Best Western Buffalo Inn & Suites

When we checked into the hotel, there was a young lady that checked us into the wrong room. After they corrected and put us in the correct room, I received all of these charges on my credit card when I should’ve only received the charge for an incidental fee. They need to make sure that staff that are checking people into the hotel know how to read listen and do the process correctly. Parking was good. Breakfast was good. The room was clean.

Clean, well maintained, newly renovated room and bathroom. Breakfast was excellent and lots of options BUT it should start earlier maybe 6AM. Beds/mattresses are really comfortable considering that my husband and I have back pains if it is not comfortable. Staff are helpful and welcoming. The Best part is, this facility smells good and fresh due to a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding smoking, vaping, and marijuana consumption.

Breakfast was fresh. Staff was excellent. Parking was easy. I would prefer to have a liquid coffee cream 10 % and 18 %, it is my personal preference.

Updated rooms- felt fresh and clean.
