Great hotel, newly renovated very playfully, rooms are Texas spacious and pool/spa/bb court come in handy when staying in shape.

I am loving it here, front desk staff Nicole and manager Martin have been very welocming as I just got out of ER and in pain. I needed a quick staycation in a safe area where i used to live and this was it. The breakfast and Serena are so helpful and professional at the same time. The maintenance man, front desk agent, Adrienne, who helped fix my TV after I switched from the 2 bedroom apartment which was 5 🌟 🤩 ⭐️to the 1 bedroom suite. My mom and I loved it and will definitely return! The first 2 nights i got a good nights sleep and i booked 2 more nights for myself only in the smaller room on the same floor. Im deducting a star for housekeeping, because its obvious they didnt clean this bathroom since last person left hairs all in the shower floor, and i dont like how water accumulates in these flat showers with no tub, its a slipping hazard. I had to ask for extra floor mats for bathroom since it flooded after 1 shower, then i had to ask hwr for bleach and disinfected the shower and toilet and sink myself. I saw poop stains on wall, kinda gross but ill let it slide since they are so nice. Be aware there is a $150.00 deposit charged each night you extend your reservation, so far thats been 3 times so make sure your credit card has enough funds to not overcharge. Already planning my return trip to take a pic with my $100 robe! This place is a vibe! See you next weekend!

It was very cozy and clean. The staff very respectful and helped with any questions.It's a big plus when the room has a kitchen with its own utensils. However, we stayed for a short period of time; we didn't use it, but we were very happy to have everything at hand. I think the breakfast was very filling and helped a lot of people because it would have taken a long time to prepare all this or stand in line to buy it. We really liked it.Thank you very much. Check-in was quick and seamless, and everyone I encountered went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully maintained, with comfortable bedding and all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. Housekeeping did an excellent job keeping everything fresh throughout my visit. The property itself is well-kept, peaceful, and thoughtfully designed. Whether it was enjoying breakfast, relaxing in common areas, or exploring nearby attractions, everything felt convenient and stress-free. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort, excellent service, and a smooth, enjoyable experience. I would definitely stay here again.

Yes, this hotel is super clean. Staff was courteous but most of them can't speak english, hence communicating with them was challenging. Walls are thin here.

Reggie at the Front Desk. Spacious clean suite. Kitchen had everything we needed. Breakfast and staff were terrific.

The room was clean and the staff was very nice. There was no hot water in the shower; the water control knob in the shower turns continuously. The shower is small, about a little over two feet wide; so, the shower curtain is rubbing on you while you bathe. There were no sheets or blanket for the pull-out couch. The breakfast was disgusting. The milk was rotten and curdled. the eggs were watery and runny. The oatmeal was watery, with undercooked crunchy oats. I called the front desk several times in the evening on 1/23/2026 and no one answered the phone. Finally, after several hours someone answered the phone. I wanted to let someone know that I was driving to the hotel on a four-hour drive and I would be arriving after the check-in time.

The property is beautiful, but the internet is spotty. The internet is the only way to watch local television and the weather was severe; we needed an exit strategy so we had to use our phones. The only thing that was missing in the room was tissue for winter allergies. The staff was absolutely AMAZING!

Very nice property. Staff was kind, the place is really visually pleasing and the room/suite it spacious. Its all hard wood (laminate maybe) in the room so unfortunately you can hear the upstairs guest but otherwise it's peaceful.

This was a beautiful boutique hotel that won my heart, not only for its beauty, but how well managed it was. The front Desk was attended by Nina, who seemed like she was in training, but was very sweet and accommodating. The manager named Adrien was very attentive and accommodating. He managed to resolve the issues that we had quickly and discreetly. It also helped that he is handsome and has a French accent. I was thoroughly impressed by the service that he and all of the staff provided to my son, myself and my friend. I believe the woman who was managing breakfast over the weekend name was Sharon or something like that, she was incredibly kind and made sure that our breakfast was enjoyable, she checked on us regularly to make sure we didn’t need anything. I’m incredibly blown away from this hotel and plan on returning here for all my future trips to Houston. Give this hotel a try you will not be disappointed!

This hotel is absolutely fabulous. Breakfast, staff, and rooms are on point and flawless. The atmosphere is very peaceful and relaxing. Sleep comfortably in the bed. Definitely coming back and highly recommend
