A complete nightmare. Do not stay here if you actually plan on sleeping. ​The architectural design of this hotel is a disaster: the room hallways are entirely open, looking directly down onto a reception area and act as an echo chamber, remains incredibly noisy past midnight and early in the morning. To make matters worse, the rooms have zero soundproofing and face a busy street, meaning you will hear every single moped and truck and as if they were driving right through your bed and bar music. ​When we complained on morning, the staff’s only response was a dismissive: "You should have asked to change rooms." ​Let’s be realistic: packing up your bags, getting dressed, and moving across a hotel in the middle of the night is not a viable solution after midnight. It is completely unacceptable to shift the blame onto the guest for the hotel's own structural and environmental failures. ​No commercial gesture and zero customer service. Terrible value for money. Save your money and go elsewhere if you value your rest. Nethertheless, good breakfast.

The hotel was very easy to find and we were able to use their underground carpark. The check-in lady was super friendly and had us sorted out in no time. Our room was super clean and spacious with almost everything we needed. There was a fridge but no tea or coffee making which would have been nice. The bed was very big and very comfortable. Our room was very quiet the whole time we were there. The breakfast was excellent with a good range of all things you'd expect. This is a very nice hotel and we would definitely stay here again.

Only a one night stay but met our needs nicely. Very modern hotel and a parking garage. Breakfast was €12 a person and I felt it was worth it.
