Next to the house is a lovely communal pool with sunbathing area. Casa Florence consists of 2 floors. Ground floor: entrance, toilet, spacious living room with access to the terrace and the kitchen. On the first floor are the 3 bedrooms and a large bathroom with shower. All bedrooms are equipped with aire conditioning. Of course Casa Florence also has a lovely terrace where you can enjoy a homemade Paella and a glass of wine! The house has an enclosed garage for private use of the owners. They sometimes need to be in the garage to pick up or drop off something.
