Very friendly and professional staff. The hotel is surrounded by beautiful gardens and the spa and swimming polls are all excellent.

Beautiful historic building with all the old paraphernalia still there, loads of character. Staff at reception excellent, service at the poolside bar a bit slow at first but seemed to get going, and the food was excellent and reasonably priced. Pool was warm, surroundings absolutely lovely and a very short walk down the steps into town.

Virkelig et dejligt sted, beliggenheden er fantastisk. Og gode muligheder for at være aktiv med cykling, vandring og hotellets egne tennisbaner. Det er et gammelt hus, så lidt lydt imellem værelserne/fra gangen, men for vores del ikke nok til at forstyrre en meget god helhedsoplevelse:-)

Hotel es Port is beautifully decorated with so many interesting nooks and crannies. The indoor pool was fantastic as the outdoor pool in October was a tad chilly despite the beautiful sunshine. Breakfast was lovely and fresh and the hotel is an easy 2 minute stroll to the beachfront with fabulous restaurants and shops.

A gorgeous property. the staff were excellent, the breakfast was amongst the best I've enjoyed in a hotel, the pool was lovely. The parking was convenient and easily accessible.

This hotel needs a major renovation….room has ants, bed smell with bug spray, sheets stained, shower broken, water temperature varies during shower, noisy during most of the night hours into 2am.

I recently stayed at Hotel Es Port for a getaway and overall had a pleasant experience, though there were a few minor issues. Upon arrival, I was greeted warmly by the reception staff, who were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout my stay. They made check-in smooth and efficient, setting a positive tone for my visit. The room, while clean and well-maintained, was a bit on the small side. It was cozy but lacked the space I would have preferred for a more comfortable stay. Additionally, I noticed that there were no towels left in the room after cleaning, which required me to call down to the front desk to request them. Thankfully, the staff promptly brought the towels to my room within minutes. One area that could use improvement is the pool. While the pool itself was clean and inviting, the pool guard was not particularly friendly or approachable. This was a stark contrast to the rest of the hotel staff, who were consistently pleasant and eager to assist. The highlight of my stay was definitely the breakfast. The selection was diverse and catered to various dietary preferences, with fresh and delicious options. The dining area was well-organized, and the staff there were attentive and courteous, ensuring a pleasant start to each day. In summary, Hotel Es Port provided a generally nice stay with its friendly staff, clean facilities, and delightful breakfast. While the small room and unfriendly pool guard were minor setbacks, the overall experience was positive,

Beautiful mature gardens , large swimming pool with plenty area of garden around it , very good and popular restaurant, need reservations for the evenings, very interesting stone main building with lots of charming area around for seating , spa area great with a bright indoor swimming pool , Hotel room are clean and comfortable with balcony Ours was overlooking scenic green mountain , breakfast good too , literally 2 mins to the port which made it ideal spot

Un hôtel magnifique et calme à coté du port. On a séjourné dans le bâtiment historique rénové avec goût mais dommage beaucoup de bruit le soir à cause de la mauvaise isolation. Des traces d’humidité dans la douche. Spa avec espace extérieur très paisible. Petit déjeuner copieux.

We were shown to a room at the very end of the property hauling our luggage up and down craggy stairs for it to be filthy used and under renovation. The pool was closed- no information at check inn about this significant detail. Staff seemed uninterested in paying customers.

We had a great Valentine’s Day stay at Es Port. Everything was actually really nice but we had a bad smell in our room, sewage?, that took down the total impression one notch. Other than that, nice, friendly and professional staff and still a nice stay.

Immediately loved the character of Hotel Es Port, with its beautiful original mill elements nicely preserved. Staff were very friendly and helpful throughout. The location was great, tucked slightly back from the from of Port de Soller, it was a nice escape from the busy promenade but equally close by to make it easily walkable. The breakfasts were great with plenty of options and good ingredients. Rooms were tidy, spacious and well air-conditioned and the bathroom was lovely. Only down side was the poor soundproofing meaning pretty much all corridor noise could clearly be heard. Overall, I would highly recommend Hotel Es Port

Fantastisk smukt og gennemført hotel. Meget stemningsfyldt og roligt beliggende trukket lidt væk fra havnens ellers travle og overrendte miljø. Overdådig morgenmadsbuffet, super hyggelig bar og lækkert poolområde. Værelserne var lidt små og der var lydt. Vi kommer helt sikkert tilbage og vil anbefale hotellet til alle voksne mennesker der sætter pris på lidt ro og privatliv.

