I have to say that hotel is one of the nicest places I have had the opportunity to visit in Tucson AZ area so if you want a little more in the way of rest and relaxation and you really don't need to be in the city, this is the place for you.

This was our first stay at this hotel, and unfortunately, it was disappointing. We arrived around 11:00 PM and were checked in quickly. However, our room was extremely hot despite it being the middle of summer. The hallways and common areas were well air-conditioned, but our room was not. We turned on the A/C immediately, yet even by 3:00 AM, the room remained uncomfortably warm. We contacted maintenance because our 13-month-old and 11-year-old daughters were unable to sleep. I do want to recognize the maintenance staff member, who was very friendly and helpful. After seeing how hot the room was, he brought us a fan, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the fan was very noisy and still did not make the room comfortable enough to sleep. The room's cleanliness was also concerning. My 11-year-old daughter found bugs on both the floor and the wall, and I even took a photo of one of them. The complimentary breakfast was very limited and lacked basic items such as eggs and bananas. Overall, I don't believe this hotel offers good value for the price. I would rather pay an extra $50 per night for a cleaner, cooler, and more comfortable hotel. I cannot recommend staying here unless the guest rooms are properly cooled during the summer, the rooms are kept bug-free, and the breakfast selection is improved.
