Single storey gite without vis a vis with access through a private entrance in the upper part (Gîte Liya in the lower part) of a house located in an area of 4200 m² shared with 2 other gites. You will have access to a comfortable living dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. Through a corridor, you will access a bedroom with 2 single beds and a bedroom with 1 large double bed, a shower room and toilets. Separate toilets. Laundry room shared by the 3 gites. You can enjoy 2 private terraces with garden furniture and barbecue. After your visits, you will be able, by going up 50 m above the house, to share the swimming pool with the 2 others gites and the owners. Baby equipment on request. In a perfect place to discover all the charms and gastronomy of the Périgord, house ideally located on the heights of Le Bugue in the Périgord Noir, with a beautiful panoramic view. Many tourist attractions to visit nearby : Gouffre de Proumeyssac, Cloître de Cadouin, Cingle de Trémolat, Les Eyzies de Tayac, Montignac-Lascaux, medieval cities of Belvès and Sarlat, Bastide de Monpazier, village de Limeuil at the confluence of the river Dordogne and the river Vézère... A starting point for a hike close to the gite, a swimming pool and children's games, for a successfull family stay.
