Outside this wonderful property you will find a large shared terrace where you can prepare a delicious barbecue and enjoy it all together thanks to the numerous tables and chairs at your disposal. The little ones, meanwhile, can play in the playground or run around to their heart's content. Please note that as this is an apartment, there are neighbours all around, so there is only partial privacy. Inside, you will find a cosy living-dining room with AC fireplace and TV, where you can relax on the comfortable sofa, or have a drink with your loved ones at the dining table. The kitchen is open to the dining room, has a ceramic hob and is fully equipped for comfortable cooking. When it's time to sleep, you can use either of the two bedrooms with radiator and TV. One has a double bed and the other has two single beds. Up to two more people can sleep on the sofa bed in the living room for an extra charge. A bathroom with bathtub completes the stay. You will be able to use the washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board that you will find inside the accommodation. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide you with a cot and a highchair. Orba is a small village located in Alicante. We recommend you visit its old town, as it retains much of its original charm, with its narrow cobbled streets and traditional style houses. A few kilometres from the accommodation, you will find the Mirador del Pla de Petracos, which offers the best panoramic views of the mountains in the area. For hiking enthusiasts, the route of the mills is a trail not to be missed, as it runs along the Girona river, passes several restored mills and is a wonderful way to enjoy the nature of the area and its rich history. The nearest beaches are Playa de Dénia and Playa de Jávea, both with crystal clear waters and white sand that are perfect for swimming, sunbathing or water sports. If you need it, you can buy firewood for the fireplace by paying a supplement on arrival. The capacity of this property is 4 + 2 guests. The base rate covers 4 guests; for each additional guest, an extra charge will apply. If the booking does not include payment for these 2 additional guests, the extra beds may not be prepared or available for use. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are welcome.
