom storlek på poolen. Fanns dåligt med solstolar vid poolen. Bra mat och städning. Långsamma hissar. Bra möjlighet till dusch efter utcheckning. Lugnt och skönt område.

Really friendly helpful staff on arrival after travelling. Fantastic location.Breakfast excellent. Facilties excellent beautifully styled calming atmosphere created. Downside pool very small for the size of hotel. And room although perefectly clean very dated and dont match the rest of hotel. Overall 8.5 out of 10

Rooms were basic but clean and we had a beautiful view of the mountains and sea. The reception team were fantastic and very helpful. The breakfast and dinner options were very basic. We booked half board but chose to eat out every night for dinner. The pool area was beautiful - very quiet and relaxing. The bar service was slow and didn’t open until 11am. Great location and perfect for a relaxing break away.

Aufzug defekt, Teppiche dreckig, abgewohnte Möbel, hellhöriges Zimmer. Nach der Anreise konnte man nichts zu trinken bekommen, die Bar macht erst um 17 Uhr auf!!!! Also noch einmal raus aus dem Hotel und zum Supermarkt. Einzig das Personal war nett aber auch unflexibel. Es war so schlimm, es gibt keine zweite Chance

Perfect hotel in every way. Room was very clean with a great shower and comfy bed. Breakfast selection was amazing. Staff couldn’t have been more friendly and accommodating. Excellent location to the beach and local restaurants. Will definitely be recommending.

Staff were very good. Breakfast buffet was adequate. Pool was OK and the environment there was well maintained. Room was good/fair and great view - but could have done with a refresh. Bed ok, shower really pretty poor with low pressure. Cleaned daily though. Overall 7/10

I recently stayed in the single room for work. The room was tiny and the air con didn’t work properly. The door didn’t lock properly and there were these strange insects in the bathroom. It also smelt really bad, like sewage. The hotel generally is nice but my room was not great at all

The communal areas are great, pool, reception, dining room and bar. Rooms are not so great, particularly the bathrooms, ours was quite dirty and I was greeted by a massive cockroach on the final morning which was a bit off putting. I reminded myself that is only 3 star so the room facilities should be forgiven. Staff are very friendly and helpful, we only had b&b but the breakfast was good, but go early as it gets very busy at around 9am. We stayed at the Eden on the beachfront last time but that was fully booked (and more expensive) but if we go back we will stay there.

Meget flinkt personale og et hyggeligt ældre hotel, men rengøringen var meget ringe og de glemte mange ting. Rengøringspersonalet løb nærmest rundt. Ellers et hyggeligt hotel hvor vi har boet flere gange.

Une chambre standard pour 2 réservée plus de 5 mois avant (encore beaucoup de disponibilité) et à notre arrivée la réception nous annonce que tout étant complet il leur a été impossible de nous donner une chambre dans les étages supérieurs. On nous attribue donc une soi disant chambre supérieure surclassée mais nous nous retrouvons quasiment au sous sol face à un mur. Nous avons passé 4 jours avec la lumière allumée, rien qui ne séchait, une clim manuelle (pas de télécommande) que nous avons utilisée plus pour réchauffer la pièce que pour nous rafraichir. Située juste au dessus du restaurant, donc bruit de meubles chaque matin très tôt. Manque de prises. Portes sonores. Quant à la salle de bains, une baignoire ancienne avec le rideau de douche qui vous colle la peau. Bref pour le prix et 4 nuits nous sommes très déçus. Et pas la peine de me répondre que l'hotel est désolé et qu'il a bien pris en compte nos commentaires puisque de toutes façons rien ne bouge et qu'il leur faut caser ces chambres en sous sol invendables sinon.

The hotel was brilliant location only minutes from the port. The bar and pool area were great, however the rooms were unfortunately very noisy and we could hear everyone’s conversations in the rooms next door to us so got little sleep.

The common areas; pool, reception, restaurant, gym e.t.c have been refurbished to a high standard, but the rooms are still very dated. The first room we were given getting the ac to work was temperamental, and when we woke up from a nap it had leaked a big pool of water everywhere, upon inspection there was clear water damage on the ceiling, so this mustn't have been the first time it's done that. The walls are so thin you can hear everything from the rooms next door, just them putting a plug in the wall was unbelievably loud. In both the rooms we were in neither of the balcony doors locked properly.

The place is stunning. The pool area was great with the mountains in the background and the lobby was very bright and spacious. The people were very nice and the breakfast was good too with lots of selection. The place was clean and welcoming We booked a double bed room with mountain views and although we found the room to be small for two people , the views from the balcony were awesome. As for the location… i dont think we could have booked a better location to stay. Port de soller was very quiet and not so touristy as palma or even soller. We enjoyed quiet mornings and evenings by the port Heads up!! We got a parking ticket for $40 euros. Make sure to not park by any yellow lines on the street!

All looked lovely on arrival however the lobby and the pool area are the only good bit. We were told we had an upgrade, however the upgraded room was not like the one pictured when we booked. When we questioned this we were told that the original room was even worse. One of the two lights in the room wasn’t working, though they fixed this the following day, but being at the back of the hotel, it was lacking light. The bathroom was so small with a child sized tub and a wall either side of the toilet so if you were anything other than a sliver of a human being, you would pretty much be touching the walls both sides when trying to pee. The shower took ages to heat up and the window didn’t completely close. The rooms are run down and have very little storage so there was nowhere to put the suitcases once unpacked. Nothing like the photos. We didn’t realise you had to pay for towels. €10 deposit for each towel needed and a further €1.50 each cleaning fees. I have never had to pay for a towel to be cleaned at a hotel. The food was hit and miss, breakfast better than dinner and some days it was completely inedible. We had paid for half board and chose to eat out most days because the food was dreadful. Each time you want to order anything you have to produce the physical room key instead of telling them the room number which was fairly inconvenient. The location was good and staff were nice enough but I would not stay here again.

