Temizlik konusunda oda hiç güzel temizlenmedi ve odalar sinek dolu iheryerimiz kabardı şikayette bulundum hiçbirşey yapmadılar yemek konusunda 2 gün aç kaldık akşam yemeklerinde tat bakımından kötü 1 gün sadece karnımız doydu eğlencesi yok yemekten sonra boş boş oturuyorsun hizmet çok kötüydü.

Rezerve ettiğimiz odaları bize veremediler. Baska oda opsiyonları sundular. Erken girişe izin verildi. Çıkış saatine 1 saat önceden 3 kez telefon ile 3 kez kapıya gelerek rahatsız edildik. Yemekler vasat fakat mezeler güzel. Buz içme suyundan yapılıyor buz tüketmeyin. Sahili küçük bayram zamanı geldiğimiz için çok kalabalıktı yer bulmakta zorlandık. Yastıklar boş gibi kayboluyoruz yatınca. Sert veya dolu yastık istediğinizde yok diyorlar. Hiç konforlu değildi. Erkek grupları olarak gelenler vardı. Aile için çok uygun bir otel değil. Akşam Etkinlikler yok. Sadece dans gösterisi ve sonrasında cluba görüyorlar isterseniz.

I visit Turkey every year and stay in 4 or 5 star hotels. This hotel was one of the worst 5 star hotels I’ve seen. It should be 3 start with 3 out of 5 rating. The rooms were not properly cleaned. There was mold in the shower. The food is not good! There isn’t a real entertainment at night which most all inclusive have. The quality of drinks are very poor. The a la cart restaurants are not good. People come to hotel around 3-5am yelling and talking loudly bothering guests and there isn’t anyone to tell them to be quiet. You can hear loud music at night and day time. Dinner is served at 7:30 and from 2pm the only food you can find is some pastry! This hotel is not cheap for what they offer. Not sure who gives these hotels stars but they should definitely reconsider this being a 5 start hotel!!!

The location and views from our balcony were incredible! We made a tiny plumbing issue with our original room, but were moved next day to a much nicer one! The food, drinks, and entertainment in this All Inclusive were the average, but we would choose it again for the beautiful layout of the property, easy access to hotel's two private beaches and very friendly and helpful staff.

Çok güzel vakit geçirdik ama bazı eksiklikler vardı alkol markası olarak ucuz marka alkoller vardı ve tadı kötüydü. Ama bira ve rakı güzel markalardı. pastane ve snakes çok iyiydi Ve çok samimi ailevi bir ortam vardı, hiç gitmek istemedik çok iyi vakit geçirdik. Deniz kum güneş mükemmeldi. Mavi bayraklı plajı harikaydı. Kesinlikle parasını hak eden bir otel tavsiye ederiz.

Otel konum olarak iyi ama 5 yıldızlı bir otel için yemekler vasat temizlik yetersiz özellikle bebekler için olan mama sandalyeleri temizlenmiyor. Plajdaki taşların temizletilmesi gerekli denize kesinlikle ayakkabısız girmeyin çünkü taşlar ayağınızı kesiyor açılana kadar kocaman taşlar var bana göre en kötü kısmı bu. En iyi kısmı çalışanların ilgi ve alakası yardımcı olmaları özellikle de erkek çalışanların. Ama bir daha tercih etmem sanırım.

The staff and the food was great as for the accommodation would have preferred to have stayed in the hotel as we didn’t realise how many stairs there were to get to the pool area as I suffer with my back.

Biz bu sene 3 kisi 10 gün boyunca bu otelde konakladik. Ne yazikki hijyen 000!!! Odalar temizlenmiyor bile, ilk girdigimizde oda kir pas icindeydi!. Yemekleri hergün ayniydi ve lezzetsizdi. Ses cok oluyor. Yani kesinlikle 5 yildizlik bir otel degildir!

The hotel and staff was very poor. Our room was moldy and dirty and filled with mesquites on the walls and ceiling. The ac blew directly on the bed so you frozen if you used the unit. We stayed one night but had booked 7 nights . We moved to better hotel in bodrum for almost the same price . Food was poor quality and displayed in a rather unappealing manner. Do Not book this hotel

