Bathrooms were extremely dirty — at 9 a.m. in the spa area, every stall was messy, the garbage bin was overflowing with toilet paper, and there was even a bloody feminine product. When we asked for a cab, we were told it would take 10 to 30 minutes, but no one seemed sure. The resort is very family-focused, with most entertainment geared toward young children. We also noticed leftover food being reused for lunch, dinner, and even late-night snacks — very disappointing.

We had a great stay. The staff were really friendly and the food was great. The pool and beach area was great. Indoor pool a bit disappointing and shame the gym didn’t open till 9am. But overall a really nice hotel.

We liked: well-groomed territory, room service, a large selection of buffet dishes We didn't like: limited territory, lack of sun beds (people laid out towels and left them for the whole day even if they left the beach), very loud music from the nearby hotel - Hilton

Complessivamente siamo soddisfatti, i giardini sono molto belli e curati, il mare è pulito, l’animazione è discreta, il personale gentile e disponibile. Il cibo non eccezionale, ma buono; come italiani suggeriamo di evitare il vino e di puntare ai cocktail più semplici. Il servizio spa unica grande delusione… Bagno turco a temperatura ambiente, idromassaggio inesistente (funzionante solo in parte), bambini nella spa e nella sauna. Complessivamente l’ambiente della spa lascia un’impressione di sporco, si salvano i messaggi a pagamento, che però sono piuttosto onerosi.

Yemekler yok denecek kadar tuzsuz ve tatsızdı. Hiç bir lezzet yoktu. Kahvaltı desen yine aynı şekilde. Şeflere defalarca uyarı yaptık biraz tuz atın diye ‘evet haklısınız hiç tuz yok’ dediler ama yine değişen bir şey olmadı. Havlu kartı denen bir kart verdiler bize o kart olmadan havlu alamıyorsunuz. Kartı tekrar alabilmek için havluyu alıp tekrar aldığınız yere bırakmanız gerek. Bu yer ise tek bir noktada var ve otelin en arka tarafında yer alıyor. Sürekli oraya kadar havlu taşıdık. Sahildeki şenzloglar neredeyse sıfır boşluk yan yana dizilmiş ve çok eskilerdeki. Zaten sahil kısmı geniş değil şenzlogları çok sık dizmeleri iyice daraltmış. Şenzloglarda yer bulmak da şansa kalmış artık. Organizasyon çok zayıftı. Organizasyonların yapıldığı alan çok kötüydü. Bir sefer canlı müziğe gitmek istedik onda da yer bulamadık. Gittiğimiz canlı müzikte de orkestra yoktu. Yorumlara ve fotolara bakıp tercih ettiğimiz bir oteldi ama tamamen hayal kırıklığıyla döndük.

Eğlence ve animasyona biraz daha ağırlık verilebilir

Ein sauberes und familienfreundliches Hotel. Allerdings gibt es nur sehr wenige Aktivitäten für Kinder. Im Kidsclub sollte unbedingt mehr Personal zur Verfügung stehen. Auch wenn die einzige Betreuerin dort großartige Arbeit leistet, ist es kaum möglich, gleichzeitig mehreren Kindern in einem kleinen Raum gerecht zu werden. Bitte legen Sie auf diesen Punkt besonderen Wert und schaffen Sie eine Umgebung, in der Eltern ihre Kinder mit gutem Gefühl für ein paar Stunden betreut wissen können und entspannen können. Für ein Familien Hotel ist es Muss.

Samara is an older resort hotel that offers a constant service to guests at an affordable price with an average quality at Turkey resort’s standards. Its a family friendly place that can be fun during the day with constant food/pastry service by the beach but it didn’t have any night time plan and more cosy spot to hang out with friends and family. Overall its designed for larger groups to hang out with each other who want to have average quality food at abundance and enjoy a large beautiful resort with a good clear beach.

I really enjoyed my stay here but unfortunately the food was not always fresh. A lot of the snack foods were from frozen. Filter coffee was only available in the breakfast buffet and then taken away. At the bar the nice coffees were no longer being served due to shortage of capsules. I know they are winding down for the season but a decent coffee was nowhere to be had. Apart from that the rooms were impeccable. The gardens and grounds beautiful and the staff were extremely polite and helpful.

Sauberkeit 10/10 Austattung 10/10 Strand 10/10 Essen - Buffet 10/10 Snackbar : 7/10 Personal: 10/10 Wellness/Spa bzw Massagen : 10/10 Würden gerne wieder hin. Kein Wunder dass das Hotel ständig bei Expedia ausgebucht ist.

