Did not receive king bed non-smoking I reserved. Was told that it was due to renovations being performed on the king rooms, and the hotels.com listing should have informed me of this. I did not see any such warning. The rooms should simply have not been listed as available. I did not let this ruin my trip, but I prefer to get the reservation I pay for. It was good to have a laundry room, but it needed to be cleaned. Rishi, working at the front desk, was very friendly and clearly desired to make our stay comfortable. Breakfast was very basic but acceptable. Breakfast room was clean and pleasant. WIFI worked great. I would stay here again, but I would like to stay in the room I reserved.

This property seems to be half renovated. Pool is not operable. The carpets are all stained with paint. Our first room had a broken window lock to the outside and the door was ajar when we arrived. The second room was nominally better but smelled of paint and had bugs in it. I understand that this is a budget hotel, but this was beyond.

This hotel is under remodeling and should not be open until it is completed. The exercise room was packed with office chairs, work supplies, and totally inaccessible. There were trash bags in the hallway, unpainted walls and missing baseboards everywhere. It will be nice completed, but don't stay there now. I tried to add photos, but it would not let me upload.

From the moment we entered (5 hours before check-in) until the moment we left, we had a great experience! We came to meet friends who arrived the day before. The manager welcomed us, offered us coffee, described the area where renovation work was underway, and offered to answer any questions. When we arrived later to check in, it was awuick and ready check-in, the room was clean, well-furnished, and everything was in working order. We took advantage of the beautiful weather and headed out to the pool, which was clean and just the perfect temperature. (Cleaning was in progress when we first arrived) There are still signs that this hotel had been in need of a major makeover, with peeling wallpaper and stained (not dirty) carpeting in the halls. Work is underway, and currently the half are cluttered with a mix of old and new furniture. Breakfast was adequate, if not spectacular. Cook-it-yourself waffles, link sausage and scrambled egg patties made up the hot portion, varieties of dry cereal, instant oatmeal and bread products were available, along with coffee, tea, juices and yogurt. Or whole family is looking forward to returning to this hotel in the future.

We have stayed here several times due to proximity to family that we visit in the area and each time has gotten worse. The pool was not in operation, nor was the gym. The place is falling apart and there is construction being done in numerous places. The room itself was not very clean. Breakfast was ok.

I thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor pool. Very hot September day and it was perfect after driving for 8 hours in the heat. Cool and refreshing. Staff was also friendly, well informed, and friendly.

The duvet cover was dirty. The shower smelled. 3 tiny pillows for two people asked for another and couldn’t get one. The night shift desk clerk was rude. He was talking on the phone using an ear bud non stop and was not helpful. He didn’t seem to care about the customers as much as he did his phone calls.

My room was not completely clean so I tried to call desk but the phone to work. So I walked down to let them know. They did come up right away to clean it. By morning I found other areas not cleaned so again I had to go down and let them know. Housekeeping came up and cleaned my room again.

This hotel by far was the dirtiest, smelliest, nastiest hotel I ever stayed in. The room smelled so bad that I had to go out twice to get scented candles and sprays to be able to stay in the room. There was hair on one of the pillows, stains on the floors, a dirty fridge (what looked like melted ice cream), and more. In all fairness, I should say the night clerk offered another room, but since the other rooms used the same room cleaner I declined. No point! By morning snother animal had left poop or vomit outside my room door. The whole evening was so gross. The hotel offered breakfast but the place was just too dirty to eat there. I would NEVER stay there again. There was a sign on their front desk stating Hotels.com gives them an 8.4 rating. That cannot be true. This hotel was disgusting.

The sheets and quilts had stains - also bed ( round, yellow, big stains ) when contacted Desk for help. They said it was hard water stains. The pillows smelled like someone else’s sweat, and the floors were not vacuumed or mopped because you can still see Food all over the place on the ground. My family and I were exhausted from a long drive and covered the pillows with our towels and laid on the bed with all of our clothes on.. our children had their own Blankey and fortunately they slept better than mom and dad. The reason I chose this location was because it was on the way. As soon as I walked in, I immediately regretted it due to the people in the front and also the condition of the luggage cart. I already knew that we were in for a treat.. I’ve stayed in hundreds if not, thousands of hotels and Airbnb’s. This was by far top five worst. I woke up with Red bites on my side and back. I don’t know if it was bedbugs, but it definitely felt like them. Will be avoiding this quality in and any other quality in in the United States due to this experience.