2 sene önce gidip daha mutlu kaldığımız bir oteldi. Referans olup diğer aile üyelerimizi de otele getirdik mahçup olduk. Odanın temizliği yüzeysel bir şekilde yapılıyor tuvalet ve lavabolar temizlenmiyor.Eğer bahşiş veriyorsanız personel ilgili ve güler yüzlü. Vermiyorsanız asık suratlı ve öncelik olmuyorsunuz.Personel sayısı yetersiz. Mutfağı çok kötü aç kaldık desek yeridir genellikle dondurulmuş gıdalar ve yeşillikler yıkanmamış, yumurtalar mosmor. 3 gün boyunca otelde asansör sıkıntısı yaşadık 2 yaşındaki bebeğimle günde kaç kere merdiven inip çıktım annem ve babam yaşlı insanlar zorlandılar. Çift yataklı dedikleri oda da çekyat var orda yatıyorsunuz. Mini bar asla yenilenmedi. Odalarda karınca ve böcekler vardı. Otelin sadece konumu ve denizi güzel. Öncelikle çok büyük oranda beğendik. Deniz’e ulaşımımız güzeldi biz relax odalardan birinde konaklıyorduk. 3 gece 4 gün kaldık farkettim ki otelde 7-8 günün üstünde kalan çok fazla müşterisi de vardı. Temizlik için her gün gelip sordular ister misiniz diye. Ortak alanlardaki tuvalet duş soyunma kabini gibi yerler de temizdi. Gerçekten sürekli olarak yiyecek yada içecek bir şeyler oluyor. Bizim önceliğimiz denizi güzel olsun,sakin olsun ve yemekleri de kötü olmasında hepsini de gerçekleştirdi bu otel. Tek sorun gördüğümüz yanı yemek vakti oluşan yoğunluk rakı içmek istiyorsunuz ama buz gelmeyebiliyor,bazen tabak bitiyor yenilenmesini bekliyorsunuz birde yemek çeşitliliği çok yoktu. İlk gün 4 çeşit tavuk vardı ama balık yada et seçeneği yoktu örnek olarak. Otel çalışanları da gayet yardımcı olmaya çalışıyor.

We stayed one night but had booked 7 nights . We moved to better hotel in bodrum for almost the same price . Food was poor quality and displayed in a rather unappealing manner. Do Not book this hotel

Öncelikle çok büyük oranda beğendik. Deniz’e ulaşımımız güzeldi biz relax odalardan birinde konaklıyorduk. 3 gece 4 gün kaldık farkettim ki otelde 7-8 günün üstünde kalan çok fazla müşterisi de vardı. Temizlik için her gün gelip sordular ister misiniz diye. Ortak alanlardaki tuvalet duş soyunma kabini gibi yerler de temizdi. Gerçekten sürekli olarak yiyecek yada içecek bir şeyler oluyor. Bizim önceliğimiz denizi güzel olsun,sakin olsun ve yemekleri de kötü olmasında hepsini de gerçekleştirdi bu otel. Tek sorun gördüğümüz yanı yemek vakti oluşan yoğunluk rakı içmek istiyorsunuz ama buz gelmeyebiliyor,bazen tabak bitiyor yenilenmesini bekliyorsunuz birde yemek çeşitliliği çok yoktu. İlk gün 4 çeşit tavuk vardı ama balık yada et seçeneği yoktu örnek olarak. Otel çalışanları da gayet yardımcı olmaya çalışıyor.

The location and views from our balcony were incredible! We made a tiny plumbing issue with our original room, but were moved next day to a much nicer one! The food, drinks, and entertainment in this All Inclusive were the average, but we would choose it again for the beautiful layout of the property, easy access to hotel's two private beaches and very friendly and helpful staff.

Otelin konumu ve otel genel olarak çok güzel, fiyat performans oteli ancak son gün çok saçma bir olay yaşadım. Tam çıkış yapacağım gün saat 11:30 gibi üstümü değiştirip giyinmiştim ki bir anda içeriye çalışan biri girdi, kapı tıklama yok içeride insanlar müsait mi değil mi sormak etmek yok. Otelden çıkış saatim gelmemişti bile bu olay yaşandığında. bu sebep ile çok tedirgin oldum açıkcası. Otele de tek başıma seyahat etmiştim, herhangi bir çalışan böyle zart diye odalara girebiliyorsa bu çok büyük bir problem. Tekrar tercih edip etmemek konusunda kararsızım.

Öncelikle çok büyük oranda beğendik. Deniz’e ulaşımımız güzeldi biz relax odalardan birinde konaklıyorduk. 3 gece 4 gün kaldık farkettim ki otelde 7-8 günün üstünde kalan çok fazla müşterisi de vardı. Temizlik için her gün gelip sordular ister misiniz diye. Ortak alanlardaki tuvalet duş soyunma kabini gibi yerler de temizdi. Gerçekten sürekli olarak yiyecek yada içecek bir şeyler oluyor. Bizim önceliğimiz denizi güzel olsun,sakin olsun ve yemekleri de kötü olmasında hepsini de gerçekleştirdi bu otel. Tek sorun gördüğümüz yanı yemek vakti oluşan yoğunluk rakı içmek istiyorsunuz ama buz gelmeyebiliyor,bazen tabak bitiyor yenilenmesini bekliyorsunuz birde yemek çeşitliliği çok yoktu. İlk gün 4 çeşit tavuk vardı ama balık yada et seçeneği yoktu örnek olarak. Otel çalışanları da gayet yardımcı olmaya çalışıyor.

