Rixos Premium Bodrum

We had a lovely 3 night stay in the Rixos. The staff couldn't do enough for us. It was especially nice to have dedicated team members available to us on whatsapp. A special thanks to Yelda and Birkan who were on hand all of our stay. The food at the buffet and the Kalamata restaurant was delicious - really good quality and variety. The gym and activities were great and the beach and pool staff were so helpful in finding us beds and bringing drinks whenever we ordered. Every evening was different singing and music. A lovely relaxing stay.

Excellent room. We went during quiet season and some restaurants were closed but the main buffet restaurant was outstanding in terms of variety and really good quality. The beach area is lovely and the water sports facilities were a highlight.

Rixos Bodrum is set in a stunning surrounding. The hotel is high quality with great facilities. We were not aware at time of booking that only the buffet restaurant and beach restaurant was included in the premium all inclusive package and you had to pay extra to use other restaurants (unlike other top hotels we have experienced where you get to use other restaurant’s during your stay), so please be aware of this - we booked via Expedia and this was not made clear. Otherwise the staff are all super friendly and helpful. Great family holiday destination.

Lovely hotel - staff are very friendly , attentive and helpful,. We stayed before the start of the season so didn’t feel busy in any of the areas or issues with service . Pool and beach areas are very nice and relaxing and all the main areas of the hotel are light open and spotlessly clean . Great place to relax staying in the grounds but you will need a taxi or car to go into Bodrum . Not a walkable distance or anything to walk to near the hotel and it’s off a busy highway . Taxi to Bodrum is not expensive though and approx 15 mins away . Reception can get taxis easily . There is plenty of food choices for the main restaurant which is set up like all inclusive buffets are which will give enough variety if not a long stay . They will cook you fish or steak to order at the grill section which is very good . The other restaurants onsite if they are open you need to pay extra for . The hotel is set over a large well kept lush grounds which are very hilly up and down and some rooms are further away from the main hotel . Complimentary buggy’s are regularly available but if mobility issues be mindful of the layout and best room locations . A very pleasant hotel option though for the outskirts of Bodrum and for those with children seems to be a nice kids club onsite .

My husband and I had spent 8 days at Rixos Premium Bodrum resort. It was a wonderful experience and an extremely pleasant stay. First, the guest relation people are always available, they are really helpful and they share everyday schedule on WhatsApp. We would like to thanks especially Julia, it was always a pleasure to chat with her. Second, all the staff are very lovely and always eager to help in all the areas of the resort. We would like to thank especially : Bunyamin, mehmet and Heuweyda in Turquoise restaurant, Vlada the coach of the stand up paddle. Bekir in the olivo restaurant. Sorry if I spelled your names wrong, but I really wanted to thank you (hope you read my comment). We highly appreciated the quality of the room, thanks again for the upgrade, the executive suite was wonderful. The resort location and facilities are breathtaking. The beach is really clean. Wherever you are in the resort the view was always beautiful. Finally, the choice of food is very rich. We really enjoyed the variety of excellent meat and fish dishs and the traditional baklava is so delicious. We hope to see you soon. We would definitely see you soon!

Food was amazing, staff were very friendly and service-minded. The resort overall was very beautiful and pleasant. Also very child-friendly with an amazing kids club and waterpark. Only downside was our room was quite far from the main lobby area/main restaurant and we often had to wait a few minutes for the shuttle bus. Also there could have been more entertainment options.

Es war grundsätzlich alles gut und der Assistent Berkan Yorgun war sehr hilfreich. Allerdings war der Service bis auf im Godiva Kaffee leider sehr schwach. Es hat sich so angefühlt als gäbe es Personalmangel und jeder Tee oder Kaffee der bestellt wurde kam ohne Löffel und ohne Zucker und das jedes Mal. Auf den Shuttle mussten wir warten und zwar 40 Minuten. Ständig wird einem das Besteck im Restaurant weggenommen, aber nicht ersetzt. Bei den Kellner konnte man meistens die Bestellung nicht zu Ende abgeben, da Sie meistens vorher schon wieder weg war. Das Becken für die Kinder war nicht beheizt. Also kaum zu benutzen Ende September (Wasserverschwendung ), aber das Hotel ist voll gebucht. Das Essen war gut. Die Aussicht ist wunderschön. Das Meer ist ein absoluter Traum. Ich kann dieses Hotel nur für Erwachsene empfehlen. Das Angebot für den Kinder ewar bis auf den Rixy Club begrenzt.