When i first checked in the room i was assigned to was probably not cleaned. There was a pair of shorts on the balcony that did not belong to us. There was bedding on the couch as if someone had been sleeping there and it was not removed. The air in the room was not cold enough and i asked to have it looked at. They said the air was fine but the room was still hot. After two days we were moved to another room and immediately noticed that the bed had bugs in it and there was hair on the linen as if it hadn't been changed. I was moved to another room. Finally things were ok.

Ancak özellikle plaja yakın barda bardakların temizliği için bulaşık makinası yetişemediği için kirli bardaklar deterjansız elle yıkanarak tekrar misafirlere sunuluyordu. Bu gerçekten kötü bir durum. Diğer taraftan plaj kumu ile havuza girilmemesi noktasında bir önlem alınmalı, özellikle kapalı havuz tabanında çok fazla kum var ve havuzun hijyeni çok sağlanamamış görünüyor. Oğlum bir kez gözlüklüksüz havuza girdi ve gözü mikrop kapması sebebi kapandı ve doktora gitmek zorunda kaldık. Onun haricinde, yemek lezzetleri çeşitleri fiyat olarak daha yüksek otellerle yakın lezzetteydi. Eğlence olarak belki biraz daha geliştirilebilinir. Oteli genel olarak değerlendirecek olursak fiyatına göre beklentileri karşılayan bir otel. Biz ufak aksilikler yaşasak da mutlu güzel anılarla ayrıldık. Teşekkürler.

Very nice resort,friendly staff,very helpful. However the room we were given which was supposed to be sea view,was harsly that it was next to the kids swimming pool and was noisy

Service and meal options are great. It is in an isolated area. But you have what you need at the hotel. Music noise from the hotel next to it spoils the fun and peaceful night. That was the most annoying part.

Ablam ve oglumla beraber 3 gece kaldik odalar gercekten cok buyuk ve ferahtı. Yemekleri de gercekten lezzetli ve cok cesitliydi biz cok memnun kaldik. Cikarken de ucagimiz gec saatte olmasina ragmen bavullarimizi bagaj odasina koyup tüm günü yine otelde gecirmemiz konusunda yardimci oldular. Her zaman opsiyonlarimdan biri arasina girdi

On arrival, there was no one to great us. At the check-in there was expressionless guy named Mustafa who was rude, indifferent, pretty much a smart-ass. When asked why despite our specific prior request to put our groups' room close to each other he has scattered us all over the property...he replied angrily that they are busy. There was one bellboy hauling our suitcases. The staff was not trained in greeting patrons, they would just stare us down. No hellos or even a simple smile. This was a universal trend even with their management. Amazing since they advertise on American portals and pull-in US tourists to their facility. Yet no one spoke a word of English. Our room was flimsy, bare-bone, dull (nothing on the walls), and small. Funny, they have a closet in the room that its width is less then the clothes hangers. When closing the sliding door all the clothes fall off the cheap hangers. Out of six USB slots in the room only two worked intermittently. Notified the reception. But, nothing was done. Consequently, we were constantly running out of phone and watch batteries. The wifi was weak would drop constantly. Two pools. The infants/kids were in the 16 swimming pool. Complained to management 3 times to no avail . Only one restaurant with limited hours. Terrible food variety. Cheap alcoholic drinks. Everybody incl management smoked everywhere. Small smelly gym with no ventilation. The massage guy was constantly on you to sell massage. 1 manager named Dogukan was pleasent

Bodrum Samara Hitel is an amazing place! Other than one slight hiccup, the check in process was quite smooth, thanks to the great front desk staff that was friendly, professional, and very helpful! Our room was immediately ready, but after a short 30 minute wait, we were lead to our spacious newly renovated two bedroom suite… and just one word to describe it: wow! Everything you need for a luxury vacation was thought of! You could practically live here for months, not that we didn’t think about it!!! Spacious bedrooms, great bathrooms, an amazing living area, and enough closet space for a small army!!! And to top it off, a spectacular view of the sea!!! Dining options was plentiful, and the quality of the food was ex! The layout of the overall resort was was planned, big enough where you’re not on top of other guests, but not so big where you get lost when returning to your room! The resort is also quite beautiful from a landscaped perspective. However, the wonderful staff truly make the resort feel like home, you just don’t want to leave! Don’t gloss over Samara hotel Bodrum while looking for a place to stay during your vacation searches!

Das sollte auf jeden Fall angeschaut werden. Zudem mussten wir an einem Abend ca. 15 Minuten auf einen Tisch zum Abendessen warten. Das haben wir noch in keinem Hotel so erlebt. Ein 5 Sterne Hotel sollte auch auf viele Gäste vorbereitet sein. Somit war leider auch der Service schlecht. Wir mussten an einem Morgen unser Besteck selber besorgen und wurden kaum vom einem Mitarbeiter bedient. Wir finden diese Punkte sehr schade, da uns das Hotel eigentlich gefallen hat. Aber durch die negativen Punkte werden wir leider nicht mehr kommen.

