Your elevator does not line up with the floor. I nearly fell. The property does not have an umbrella for inclement weather. We also had a key problem every time we tried to get in our room. And the shower is rusty. I was very disappointed. I stayed in countless hotels and this was the worst experience!

Great room. Location was perfect for the Yankee games. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Was pleasantly surprised by size of room very spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable but why no safe in the room? Fan in bathroom very loud complained twice but no joy in resolving. Lifts were a bit iffy and in need of maintenance. Had breakfast once and the selection leaves a lot to be desired compared to other hotels I have stayed in. This hotel has lots of potential and there are some easy wins just needs someone to get them done.

Parking was good, lots of space, reception staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast Buffet was not as good as expected and not as much choice so we only went there once for breakfast. All in all a good experience and friendly staff.
