I requested a room on the top floor when I booked and was told that it was fully booked at 4pm in the afternoon on arrival. the receptionist was particularly unhelpful. When I insisted on atop floor room she miraculously identified one. When you request a top floor room when you book a week in advance online, why can't the hotel provide you with one. The staff need training on dealing with customers,