We just stayed one night. The facilities were fine, but I didn't like the room because it was extremely hot and we didn't want to open the patio doors for air as we were on the ground floor with no enclosed private area. The pillow was very uncomfortable as it was too thick and made of hot synthetic fibre. I hardly slept at all.

The hotels rooms have an air condition issue. Some rooms the air condition doesn’t work. Some you can change and some are cold which is very strange. The was some electrical issues where electricity turned off a couple of times and the TV didn’t work. The WiFi was good and they have an all inclusive buffet and a midnight snack. This is NOT a 5 star hotel.

Good: good size property- not too big and not too small Bad: Smaller size means that the activities and kids club are next to none. Kids club is organised in a small house of a size of a garden shed Ugly: We had a full see view room- 476. The view was nice but the noise from the neighbouring hotels was awful. On Friday and Saturday the music was as loud as 96db at the entrance of my room and 55db inside. The music was ingoing until 1am on Friday and 1.30am on Saturday. I personally, don’t find it acceptable especially as we were travelling with a toddler. The hotel tried to point to Victory day celebrations but speaking to other hotel staff and clients this is the case whenever the other hotel does have an event/party on. Thus, if you want to go to sleep earlier than 1am- don’t stay in a sea view corner room. For me this means that I will not return as I want my family to have a good sleep and I want to see the sea when I wake up. I personally found that how expedia and hotel dealt with this matter was not appropriate given the fact that a child is in the room which is exposed to such noise and vibration as we were basically given no tangable alternatives and asked to accomodate the situation

The hotel was quite okay, but definitely overpriced. The service staff was not at all service-oriented and seemed completely inexperienced. They were shocked to see people with different skin tones, which is utterly strange. I visited the spa and fitness area. The spa and gym were acceptable, and the massage was expensive but worth the money since the masseuses were skilled. However, the person in charge was utterly incompetent. He constantly tried to force more treatments on me even though I had already booked a massage. When I refused, he became really unpleasant and started badmouthing me with a colleague in Turkish, and he also expressed himself in a racist manner. The stay was quite okay, but it was completely ruined by the salesperson in the spa area. I recommend the train its staff and get rid of such individuals. We will definitely not visit the hotel again.

Wir waren als Familie mit einem Baby im Hotel und hatten uns eigentlich auf einen entspannten Urlaub gefreut. Positiv hervorheben möchten wir, dass wir bei der Ankunft ein Zimmerupgrade bekommen haben – das war eine nette Geste und das Zimmer selbst war sauber und geräumig. Leider konnten die restlichen Aspekte des Aufenthalts nicht überzeugen. Das Hotel war extrem überfüllt, sodass es fast unmöglich war, beim Essen oder am Pool einen Sitzplatz zu finden. Gerade mit einem kleinen Kind war das sehr stressig. Auch die Qualität der Speisen entsprach leider nicht unseren Erwartungen. Das Buffet war zwar umfangreich, aber geschmacklich eher durchschnittlich und die Auswahl wiederholte sich häufig. Ein weiterer negativer Punkt war die Situation mit dem Sonnenschirm: Da wir mit einem Baby unterwegs waren, baten wir um einen schattigen Platz. Uns wurde jedoch mitgeteilt, dass man uns nicht helfen könne und wir uns selbst etwas suchen sollen – obwohl wirklich alles voll war. Das fanden wir sehr schade und nicht dem Service-Niveau entsprechend, das wir erwartet hatten. Insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt durch die Überfüllung, das Essen und den mangelnden Service leider nicht so erholsam, wie wir es uns gewünscht hätten – auch wenn das Zimmerupgrade ein kleiner Lichtblick war.

We stayed at samara from 15-19 june.first of all i would like to to thank everybody from reception to all staff.we have been to a few different 5 star resorts this summer,i have to say that hotel samara was the best,very clean excellent food,drinks,staff were friendly and very helpful this resort is beyond 5 stars,all positives and no negatives.would highly recommend this resort to all,and we will definitely be back.thank you samara.10/10.