An amazing resort in an amazing City. We stayed in a newly refurbished room which consists of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It was absolutely brilliant. Well appointed, super comfortable and perfect for a family of 4 (second room had twin beds). Great facilities and superb food (all inclusive). Stunning beach and pool. Great gym. And the views..what can I say. Clean safe ocean and excellent beach facilites. This place doesn't come cheap but its worth every single penny. I cannot recommend it enough. Only negatives..the buggies never arrive when called (my wife was recovering from an injury) and also there is live music til 11am which can be heard across the resort)

Allerdings sind die Features im Vergleich zu anderen Rixos Hotels sehr gering. Besonders das Shuttlesystem war ein großes Problem – wir mussten teilweise bis zu 40 Minuten warten. Erst für die letzten zwei Tage, nachdem man uns eine Villa gegeben hat, hatten wir dieses Problem nicht mehr. Das Angebot für Familien mit Kindern ist eher schwach, der Rixy Club bietet nur wenig Aktivitäten. Zudem war Ende September deutlich zu wenig Personal vorhanden, wodurch der Service gelitten hat. Fazit: Für reine Entspannung am Meer ist das Hotel geeignet, für Familien oder wer den gewohnten Rixos-Standard erwartet, eher nicht zu empfehlen.

Wir haben in Rixos Premium Bodrum unseren Honeymoon verbracht. Essen war sehr lecker, alles hochqualitativ gemacht. Auch sehr saubere Zimmer mit exzellentem Service angeboten von Asya, Berkan und Secil. Ein besonderer Dank noch an Herrn Mehmet Can Bilir für die grossartige Unterstützung während unseres Aufenthalts.

Für fast 4000 Euro für 9 Nächte (ohne Flug) hatten wir deutlich mehr erwartet. Das Hotel ist in einem heruntergekommenen Zustand und dringend renovierungsbedürftig. Unser Zimmer (4812, Premium-Zimmer) befand sich auf der letzten Ebene, nur 20 Meter von einer stark befahrenen Landstraße entfernt. Die Lage war sehr ungünstig, vor allem mit einem Kleinkind, da die Anlage auf einem steilen Berg gebaut ist und der Zugang über viele Treppen erfolgt. Der Einsatz von Elektrofahrzeugen, um Gäste von A nach B zu bringen, klingt in der Theorie gut, aber wir mussten oft bis zu 15 Minuten warten, bis ein Fahrzeug verfügbar war – absolut inakzeptabel! In unserem Badezimmer fanden wir Schimmel an der Decke, der Ventilator war defekt, und die Elektrogeräte schienen aus den 1970er Jahren zu stammen – alles war alt und in einem schlechten Zustand. Ein weiterer großer Kritikpunkt ist, dass die halbe Anlage bereits geschlossen war, darunter die Neria Beach Bar, das Kalamata Restaurant und das Umi Teppanyaki Restaurant. Es gab keine Animation, und das Hotelpersonal war offensichtlich stark ausgedünnt. Wir waren bereits zum vierten Mal in einem Rixos-Hotel (Rixos Sungate Kemer, 2x Rixos Premium Kemer), aber dies war leider die teuerste und zugleich schlecht

Lovely property. This is my fourth time staying here (first time with child). Staff in general is welcoming and kind. Food is delicious. Facility is well maintained. Grass is nice. Beach is nice in general. Sea needs more frequent cleaning. However our experience was less pleasant this time, we had a few problems: (1) Kids club manager lady was extremely rude and very unpleasant. She humiliated and insulted our toddler in front of everyone- just because a toddler wanted to play with some balls. We did not make a problem at first, but after three days of rude behavior, especially towards my husband, we had to complain. Rixos is supposed to represent Turkish hospitality and they are number 1 in luxury segment within Accor group. So I highly suggest they employ Turkish staff who can represent Turkish hospitality. (This lady was not Turkish, so she does not have a sense of Turkish hospitality). (2) the kids club program schedule shown at the entrance never actualized, it’s basically misleading. (3) although we stayed in the highest room category, grand executive room, shower was full with black mold. I saw it while taking a shower, they immediately changed our room. But it was basically a loss of 1 evening of holiday for us -repacking, waiting for a new room, unpacking again. Could not even have dinner. (4) in the new room, the whole night we listened to the wood bugs (living inside tables). Humidity problem. It’s a nice place, we have been a bit unlucky this time.

Room was clean,spacious with a beautiful view ! Staff was professional and very helpful with a great attitude.

