Hotel Eden Park by Brava Hoteles

Had a fantastic stay at this hotel, staff were amazing and even gave us a lift to the airport in the morning

The hotel had good access off the motorway although is noisy with being in close proximity. There is a bar and dining options , but if taking your dog as it’s pet friendly, there is an additional charge of 30€ , which we thought is very expensive when compared to other pet friendly hotels.

Nice stay got in late so needed a place near the airport.Very quiet location and comfortable room.The Belarusian lady that brought me the airport was very professional and polite to deal with a real asset to your hotel.

Check in all good. Room 117. Excellent air con in room !! Sink plug closed and wouldn’t open. Water not getting away. Hubby looked at it underneath and said it looked as if it had been broken ‘for a while’. Down to reception and in fairness the girl came up and had a look. Couldn’t mend. I misunderstood as I thought someone else was coming to get it mended. I was wrong. Anyway went down and had a lovely swim in the pool. Then to dinner. This is where management need to step up their training of staff and their food quality. 2 men on duty and 1 obviously more senior/experienced. Lots of tiny things such as giving water but no glasses, not taking the order properly and having to repeat many times, not checking who is getting what and setting down the wrong food, not clearing dinner things before dessert,literally taking glasses and plates away before you were finished , not returning promptly… you get the picture. It was not just our table either as we noticed several tables waiting / asking again for items etc. We did not think that the food was so good either. Chips not cooked properly- how can a 4 star hotel get this wrong? Hubby did not really rate the burger either. It is not as if the place was busy. Dessert was good. Staff (under care of management) need more training. Excellent night’s sleep- great quality bed linen and very comfortable bed. Shower all good. No hairdryer (that we could find) - 4 stars? Breakfast the next day was very good compared to dinner.

Nice hotel, very dog friendly if you need that. Restaurant very good and staff excellent

Beautiful place with forest around. And not far from the city. And free parking.

Es ist Familienfreundlich und auch Haustiere sind willkommen. Es gibt einen Spielplatz und einen Pool. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen.

Hotel cómodo, con habitación amplia y personal muy amable. Dispone de parking Desayuno muy bueno.

Me gusto mucho las instalaciones y los servicios que prestan, como el restaurante, el bar y la piscina.

I was lucky to have quiet neighbours. Would definitely come back. Note no all day restaurant or cafe and dinner must be booked. There is a well stocked self service area with drinks and snacks.

Nun bin ich das 11. mal da gewesen und ich kann dieses Hotel immer nur loben. Sehr gut gelegen, Top saubere Zimmer, Sehr gutes, komfortables Frühstück, Und einen angenehmen Pool. Was will man mehr perfekt für jeden Urlauber oder durch Reisenden? Auch das Personal ist immer stets hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Die Parkmöglichkeiten gerade für mich mit großen Auto Transporthänger ist perfekt und sehr sehr sicher. Ich werde immer wieder kommen. 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

Bin jetzt schon das zehnte Mal beruflich in diesem Hotel gewesen, und es war wie immer. Sehr angenehm. Sehr sauber. Klasse Frühstück super Personal. Und ich werde auch immer wieder gerne kommen

Mooi hotel, nette kamer, rustig gelegen. Genoeg parkeergelegenheid. Maar dan…….geen restaurant in de buurt dus je bent aangewezen op het restaurant on het hotel. Een eenvoudige hap ie er niet, meteen naar haute cuisine met de daaraan gekoppelde prijs! Bijvoorbeeld het ontbijt is niet inbegrepen en kost €19 p.p. Conclusie, na een lange, vermoeiende reis wil je iets eenvoudigs eten en nog een keer op zoek gaan naar een restaurant. Dit is een gemiste kans want voor ons is er geen volgende keer meer.

No funcionaba el aire acondicionado y el calor era insoportable. Abrimos la ventana por la noche para que entrase el aire y los mosquitos nos frieron a picotazos. El personal fue amable y se disculpó por el problema pero no había más habitaciones libres para cambiarnos. La cena estuvo bien, El hotel no vale lo que cuesta.

Ein überraschend komfortables, gut designtes Hotel mit großem Park, wäre so nicht zu erwarten direkt neben der Autobahn. Zimmer sind ruhig und sehr angenehm. Hervorragendes Value for the Money

General impression of hotel was good, the room was OK but a bit outdated bathroom. The biggest downside was that there was no available seating in the restaurant. You need to do reservation ahead. Being a roadside hotel by an airport this just is not good enough.

Good location for a one night stop but wouldn't stay any longer. WiFi was non existent and air con was poor. Also very noisy from hall in the morning. Staff were a real positive very friendly and spoke good French and English to help. Just feel hotel is a bit dated

muy nervioso. Nosotros reservamos una gran habitacion de 30m2 y me entregaron las llaves de 2 hab, la 203 y 205 que no se comunicaban porque la puerta entre ella estaba cerrada. Un desastre y solo usamos la 205. La bañera estaba embozada ademas. El aire acondicionado no funciono y hacia mucho ruido.

Top Service

Für eine Nacht in Ordnung, aber man sollte dringend vorsorgen: Am besten Essen in der Umgebung besorgen und im Zimmer essen. Das Essen vor Ort war wenig und qualitativ nicht gut. Preis-Leistung stimmt leider überhaupt nicht. Auch sollte man sich Kopfhörer oder Ohrenstöpsel einchecken (sehr hellhörig). Toll war der Transport zum Flughafen. Rezeption war leider überhaupt nicht erreichbar. Begründung hierfür war der Personalmangel vor Ort.

We srrived in the afternoon and the hotel is very modern and clean. There was only one member staff on duty, and on arrival, we were informed that a shuttle to the airport next should have been booked and would depend on the availability of drivers. This obviously concerned us, as this was one of the reasons for choosing the hotel. The bar opened at about 7.30pm and restaurant, about 8.00pm. the food was very nice and the staff pleasant and effective. As it happened, it became possible to arrange the airport dropoff, which was on time.

Hotel très bien placé en sortie d'autoroute et proximité de l'aéroport. Très belle chambre et très bonne literie. Très bon petit déjeuner.

Close to airport clean

Excellent hôtel for a stopover en route. Although right by the autoroute our room was quiet and very comfortable. We both had a refreshing night's sleep after a 6 hour drive. The restaurant here is really good and reasonably priced too. We will book again most definitely.

We stayed at the hotel because we knew our flight would arrive quite late. The staff were very kind and organised us something to eat although the restaurant closed 5 minutes before we arrived. There was a good choice at breakfast.

Room was lovely. Bath was a little annoying to shower in as the sides protruded quite a bit where you stand. The water however went from hot to cold to scalding various times throughout the shower. The biggest issue during the stay however was the evening meal. Dreadful would be an understatement. My partner’s cabbage, potato, and bacon starter did not come with bacon - it was a slab of fat. My pork ribs main had all but no meat on it - just fat. And half of the desserts were off the menu, leaving me with no available choice. The receptionist in the morning did refund almost half the meal, but in all honesty the meal was such a shambles she should have just refunded the entire amount. I’d stay in the hotel again if I had no better choice, but I certainly wouldn’t have the evening meal again. Breakfast was better as it was a buffet, so when I discovered a lump of gristle in my bacon I was able to move onto something else 😒
