This 140 m² holiday home accommodates up to 8 guests, offering 3 bedrooms, a living room, and 2 bathrooms. The fully equipped kitchen lets you prepare your meals; a baby cot and high chair are available for families with young children. You have Wi-Fi, air conditioning in all bedrooms and the living room, a TV, washing machine, and dryer. In winter and at Christmas, gather by the fireplace—firewood is provided for an extra fee. Outdoors, enjoy a private garden, covered terrace, and a balcony with mountain views. The outdoor summer kitchen with plancha and private barbecue offers various options for your meals. The private, secure pool is open from May 1st to September 30th and features a kitchenette with fridge, dining table, and sink, as well as a bathroom with toilet. Six loungers and a sofa complete the pool area. An outdoor shower and foosball table are also available. A spa is accessible for an extra fee. The property is accessed via a secure gate. The hosts live next door in a separate house with a fully independent entrance, not within the reserved property.
