This hotel is located on the main road heading into Jaca from the north. Free parking is available on the road behind the building. Everything in the room is as it shiuld be apart from the sink in the bathroom which appeared to be missing its end cap so the water was splashing sidewards. Apart from this I would stay here again

Good postioned hotel. Not far to walk into the main shoping & dining areas. They have secure parking. Pool was nice but limited sunbeds & umbrellas. A good choice of breakfast items but the 'hot' food was cold.

Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was great. We paid extra for the spa and it was worth it. We could not use the kitchen in our room without permission from front desk.

This hotel is situated with walking distance of the centre of town. Free parking is available on a side road at the back of the building. The room is spacious and has a king size bed made from two singles pushed together. There is also a large settee so the room could easily sleep three. The doors to the rooms slam hard if you let them close by themself. The noise can be heard when guests in other rooms let them slam.

La atención de los recepcionistas, excelente. Amables y deseando ayudar. Ante todo. Ahora bien, al entrar en la habitación encontramos una puesta a punto deficiente: habían cambiado camas y puesto toallas, lo demás no parecía haberse tocado. El suelo estaba lleno de pelos, como la bañera. La estantería del mueble del baño tenía mucho polvo y no habían recargado el gel. Nos quedamos helados y nos dió bastante asco. Me cuesta pensar en el hotel, en cuanto estrictamente a lo que alojamiento se refiere, como un 4 estrellas. Una cosa es que haya cosas anticuadas o estropeadas y otra la falta de higiene en la limpieza.

Lo mejor de todo: Habitación grande, con balcón. Buenos servicios, como el restaurante del hotel y bonitas instalaciones. Lo peor de todo: Para dormir 3 personas el sofá cama de la tercera persona no es cómodo. Por otra parte, las habitaciones necesitan una reforma. El garaje si dispones de un vehículo muy bajo precaución con las rampas porque puede rascar en el suelo.

A one night stop over again. Stayed here a couple of years ago and was very satisfied and the same this time. Friendly & pleasant staff, nice size comfortable bedroom. Ideal location & on site parking with direct access by elevator to hotel reception or rooms. Pleasant bar and good value breakfast.

The hotel booked two different youth groups at the hotel..same night. Too much noise..late at night. Staff was unresponsive. I almost called police due to excessive noise. By 11:30 things quieted down..but earlier, doors were slammed, kids ran the hallways, and general noise from music, laughter, and chatter was overwhelming.

Très bruyant, jeunes dans l’hôtel qui faisaient la fête tard dans la nuit. Appels à la réception, la deuxième fois (comme ça ne s’améliorait pas) ils ont simplement cessé de répondre au téléphone… manque important de professionnalisme. Certainement pas un hôtel 4 étoiles selon les standards que nous avons eu l’occasion de voir.

Très bruyant, jeunes dans l’hôtel qui faisaient la fête tard dans la nuit. El hotel está muy bien, la habitación es muy grande y la piscina está muy bien. Lo único que para ser un 4 estrellas se ve un poco anticuado. No nos gusto el trato del personal, ya que a la entrada hicimos el check in antes de la hora, nos fuimos a comer y volvimos a las 15:00 y la habitación todavía no estaba. Y a la salida me querían cobrar otra vez la habitación siendo que la había pagado por internet.

This is a nice hotel that is a 5 minute walk to the old city. We paid extra for a room with a kitchenette which was convenient for keeping our breakfast things, making coffee and keeping our beers cold. There is a grocery store on the same road as the hotel, on the way to the old city. There is also free parking in a lot 2 blocks behind the hotel. It backs onto the castle grounds. There are two decent restaurants near the side entrance to the Cathedral and several more behind the Cathedral that have tables outside in a big sunny plaza. The staff at the hotel were really nice and helpful.

This is a nice hotel that is a 5 minute walk to the old city. Habitación grande y cómoda, aunque la puerta de acceso al balcón estaba atascada. El aire acondicionado también era difícil de regular o no funcionaba bien. This hotel is located on the main road heading into Jaca from the north. Free parking is available on the road behind the building. Everything in the room is as it shiuld be apart from the sink in the bathroom which appeared to be missing its end cap so the water was splashing sidewards. Apart from this I would stay here again

Good postioned hotel. Not far to walk into the main shoping & dining areas. They have secure parking. Pool was nice but limited sunbeds & umbrellas. A good choice of breakfast items but the 'hot' food was cold.

This is a nice hotel that is a 5 minute walk to the old city. We paid extra for a room with a kitchenette which was convenient for keeping our breakfast things, making coffee and keeping our beers cold. There is a grocery store on the same road as the hotel, on the way to the old city. There is also free parking in a lot 2 blocks behind the hotel. It backs onto the castle grounds. There are two decent restaurants near the side entrance to the Cathedral and several more behind the Cathedral that have tables outside in a big sunny plaza. The staff at the hotel were really nice and helpful.

Fuimos para ir a esquiar, justo enfrente del Hotel teníamos una tienda de alquiler de equipos de esquí, farmacia, un par de supermercados y facilidad de aparcar, una zona de carga y descarga en la puerta del hotel para dejar las maletas y muchas plazas libres en la calle trasera del hotel.

This hotel is situated with walking distance of the centre of town. Free parking is available on a side road at the back of the building. The room is spacious and has a king size bed made from two singles pushed together. There is also a large settee so the room could easily sleep three. The doors to the rooms slam hard if you let them close by themself. The noise can be heard when guests in other rooms let them slam.

A one night stop over again. Stayed here a couple of years ago and was very satisfied and the same this time. Friendly & pleasant staff, nice size comfortable bedroom. Ideal location & on site parking with direct access by elevator to hotel reception or rooms. Pleasant bar and good value breakfast.

El hotel no estaba mal pero le hacia falta una mano de pintura. El bufet desayuno muy malo, frio, poca variedad, eso ha sido lo peor no merece los 10 euros por persona. La gente del hotel muy amable es lo mejor que tiene este hotel.

Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was great. We paid extra for the spa and it was worth it. We could not use the kitchen in our room without permission from front desk.

Todo muy normal El hotel necesita una actualizacion hay cosas descuidadas com el suelo de nuestra habitacion con zonas semilevantadas. El zumo del desayuno inbebible, si és un 4 estrellas tiene que poner un zumo de naranja natural y no ese brebaje. La zona de piscina muy bien. Otra cosa que no se entiende és que en la cafeteria no te hagan un bocadillo por la tarde o noche pero si lo hacen para desayunar aunque la cocina les funciona en horario de tarde/noche. Vamos que no les da la gana.

En general el hotel está bien, la situación es ideal para visitar la ciudad y la zona. Una piscina pequeña pero perfecta para pegarse un baño. Es la segunda vez que voy a este hotel y se nota el paso del tiempo. Necesitaría una reforma en las habitaciones. Las paredes presenta bastantes desperfectos y los armarios/cama se ven un poco antiguos. El bufet del desayuno algo escaso pero en relación al precio pagado no está mal.

Great location. Secure parking for motorbikes (they kindly charged one car space for 3 bikes). The staff were amazing. Very helpful, always pleasant and willing to 'go the extra mile'. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel but the bar food was great. I would definitely go back.
