Got to the hotel almost at 10pm. Pool to be closed at 10pm and we wanted a quick swim and jacuzzi. Front desk told us if we hurry up they will keep it open. We got on time in, a few minutes before 10 (lovely external pool and jacuzzi) and they let us in till after 10:30 which was great! We got a great room on the floor level facing the pool area with two doors, one to the building and another door to the garden surrounding the pool area. Room was spacious and nice. Mattress was a bit soft for me. Other family members didn't complain on that. Location was very convenient, close to highway exit.

Nice, clean room and kind staff. Breakfast was good and we loved the gym, which included cardio equipment and free weights. The elevator was out of order for part of our stay and the tv was too small for a room that size. Otherwise, it was great.

Excellent stay for 5 nights while waiting for a house to be ready. Staff was super helpful and accommodating. Breakfast options were good. Pool and hot tub very nice. I have a small dog and requested a courtyard access room which was great. No fault of the hotels because there are literally four doggy stations in the courtyard circle but people can be so inconsiderate and not clean up after their dog! Hotel does a great job keeping it clean regardless of inconsiderate prople.

Ot is cleaning and suite is nice and big space. Breakfast is fine.Staffs are nice and helpful. Swimming pool is clean nice also. Elevator is slow and has a lot of scratches. Refrigerator is not cold enough but if you put drinks in freezer, then it gets cold.

Hallway smelled of smoke. pretty sure it was due to people proping back door smoke area open. which didn't bother me. however the hot tub was closed due to cold weather ...?which didn't make sense. I picked this property specifically for the hot tub why would you close it for cold weather it's a hot tub

We usually love staying at La Quinta Inn & Suites, but this time was different. Upon getting the bed ready for a good night sleep I noticed that the pillow was filthy, and I mean disgustingly dirty. The pillow cover wasn't changed and it had some bloody boogers. Another pillow had some oily stains. We had to call the reception at 10pm and ask for pillows change. Still it was not comfortable to sleep there. How do we know if any of the bedsheets had been changed? We will think twice before reserving at LQ again and if we do, we will always check the bedsheets upon entering the room.

My family and I booked two rooms for a recent stay. We arrived late, around 1:00 am, and were looking forward to a shower and some rest. Instead, we were met with a series of problems that made our stay completely unacceptable. The very first issue was the condition of the rooms. Both bathrooms were visibly dirty. The showers and toilet seats had what appeared to be light dirt and grime, so we spent 15 minutes cleaning each bathroom ourselves before we could use them. The next morning, we discovered our second inconvenience. We were told at check-in that breakfast was served until 10:00 am, but when we went downstairs at 9:15 am, we were informed that all the breakfast had been cleared away at 8:00 am. While the employee at the front desk was apologetic and tried to find something for us, we ended up having to go out to eat. Things only got worse. When we returned to our rooms later that day, we found that housekeeping had not come. The rooms were not cleaned, and we had no fresh towels. I had to go to the front desk, where the employee apologized and handed me a stack of clean towels to take back to the rooms myself. The final and most frustrating issues occurred with the hotel facilities. The elevator was out of service, which was a significant inconvenience as I was traveling with six other people, including small children and luggage. We had no choice but to take the stairs. The stairwell was not only an eyesore but also smelled strongly of marijuana on every floor.

The room that I had was very old, it had old stringy towels, mold on the tub, bathroom doors were tore up on the bottom and didn’t shut right and it smelled like cat pee. Breakfast choices were good.

Property inside was pretty dirty in the hallways, elevator etc. our bed sheets were stained with no cleaning service for 3 days and we were only staying 2 days. Lots of strange people coming in the exterior doors for breakfast. No one checked anyone. Seemed like area non-residents speaking other languages and clearly not staying (paying).

Room was large, very nice outdoor pool area, everything seemed clean, breakfast was fine. The only problem was not much sound proofing. The highway was very noisy 24/7 and the room next door was loud. Maybe because we had a connecting door.

Cons: I stayed in RM 320 -Air Conditioner was noisy and barely able to keep the room cool -The walls are paper thin. I could hear the cars and other vehicles. It kept me up all night -Property smells like weed through the corridors -Dated furniture and decor Pros: room was relatively clean, and updated bathroom, it is nearby a 24 hour Ihop (did not try it) Overall: luckily I was only there for four hours

Stayed 2 days. Nice area, had a pool that was clean. The reason for a 1 star rating the bed was horrid. I felt like I was sleeping on a box spring. I could feel every spring. Woke up sore as ….. I had left some items in my room when checking out to leave and return back to Los Angeles. I called the hotel from the airport when I noticed my items were not with me. The receptionist stated they would check with housekeeping and call me back. I did not get a call back, as I had time to call again, I did and was told the same thing. Upon returning to Los Angeles, I had called 5 times when I was finally told that NOTHING was left in the room. Due to the dishonesty and the lack of concern in this matter I would not return to this hotel. the one particular item was very valuable and sentimental to me and very unique I find it hard to believe it was not found.

The staff, specifically one employee, would not sell me milk for our toddler. We spent the day at the hospital and were too tired to leave to look for a grocery store. Instead she ‘gave’ me a very small portion and decided to shame me by tell me “i will give you some but next time, there is a target about 10 minutes walking”

We love staying here. This time, however, the TV in the living room area of our suite didn't work. Staff came up to fix it but couldn't figure it out. We also wish housekeeping was automatic. We didn't know you had to request it, so then our room didn't get clean when we were gone like we hoped.

Right next to the freeway! 15-25 minutes from Denver (depending on traffic of course). Staff were fast and great! Our room smelled funny when we first came in but opened the window and that fixed that. Walking distance from a couple restaurants/bars. Target is like a 1-2 minute drive.

Check-in was great. We arrived early and she was able to get us in with no problems. The beds were a problem in our room. Not sure the mattresses have ever been even flipped around let alone changed out. Both beds were entirely broken down on the side closest to the end table between the beds. My biggest issue was the breakfast, which is a deciding factor for choosing the hotel for me. We were there for Sat/Sun mornings when the breakfast is supposed to start at 7a. Since we were there for a tennis tournament, we needed to eat breakfast as early as possible. However, when we went down for breakfast at 7-7:15 both days, there was no coffee ready, the juice machine wasn't even turned on, the waffle irons were not warmed up, the gravy was cold, biscuits were cold. There was just one person trying to do all the things to get the breakfast started, and it seems like the hotel had decided that that employee should clock in when the breakfast was supposed to start rather than having them come in earlier and have everything prepared for the actual time the breakfast is supposed to start.

Overall it was a great stay, the building and rooms are all pretty clean, the few interactions I had with the staff were pleasant and they were very helpful. Breakfast was great! My husband was obsessed with the sausage links lol