Very surprised to see so many positive reviews on this hotel. The location and setting of the building is excellent but that is where the positives end unfortunately. All the decor is very dated, which is a shame, as the main building has a lot of potential given its history. Breakfast is a reasonable selection, but all very poor quality, particularly any meat, and towards the end of the trip we just stopped going it was so unenjoyable. Restaurant itself is also hugely dated and felt like something from the 90s. Staff are (mostly) welcoming and friendly, but certainly not all of them. Plenty of unhelpful and frustrating hotel policies. Eg You need to hold onto your pool towels at all times and swap them with the lifeguard. Strict policy about no more than 1 per person (why?) and this involves carrying wet towels around / back to the room - never seen such a policy. Reception couldn’t guarantee they could arrange a taxi to the airport (despite providing more than 24 hours notice) - again never seen this at a hotel. Couldn’t send an iron up to the room. Collectively left us frustrated, with the feeling the hotel does little to make you enjoy your stay. However, the main issue were the beds. Hugely sagging and one of the most uncomfortable hotel beds I’ve stayed on in years. Overall, could not recommend which is a shame as with new management and some $$$ investment in refurbing the main building it could be a stunning hotel in a great location.

Beautiful hotel in an excellent location for access to Port Soller. Standard double rooms don't quite live up to the hotel itself but they are absolutely fine. Staff very helpful, food great. Would recommend

Gorgeous hotel and grounds in a great location. Breakfast was decent and the outside terrace was lovely to sit with a coffee. Plenty of sunbeds so no stress in trying to grab one. The rooms were very traditional in style and were the least luxurious part of the hotel. The beds were not particularly comfortable. However I wouldn’t hesitate to return because everything else was great

Nice location and nice premises. Rooms ok for the price but very hard beds. Most disturbing was the personell in the restaurant, they were stressed and rude to us guests (except for Constence who was a star). Due to the (restaurant-) staff I rate my stay 3 from 5.

We had an amazing trip staying at Es Port. It's a gorgeous, quiet property that feels removed, but it right in the middle of town. The breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I've ever seen, the service was pretty kind and helpful, and we got a lot of support through a medical issue that arose in our group on the last morning. Would stay here again without question. I wanted more time to use all the little nooks and beautiful sitting areas throughout the hotel. The team was above and beyond from a service perspective, but based on my experiences in Europe overall, it was all great.

Everything about our trip to Port de Soller was perfect, and our stay at Hotel Es Port was the cherry on top. The grounds were beautiful, the location was convenient, and the staff was amazing. Would come back in a heartbeat.

Quiet but very close to Port de Soller (walkable 5mins). Very beautiful environment and outdoor space.

bijzonder luxe en groot hotel, eten uitmuntend, personeel rustig en ruim aanwezig, parkeren vrij, stalling aanwezig voor huurfietsen (verhuurder op loopafstand), heerlijk binnen- en buitenzwembad. Je wandelt in 2 minuten naar het dorp. Ook omgeving is een aanrader, tenzij je disco's en nachtvertier zoekt.

Stayed for 4 nights. Hotel and grounds are beautiful, the resort has plenty of dining options and is very calm but has limited post dinner drinking options. If you want entertainment past 11pm I’d say it’s not for you. However, lots of lovely places to walk and Soller centre easily reachable by foot or train.

All good, breakfast bit of a let down, felt very busy not helped by a DIY freshly squeezed orange juice section that caused congestion.

Nice pool and open areas. Sometimes they were short staffed during breakfast. But overall a great property.

Godt hotel og Value for Money. Gode værelser, flotte omgivelser, god morgenmad. Sa Figuera restauranten skuffede men ellers et rigtig gost 4* ophold.

Très bel endroit. Spa très agréable. La quantité est présente au restaurant mais pas la finesse. Le petit-déjeuner s'adresse surtout aux goûts allemands. Le confort dans la chambre n'est pas à l'image de l'ensemble de l'hotel, la qualité de la literie n'est pas très bonne.
