There were many holes in the backing of curtains, fridge almost froze my meds, lousy internet connection, two ice machines, and neither worked.

Some of the exits didn't work. The laundry machines didn't work. The furniture in the lounge was stained. The hallway smelled like smoke, weed and musty. The tiny little refrigerator was on the floor so you had to get on your knees to use it. 3:00 a.m. people were making a ruckus outside my door. The coffee area was completely inadequate. There appeared to be some shady characters, even with a dog, I did not feel safe or relaxed.

Elevator did not work at check in and check out. Pool was covered for a long time with plants growing out of the fabric. There is a fridge in the room. Bed is comfortable. Contrary to what was reported, the internet works and no issue with streaming.

The hotel looks old inside, needs some maintenance. Also, the hotel have no generator. We lost electricity for a few hours in the afternoon and it got hot in the room. Temperature outside was 95 degrees. Also, later that night we lost electricity again for about 10 minutes. It was really bad that a hotel is not prepared for a situation like that.

When we arrived, there was a very strong smell of mold in the room. The vending machines weren't working, and the key door stopped working before checkout time. Everything else was normal.

Poor lighting outside the hotel. Hallways were run down and needed repair. Customers were smoking weed in the no smoking area and the place smelled like weed. Room was outdated but nice, however neighbors were loud.. The restaurant they had attached to the hotel was great! All and all it was an ok hotel

Pool will never be open. Dogs are everywhere. Poor security with doors propped open with rocks and lots of long term stay guests.

Holes in the walls of the room as well as bathroom, no soap for the bathroom, bed had mini pillows, by the morning bed felt like it was crawling with insects, the moment you got to the 2nd floor it smelt the moment you got off the elevator, entire hall way had a horrible scent.

Barely any outlets in the room there was a funky smell in the hallways and day one not even 5 minutes in the room and a roach came crawling up the wall we went downstairs to ask for bug spray and the lobby man says he never had that issue but proceeded to pull out raid max for roaches and gloves and tells us to use the gloves while using it so clearly he was experience with it. I will never go to this location again💯

Based on the rate, our expectations weren't that high. You get what you pay for, and all... The room was fairly well appointed, and rather clean, but there were some items that caused us some grief. Firstly, the bed came equipped with only 3 'half pillows'. We're used to more... 'pillow-age', in hotel rooms. Additional pillows were requested, but unavailable. Sleeping on them was difficult for both of us. Secondly, there were some seriously worn items in the room--such as the window curtains.That was a little disconcerting, but we expected to be up before sunrise. Thirdly, there didn't see to be any attempt to keep guests from smoking near the lobby entrance--despite several, thoroughly ignored signs prohibiting smoking in the area--which allowed cigarette smoke to waft into the lobby and into the halls. Our room had a strong smell of cigarette 'deodorant'--which masked any cigarette smoke rather well--but the net result was an irritating concoction that led to stuffy noses all night.

For the money this hotel was fine, average, OK. The room was clean, the bed was ok, the bathroom was clean but needs a serious update and that was probably the lowest toilet I've sat on since grade school. TV (or satellite reception) was spotty (all channels had The Matrix-like lines running through them) Location was convenient to get back on the road early in the morning.

I booked 2 rooms, the first room had roaches we killed it and showed management at front desk and he brushed us off like it was a common thing there My 2nd room tv did NOT work, phone in my room did NOT work. Hallway ceiling had leakage and had holes in the ceiling. This hotel needs to be closed for major renovations. We only stayed because it was close to Great Adventures. Thank God it was only for one night. As a Hilton member this is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Even the children was asking if the hotel was going out of business. Never Again!! Absolutely Disgusting!

My husband and I stayed at the hotel for a one night. We checked in at 8pm and the man behind the counter was helpful and respectful. The room was exceptionally clean but only had 3 pillows for 2 people. The bed was roomy and comfortable. The hotel didn't have a computer in the lobby but for 1 night it wasn't terrible. For a 1-2 day stay it was very nice and worth every penny if you use Hotel.com. I hope my review helps other guests in the future.

Upon check -in my son and I were made painfully aware that the television was not working. I immediately let the front desk attendant Alejandro know. He agreed to move us to a different room. About 45 minutes later he said that the hotel was sold out, no more rooms were available. So a night without television was Very STRANGE and at our expense.😞👀

The room was quite small. There was a leak from the ceiling above the toilet which was annoying and kept me up. Room 121 was okay for one person not 2. No Bible and no pen or paper to write down anything. The price fit the room just right.

Had a bit of trouble with the check in. They tried to put me in a smoking room. Did not even know they still existed. They were booked but lucky they had a cancellation so I was able to get in a non smoking room. They also tried to charge my card on the spot for 4 nights when I had already paid for 1 night only through Orbitz. Not sure what that was about. Still working to make sure that charge does not go through.

I have stayed at this property before with no issues ...I guess the hotel was just taken over by days inn ..... It took almost a half an hour to check in and I was the only guest there at the time ...... the staff was more concerned about trying to figure out the new computer system and not about the guest then couldn't find my reservation, finally resolved. The room was small and the bed is not a true queen size. When I went for breakfast in the morning besides having a very limited selection there were NO COFFEE CUPS anywhere in the hotel and no one could offer any solutions I suggested someone should run to the store but I was looked at like I was crazy. I rarely write reviews but I was unhappy and checked out early as there are enough other options in the area that want to service their guests

When we got in late last evening, we were told there was no reservation, even though we had a confirmation number and multiple messages from Hotels.com. As a result, we had no place to stay that evening.

Checking in was long but that's ok as the front desk personnel was new. Almost charged me again after I already paid on line. Bathroom was nasty. Tub 1/2 full with water and continued to drip. Told front desk and manager never showed up or stop by to check. The hotel is old and outdated. Back door not locked. Able to come in and out without card key. Felt very unsafe. Would never stay here again and would not recommend this hotel regardless of the competitive rate. Not worth it.

Room was fine. Random people (2 guys and a girl) were hanging out outside the hotel, smoking, possibly selling, etc. I just walked past and there weren't any issues. Hallway reeked of old marijuana and the room had a mildew/mold smell to it. It might be time to do a deep clean and add in some security if you want traveling clients however if the hotel caters to the local "business" - then it's doing a decent job and should lower it's rates or add in hourly ones. Aside from that, the room was clean and staff was nice.

Booked an overnight stay at this property on our way to visit family in New York. The staff was super friendly and helpful, the room was spacious and clean, the bed was very comfortable and the continental breakfast was above average quality. While the property is older, it is well maintained and very clean. We were looking for a reasonably priced place to crash for the night. This hotel was a very pleasant surprise. Kudos to the staff and management!

Not much to like except, a clean bed. Absolutely no morning food service though promised on the site. Front desk person said’ “haven’t had breakfast for a long time. When we did it was terrible.” No cups at the coffee station. I found out why; it didn’t work. I suggest you not list this property on Expedia!!

Decent place, friendly stuff. Convenient position near highway. This hotel has also a restaurant. That’s a hidden gem. Everything we tried was amazing. We’ll come back here especially for this pub.

The place was clean. But they advertised breakfast and they do not serve any not even cereals. The pool was advertised but that not open this year period. It was a room clean but otherwise falsely advertised. I would rather pay a little more and get what advertised. Very disappointed but again clean rooms.