Es war sauber, ruhig und wir waren sehr zufrieden. auch unsere Asissten waren super, sehr schnelle Reaktionen:) Vorallem Berkay, sehr sympathisch und hilfsbereit.Immer wieder würde ich dahin

Unutamayacağımız harika bir tatildi. Servis tek kelimeyle mükemmeldi; herkes güleryüzlü ve özenliydi. Odamız konforluydu, muhteşem bir deniz manzarasına sahipti ve tüm beklentilerimizi fazlasıyla karşıladı. Yemekler hem çok lezzetli hem de özenle sunulmuştu; kokteyller ise en iyi barmenlerin ellerinden çıkmış gibiydi. Servis son derece hızlıydı . Odamız her zaman tertemizdi; temiz havlular ve düzenli yataklarla konforlu bir konaklama deneyimi yaşadık. Ayrılmak istemedik. Bu otel bizim için adeta ikinci evimiz oldu. Rixos çalışanlarına misafirperverlikleri ve dostane yaklaşımları için teşekkür ederiz. Seneye görüşmek üzere😊

I am EXTREMELY disappointed! because my family and I, all three of us contracted COVID-19 and suffered food poisoning during our time at the resort. The rooms are very dirty, with dirty facilities and rooms that showed signs of mold. Additionally, the behavior of the workers in the lunch room restaurant was highly concerning, as we observed them sneezing without covering their mouths near the food. This experience has left us deeply dissatisfied and concerned for the health and safety standards at Rixos Premium Bodrum. I urge you to take immediate action to address these issues and i need you to look into reimbursement to keep me as a customer with Expedia. I tried to cancel my rest of itinerary and take back my money through rixos management but they refused to do so. This is the WORST resort, everyone should avoid!

The aircon did not work and when asked we were informed that the entire property had only heating. Had to spend 6 nights in heat, sleep was compromised

Beautiful landscape and scenery. Outdoor and indoor amenities exceptional.'All' staff were welcoming, helpful and professional. Guest relations Selen and Nazifah were superb ensuring that you have a trouble free, relaxing vacation. Food was fresh well presented and delicious. Rooms are dated needs upgrading with to modern-day. The rooms were very comfortable.

The setting and hotel itself was beautiful. The room we had was absolutely amazing. Food, drinks and service were very good, although it was end of season so limited on restaurants and choice of dishes.

We had a great time at Rixos Bodrum with our 3 year old son. Best bits: The beach was perfect for us. Beautiful water, calm, sandy, backing on to natural olive and palm trees. The rooms were large and comfortable and had everything needed. The place generally had quite a premium feel. Service was good, staff go out of their way to help you. Holiday assistant is a good concept and Yelda and Berkan were always there to help us with any requests. Everything else was really good too, except for a few points that could have been better… We were attracted to the hotel’s natural setting and were disappointed by the road noise you could hear from the balcony on the room. They did try their best to move us to another room further from the road but none were suitable as either had no view or were in very busy part of the hotel next to the lobby. Ultimately we put up with the road noise. Most of the a la carte restaurants were expensive addons. We knew this so can’t complain but do think it is something they should address by offering lower rates or perhaps a limited number of visits with no charge.

I had a spectacular time staying Rixos Premium Bordrum. I received a room upgrade. Room was clean and huge with good view of beach from balcony. Omer was exceptional keeping me updated on events at the hotel and replies fast should I have questions or need assistance.

The room looked extremely outdated, with no renovations having been done since I was last there 10 years ago. To make matters worse, instead of the nice ocean view shown online, my view was blocked by other buildings, and I was given two beds instead of one. Definitely not coming back to this hotel.

Hotel was nice enough, nice rooms and facilities. But it was let down by its service. Many staff do not speak English making it hard to communicate. Also there was an incident in its kids club where a kid went missing!

We’ve stayed at Rixos Premium Bodrum multiple times and it never disappoints. The facilities, food and drink are excellent quality and you feel like you are in great hands with a fabulous team - Berken, Secil and Asya were very helpful with answering our questions and arranging things for us. We love lunch’s at Peoples overlooking the beach and taking the odd taxi into Bodrum. Thank you for another relaxing stay!

We’ve stayed at Rixos Premium Bodrum multiple times and it never disappoints. The facilities, food and drink are excellent quality and you feel like you are in great hands with a fabulous team - Berken, Secil and Asya were very helpful with answering our questions and arranging things for us. We love lunch’s at Peoples overlooking the beach and taking the odd taxi into Bodrum. Thank you for another relaxing stay!