Extremely smelly rooms - smelled like wet dog. Really bad Wi-Fi connectivity. We had to call every few hours for a “technician” to fix it. They had fixed times for food but started removing it and making it inaccessible 30min prior to dining end time.

Her şey çok güzeldi çok memnun kaldık odalar tertemiz insanlar çalışanlar personel herkes gayet iyi sadece yemekler yani zaten mükemmel bir yemek beklemiyorduk ortalama yemekler ama en büyük soru yemek saatine ve son 1 saat kala gittiğimizde her şey komple bitmiş oluyordu yani biz hep aç kaldık hele kahvaltılar da akşam yemeğinde de bitiyordu ama kahvaltılar da saat 10:15’te indiğimiz anda bütün her şey bitmiş oluyor bu insanlarla alakalı bir durum olamaz işletmenin yemeği az çıkarması ile alakalıdır sadece bu konuda sıkıntı yaşadık

I visit Turkey every year and stay in 4 or 5 star hotels. This hotel was one of the worst 5 star hotels I’ve seen. It should be 3 start with 3 out of 5 rating. The rooms were not properly cleaned. There was mold in the shower. The food is not good! There isn’t a real entertainment at night which most all inclusive have. The quality of drinks are very poor. The a la cart restaurants are not good. People come to hotel around 3-5am yelling and talking loudly bothering guests and there isn’t anyone to tell them to be quiet. You can hear loud music at night and day time. Dinner is served at 7:30 and from 2pm the only food you can find is some pastry! This hotel is not cheap for what they offer. Not sure who gives these hotels stars but they should definitely reconsider this being a 5 start hotel!!!

Çok güzel vakit geçirdik ama bazı eksiklikler vardı alkol markası olarak ucuz marka alkoller vardı ve tadı kötüydü. Ama bira ve rakı güzel markalardı. pastane ve snakes çok iyiydi Ve çok samimi ailevi bir ortam vardı, hiç gitmek istemedik çok iyi vakit geçirdik. Deniz kum güneş mükemmeldi. Mavi bayraklı plajı harikaydı. Kesinlikle parasını hak eden bir otel tavsiye ederiz.

Our room was on the first floor it was big, but in needs a makeover, wallpaper was peeling off the walls, toilet was broken. We were there for three nights not one person came to clean the room. Our bins were overflowing. We had not any trowel changed, considering there were mosquitoes everywhere we would’ve fall cleanliness would’ve been a priority. We had a five month old baby as well, so we were quite surprised. I had to ask for toilet paper. There were plenty of food options to choose from with ala cart restaurant free to visit, but if you didn’t make dinner or breakfast at the main buffet when it at first started, food was even cold or not replenished so a lot of empty stations. You could have as much water as you wanted, which was good. They were offering next door to us that were much more updated and they were still the same level rooms as what we had paid for. Checkout was at 12 o’clock. It was 1150 and we kept getting reminders to check out, people even knocking on the door. Considering that nobody has come to clean my room for three days they were rushing me out with the baby. When I told reception about room cleaning we were told they had noted down a do not disturb sign on the door. if you was not out your room when they were in your section seems they noted down do not disturb so they didn’t have to come back. Lots of activities which probably makes it a five star, but everything else no more than 3

Everything was very nice, from the atmosphere to the overall experience. The hotel itself was comfortable, clean, and relaxing, which made my stay very enjoyable. The most important part of my experience was definitely the staff. Every single member of the team was incredibly friendly, polite, and always welcoming with the nicest smiles. Their kindness and helpful attitude really made the whole stay feel special and memorable. They went out of their way to make everything easy and enjoyable, and I truly appreciate that. I would also like to say a special thank you to the manager, who was very approachable and made sure everything was running smoothly. It really shows when a hotel is well-managed, and this made a big difference to my experience. Overall, I had a fantastic time, enjoyed the atmosphere, and felt well looked after throughout my stay. I was able to fully relax and make the most of my time at the hotel. I would definitely come back again and highly recommend it to others.

The location and views from our balcony were incredible! We made a tiny plumbing issue with our original room, but were moved next day to a much nicer one! The food, drinks, and entertainment in this All Inclusive were the average, but we would choose it again for the beautiful layout of the property, easy access to hotel's two private beaches and very friendly and helpful staff.