General manager mr. Zafer excelled with everything. He made sure everything was on par and was on hand to assist his staff and the guests. İt is a family oriented resort but serviced adults as well. Excellent resort for what you pay . Smoking in meal areas, around children and around food was not to our liking, as my wife has an allergy. I recommend smoking areas to be seperate. it could or could not be good for bussiness. I could never understand the mentality of parents who smoke around children, especıally turkish families. We dont smoke and ı definitly would not have been a guest if ı had small children. Another downfall was the presence of chıldren piled up at the pool bar bench where the alcohol was being served. guests could not get close to the pool bar area due to the chıldren . I also disagree with allowing alcohol being consumed inside the pool, as on many occasıons ı had witnessed guests spilling alot of the alcohol into the pool water. This could be detremental to the health of guests and their chıldren.Alcohol should be consumed innthe pool bar area. these ı beleive are of serıous concern. if booking fees were to be lifted to a more reasonable level, then ı dont think better paying healt concıous guests would be booking here. overall apart from the points ı mentıoned above, ı gıve this resort 9/10. İt would cost more to feed a family of 4 on the outside. İts cheap as chips.excellent and helpfull general manager.

The hotel has olive trees, banana trees, palm trees, you can swim while looking at the forest & mountain because of all those things it was very relaxing. Staff were so helpful, cheerful. The sea was amazing. Going to downtown Bodrum by taxi 10-15 min. Next year definitely will come here again☺️

Fint og rent hotel, nær kysten, bra med svømmebassenger. God og variert mat. Hyggelige ansatte🌼, ingen forretning i nærheten, ikke mulig å gå tur langs kysten.☹️

Wonderful stay in Bodrum! About 10 min from the city cente and 25 min from the airport. Enjoyed the accommodations, very comfortable beds and a wide selection of foods for breakfast, lunch and dinner; they even had snacks & ice cream poolside. Plenty of seating and activity for all ages. They thought of everything!

Well maintained site, friendly staff, comfortable accommodation. The venue could do with a greater variety of activities in the early season. Another aspect that could be better is if food on offer in the buffet restaurant included a wider variety of cuisine, eg Indian.

Yemekler yok denecek kadar tuzsuz ve tatsızdı. Hiç bir lezzet yoktu. Kahvaltı desen yine aynı şekilde. Şeflere defalarca uyarı yaptık biraz tuz atın diye ‘evet haklısınız hiç tuz yok’ dediler ama yine değişen bir şey olmadı. Havlu kartı denen bir kart verdiler bize o kart olmadan havlu alamıyorsunuz. Kartı tekrar alabilmek için havluyu alıp tekrar aldığınız yere bırakmanız gerek. Bu yer ise tek bir noktada var ve otelin en arka tarafında yer alıyor. Sürekli oraya kadar havlu taşıdık. Sahildeki şenzloglar neredeyse sıfır boşluk yan yana dizilmiş ve çok eskilerdeki. Zaten sahil kısmı geniş değil şenzlogları çok sık dizmeleri iyice daraltmış. Şenzloglarda yer bulmak da şansa kalmış artık. Organizasyon çok zayıftı. Organizasyonların yapıldığı alan çok kötüydü. Bir sefer canlı müziğe gitmek istedik onda da yer bulamadık. Gittiğimiz canlı müzikte de orkestra yoktu. Yorumlara ve fotolara bakıp tercih ettiğimiz bir oteldi ama tamamen hayal kırıklığıyla döndük.

O hotel Samara Bodrum vende o conceito de Ultra All Inclusive (UAI), mas oferece poucas opções de comidas e bebidas, com horários limitados, sem reabastecimento nos quartos e com o serviço de quarto sendo cobrado à parte. Embora ofereça algumas opções de snacks quase o dia todo, estas são escassas. Por exemplo, um dos bares serve hambúrgueres, mas o que encontrei foi um hambúrguer de mercado de 40g que você mesmo deve montar. O mínimo esperado de um hotel de luxo all inclusive seria um hambúrguer gourmet já montado, possivelmente em formato mini. As bebidas poderiam ter mais opções e seria útil deixar claro as marcas disponíveis, pois apenas as bebidas do catálogo extra estão no cardápio. Além disso, falta treinamento para os adolescentes que atuam como bartenders, que simplesmente jogam tudo em um copo sem cuidado. Alguns restaurantes exigem reserva com um concierge, mas o concierge não está disponível 24 horas e ainda tem um dia de folga. Quando você o procura, ele está atendendo outro grupo, tornando difícil falar com ele. Não consegui desfrutar dos restaurantes à la carte e tive o desprazer de não ter água quente no quarto, no máximo morna, e só podia reclamar com o concierge. Como brasileiro e morador de uma cidade litorânea, convido a administração do hotel a aprender o conceito básico de all inclusive no Brasil, que já é 10 vezes melhor que esse ultra all inclusive. Akşamları daha iyi eğlence seçenekleri olabilir; kahvaltı pastane-fırın ürünlerinin kalitesi artırılabilir, odalar ve tesis geneli çok temiz, yiyecek içecek genel olarak iyi, bir akşam yemeğ açık büfesi mükemmeldi, diğer günler ortalama-iyi.
