Great location. Ample parking and as a woman traveling alone for work (w/my service dog) I felt safe. Both employees at the front I spoke/dealt with were very kind! Plus the one guy had great fun hair! He also offered to make up a to-go breakfast snack for me since he knew I was leaving at 530am...very kind! I'll be staying here again for my next two LB work trips! TYSM

Excellent upgraded clean room, free breakfast with many choices such as eggs & sausage, oatmeal, cold cereal, waffles, etc. parking is plentiful and free. The pool/hot tub area was kind of small.

Floor could be cleaned properly in the whole house. Very nice breakfast, friendly staff. But why wearing masks??? Parking at no charge is big benefit. Pool was closed at this time. We consider coming again.

This place needs new carpeting. The carpet is so stained it gives you the feeling it's flithy. The rooms are nice enough the beds are comfortable the breakfast is good. It's next to a Del Taco and Subway. The price was reasonable.

The hotel itself was very nice. The breakfast was really good. We got there Friday evening to check in with my 2. 11 year-old grandchildren.. The door was not working properly. It was very heavy and would slam every time you opened it, and I was afraid my grandkids fingers were gonna get caught up in it. The showerhead was clogged and wasn’t working and the TV only like about six channels came in. I ended up changing rooms Saturday and then our key cards kept failing and I had to get them replaced like four times either it wouldn’t let me back in the hotel or it wouldn’t work at the swimming pool or we couldn’t get into the room. I really liked the place. I just wish there wasn’t all those issues. Thank you

When my husband and I checked in there were two ladies one of the ladies was super rude and very unprofessional. Didn’t greet us just asked for ID’s. We came here to be closer to a restaurant we had reservations for Sunday brunch to celebrate our anniversary we stay at different hotels and this service by far is the worse! I wish i gotten the ladies name, you know who you are.

Front desk didn’t honor my status with Hilton because I didn’t book thru the Hilton website, she wasn’t going to give us the two free water and the internet they wanted me to pay for it, I’m at the highest level within the Hilton omits program. I had to go back twice to the front desk to get this resolved. She had a bad attitude.

Hello, First night my friend who I shared the room as the other guest with went into the jacuzzi and cut their foot open, badly. We let the staff know that it was unsafe and blood in the jacuzzi. Either the metal base of the railing or possibly glass cut my friend’s foot. They took about 20 minutes to come out to the pool area to give my friend a bandaid and some cleaning wipes. We made sure it was all documented and reported. My friend had lots of walking to do this weekend and was extremely inconvenienced. The staff closed off the jacuzzi and told us the General Manager contact us. It’s been well over a week and no contact. We’re very disappointed in the follow up from the management team and will never stay at this establishment again. I would love to speak with someone about this. Thank you, Daniel

The woman that checked me in late on Wednesday July 23rd was a life saver. After issues with my bank and layover problems and rental car issues she was a sigh of relief for my son and I. She went above and beyond for us and I’m forever grateful

Clean place to stay and convenient parking. Close by Long Beach and short drive to Asia Garden Mall with a variety of vietnamese and asian food options. Hot food in the breakfast is limited but does the job. Will stay here again.

This is the second time we came here in a month because we loved it so much! Thanks for being pet friendly!!! Big Hampton Inn fans. Close to the beach with lots of dining options. Right down PCH to the dog beach! Rooms are spotless and very spacious. Staff is always friendly and helpful!

I was shocked to be confronted with a $50 « amenities fee ». Fortunately it turned out to be a refundable cleaning fee, only kept if damage done. Having my name show up on the room TV was creepy. Free breakfast bar and free parking are the two features that would lure me into coming back for a future stay.

The best thing about this hotel was their breakfast. Even though it was the same food as all the other Hampton, they actually cared about what they put out and it showed. The fresh fruit was great and they knew how to cook oatmeal or they cared enough to cook it right.

The breakfast is nice… The parking very easy… I love how there are hooks all over the room; so many hotels forget the importance of hooks for wet towels and things like that… I would complain that my room didn’t have any washcloths, but that’s a minor thing
