Our accommodation is located in Premià de Dalt, a charming village in Maresme offering peace just 20 km from Barcelona. Welcome to this bright and cozy space, located on the basement floor of the house, with a main entrance shared with the hosts, a private independent area, and direct access to the garden. The stay features two beds in the main area, a single bedroom, and a full bathroom with shower. A spacious sofa is perfect for relaxing or watching the flat-screen TV. Everything is designed so you feel at home in a peaceful and stylish environment. Ideal for couples or travelers seeking a quiet place with all the comforts for a perfect stay. Enjoy private bedroom and living room with access to various TV platforms. There is also parking for bicycles or motorcycles, a private garden with outdoor dining areas, a private community pool with schedule, and laundry service available for an extra fee. We live in the same house and are always attentive to your needs. We like to take care of our guests and make you feel welcome.