Stayed for one night on a road trip. Checked in late and checked out early, so we really did not see much apart from our room and the breakfast in the morning. The coverlet and sheets had stains, which was unsettling. We were given an extra blanket which was clean. I would not stay here again.

Clean comfortable room. Spacious bathroom. Would have liked hot coffee offered in the lobby. We had to check out prior to 7am on a Saturday & thats when breakfast starts. Unfortunate Curtains can not be pulled all the way to deflect light.

Neither the television nor the phone worked in my room. They offered to move me but apparently the other available rooms the tvs didn’t work either. Telephone didn’t work so couldn’t call the front desk unless using my cellular. Seem to be doing renovations, no room numbers on doors or hallways. Placards tossed on the floor in the hallways. Main lobby dirty, hallways dirty, had a big couch in my room but too hard to sit on so it’s useless. Staff didn’t seem to care about the issues and weren’t willing to do anything about it last night or this morning. Disappointing.

Staff didn’t seem to care about the issues and weren’t willing to do anything about it last night or this morning. Disappointing.

Where to start! They first put us in a room that smelled of cigarette smoke & pee, it was obvious someone had been staying in the room still! Check-in at the desk was dismal, no one there for at least 5 minutes and when someone did show up they were on their personal cell phone. There were no waste baskets in the room, manager said they were upgrading the hotel and all the baskets were thrown out!! When I tried to call the front desk the phone had no cord! The manager brought a cord in, but now the phone was flashing a large red light, that was distracting through the night. Breakfast was another joke! They ran out of coffee before 9AM, 1 container of milk which we borrowed from the cereal section! It was also only 2%, no other milk to be found. There were only two small container of butter for waffles and/ or your toast, 1 bagel, no danish. I can go on but you get the point. I’d like to know what happened to the “quality” in quality inn? It’s far from the commercials you see on TV!

We have a handicapped son and the staff that helped me was just so sweet. I ended up bringing my 4 month old granddaughter due to my daughter having surgery and the lady helping was just so helpful.

If you just need a room for the night, this place is fine. They had a comfortable bed, a tv, and a shower. The area felt safe enough that I didn’t worry about my car being broken into.

Easy access from 95. The room was comfortable and clean. The bed was comfortable also. Where they lacked was at breakfast. There were some premade round egg things and the weirdest sausage I have ever seen. It was actually white. Maybe they boiled it? The only other things were bagels and cold cereal. Not a piece of fruit to be found.

renovations were recently made and the place looked really nice. We were given the wrong room key and had to go back t o the desk for assistance. The TV came in well with extra channels from previous visits. Breakfast was not good. The sausages had gone bad!! Some things were omitted from the room, no clock, no towel bars.

From the moment we entered (5 hours before check-in) until the moment we left, we had a great experience! We came to meet friends who arrived the day before. The manager welcomed us, offered us coffee, described the area where renovation work was underway, and offered to answer any questions. When we arrived later to check in, it was awuick and ready check-in, the room was clean, well-furnished, and everything was in working order. We took advantage of the beautiful weather and headed out to the pool, which was clean and just the perfect temperature. (Cleaning was in progress when we first arrived) There are still signs that this hotel had been in need of a major makeover, with peeling wallpaper and stained (not dirty) carpeting in the halls. Work is underway, and currently the half are cluttered with a mix of old and new furniture. Breakfast was adequate, if not spectacular. Cook-it-yourself waffles, link sausage and scrambled egg patties made up the hot portion, varieties of dry cereal, instant oatmeal and bread products were available, along with coffee, tea, juices and yogurt. Or whole family is looking forward to returning to this hotel in the future.

This location is under renovation. The first room were placed in had no pillows, only on dirty blanket on the bed. Also the TV did not work. I had to go back to the desk to request a new room. Second room was cleaner with all appropriate bed linens and pillows. Breakfast in the morning was very poor in options. I don't know if I would be willing to try staying here again in the future once the remodeling is finished.

They did not have the room we booked available and refused to upgrade us so we had to move the next day. Front desk manager would not help not even try to find an appropriate solution. He refused to pick up the phone when Expedia called. Said he could not return email. We had a king suite and we could not even see the tv from the bed. Stains on bottom of mattress and stains on the top of the sheets. Not a good experience.