Fijn hotel, prima zwembad. Kamers/badkamers iets verouderd, deur naar balkon kon niet meer op slot. Wel keurig schoon en netjes. Zo fancy en mooi als beneden, zouden de kamers boven ook opgeknapt moeten worden. Ontbijt was oke, niet helemaal onze smaak maar dat is een persoonlijke voorkeur

Leider wurde uns trotz Verfügbarkeit das Upgrade vom Standard- auf Superiorzimmer für Hotel.com Gold Members verwehrt. An der Rezeption wusste man auch nicht wirklich wie das VIP Access Programm, deren Mitglied sie sind, eigentlich funktioniert. Auch die bei der Buchung angekündigte Weinflasche haben wir leider nicht bekommen. Staff were very good. Breakfast buffet was adequate. Pool was OK and the environment there was well maintained. Room was good/fair and great view - but could have done with a refresh. Bed ok, shower really pretty poor with low pressure. Cleaned daily though. Overall 7/10

Overall, disappointing experience staying at the hotel. We mentioned our issues to the staff multiple times with no solutions to fix the problems. Wifi did not work in our room, multiple ants in/on the bed and no air conditioning. Wifi and air conditioning were both advertised on the booking site. After escalating the issues to the staff they were not remediated. When checking out of the hotel we escalated the issues again and the staff (Maria in particular) was extremely rude and difficult to raise concerns to. For the price point, I recommend looking at other options as the quality of the hotel did not live up to our expectations.

This property was such a blessing during our stay. Amazing amenities, literally a 5 minute walk to Port of Soller, away from the hustle and bustle of Palma. We used the pool on our last day and it was so relaxing. Staff is amazing and so so friendly, just a small example, we had a flight that resulted in us needing to leave at 5:00 am, the front staff ensured the coffee station was open so that we may have some coffee before we left, even offered to make us a cold breakfast. I have celiac and when i notified the staff they had the chef come out and walk through to tell me everything that was safe for me to eat at the buffet. Would definitely stay here again!

Lovely hotel in a beautiful resort. 5 mins from the beach. We had a great view of mountains and sea from our balcony. We chose half board option which was really good value. Food mostly very good. Pool was very good and very quiet. Staff all very friendly. Resort is well served by buses so no need to hire a car to get around.

Fabulous stay here. Communal areas recently rennovated - really lovely and exceeded our expectations. As other reviews, rooms are less modern but perfectly nice. Very clean in all areas. Great spread for breakfast. Is up a 5 minute incline so a watch out but close to the port/transport links. Would definitely stay again.

Great location a short walk to beach,bars and restaurants. Very quiet. The pool area was well served with sun beds although the sun disappeared quite early in the evening around 6.00 pm. The public areas are up to date but the bedrooms and bathrooms need a refurbishment as they are very tired. This did not impact on our stay but thought it required comment. We had breakfast which was excellent. Did not have dinner as the hotel is within walking distance of a great variety of eateries to choose from. The sunsets from the beach are worth staying out for.We will be returning hopefully soon.

The place is stunning. The pool area was great with the mountains in the background and the lobby was very bright and spacious. The people were very nice and the breakfast was good too with lots of selection. The place was clean and welcoming We booked a double bed room with mountain views and although we found the room to be small for two people , the views from the balcony were awesome. As for the location… i dont think we could have booked a better location to stay. Port de soller was very quiet and not so touristy as palma or even soller. We enjoyed quiet mornings and evenings by the port Heads up!! We got a parking ticket for $40 euros. Make sure to not park by any yellow lines on the street!

The hotel is in a quiet area with only is a short walk to shops, restaurants and the beautiful beach. The pool area is lovely with a bar. All looked lovely on arrival however the lobby and the pool area are the only good bit. We were told we had an upgrade, however the upgraded room was not like the one pictured when we booked. When we questioned this we were told that the original room was even worse. One of the two lights in the room wasn’t working, though they fixed this the following day, but being at the back of the hotel, it was lacking light. The bathroom was so small with a child sized tub and a wall either side of the toilet so if you were anything other than a sliver of a human being, you would pretty much be touching the walls both sides when trying to pee. The shower took ages to heat up and the window didn’t completely close. The rooms are run down and have very little storage so there was nowhere to put the suitcases once unpacked. Nothing like the photos. We didn’t realise you had to pay for towels. €10 deposit for each towel needed and a further €1.50 each cleaning fees. I have never had to pay for a towel to be cleaned at a hotel. The food was hit and miss, breakfast better than dinner and some days it was completely inedible. We had paid for half board and chose to eat out most days because the food was dreadful. Each time you want to order anything you have to produce the physical room key instead of telling them the room number which was fairly inconvenient. The location was good and staff were nice enough but I would not stay here again.

Hotel was lovely and much better than the reviews I read before coming! Rooms were dated but the pool, reception and bar area were lovely! Everything was clean too. Reception staff were incredibly helpful especially as Hotels.com didn’t give the hotel our booking so helped us sort it when we arrived! Good amount of pool loungers too and a yummy breakfast