Es war grundsätzlich alles gut und der Assistent Berkan Yorgun war sehr hilfreich. Allerdings war der Service bis auf im Godiva Kaffee leider sehr schwach. Es hat sich so angefühlt als gäbe es Personalmangel und jeder Tee oder Kaffee der bestellt wurde kam ohne Löffel und ohne Zucker und das jedes Mal. Auf den Shuttle mussten wir warten und zwar 40 Minuten. Ständig wird einem das Besteck im Restaurant weggenommen, aber nicht ersetzt. Bei den Kellner konnte man meistens die Bestellung nicht zu Ende abgeben, da Sie meistens vorher schon wieder weg war. Das Becken für die Kinder war nicht beheizt. Also kaum zu benutzen Ende September (Wasserverschwendung ), aber das Hotel ist voll gebucht. Das Essen war gut. Die Aussicht ist wunderschön. Das Meer ist ein absoluter Traum. Ich kann dieses Hotel nur für Erwachsene empfehlen. Das Angebot für den Kinder ewar bis auf den Rixy Club begrenzt.

We had a great time at Rixos Bodrum with our 3 year old son. Best bits: The beach was perfect for us. Beautiful water, calm, sandy, backing on to natural olive and palm trees. The rooms were large and comfortable and had everything needed. The place generally had quite a premium feel. Service was good, staff go out of their way to help you. Holiday assistant is a good concept and Yelda and Berkan were always there to help us with any requests. Everything else was really good too, except for a few points that could have been better… We were attracted to the hotel’s natural setting and were disappointed by the road noise you could hear from the balcony on the room. They did try their best to move us to another room further from the road but none were suitable as either had no view or were in very busy part of the hotel next to the lobby. Ultimately we put up with the road noise. Most of the a la carte restaurants were expensive addons. We knew this so can’t complain but do think it is something they should address by offering lower rates or perhaps a limited number of visits with no charge.

We had a lovely 3 night stay in the Rixos. The staff couldn't do enough for us. It was especially nice to have dedicated team members available to us on whatsapp. A special thanks to Yelda and Birkan who were on hand all of our stay. The food at the buffet and the Kalamata restaurant was delicious - really good quality and variety. The gym and activities were great and the beach and pool staff were so helpful in finding us beds and bringing drinks whenever we ordered. Every evening was different singing and music. A lovely relaxing stay.

Great service, location and standard of room. However poor quality of food offering in the buffet restaurant and people’s restaurant. Limited choice of food and most of it was served cold. The Italian al a carte option was considerably better. The hotel had one white, red and rose wine option and sadly the white and rose wine were always served warm.

Essen deutlich besser als erwartet, Zimmer sind super, Kids Club non plus Ultra, alle sehr freundlich, wir fanden es einfach optimal!

Excellent room. We went during quiet season and some restaurants were closed but the main buffet restaurant was outstanding in terms of variety and really good quality. The beach area is lovely and the water sports facilities were a highlight.

Rixos Bodrum is set in a stunning surrounding. The hotel is high quality with great facilities. We were not aware at time of booking that only the buffet restaurant and beach restaurant was included in the premium all inclusive package and you had to pay extra to use other restaurants (unlike other top hotels we have experienced where you get to use other restaurant’s during your stay), so please be aware of this - we booked via Expedia and this was not made clear. Otherwise the staff are all super friendly and helpful. Great family holiday destination.

The setting and hotel itself was beautiful. The room we had was absolutely amazing. Food, drinks and service were very good, although it was end of season so limited on restaurants and choice of dishes.

My husband and I had spent 8 days at Rixos Premium Bodrum resort. It was a wonderful experience and an extremely pleasant stay. First, the guest relation people are always available, they are really helpful and they share everyday schedule on WhatsApp. We would like to thanks especially Julia, it was always a pleasure to chat with her. Second, all the staff are very lovely and always eager to help in all the areas of the resort. We would like to thank especially : Bunyamin, mehmet and Heuweyda in Turquoise restaurant, Vlada the coach of the stand up paddle. Bekir in the olivo restaurant. Sorry if I spelled your names wrong, but I really wanted to thank you (hope you read my comment). We highly appreciated the quality of the room, thanks again for the upgrade, the executive suite was wonderful. The resort location and facilities are breathtaking. The beach is really clean. Wherever you are in the resort the view was always beautiful. Finally, the choice of food is very rich. We really enjoyed the variety of excellent meat and fish dishs and the traditional baklava is so delicious. We hope to see you soon. We would definitely see you soon!

The hotel and grounds are really beautiful. Staff is attentive and great food

Food was amazing, staff were very friendly and service-minded. The resort overall was very beautiful and pleasant. Also very child-friendly with an amazing kids club and waterpark. Only downside was our room was quite far from the main lobby area/main restaurant and we often had to wait a few minutes for the shuttle bus. Also there could have been more entertainment options.
