Beautiful house with a private swimming pool located in a very quiet residential area, just 9 km from the beach and the centre of Lloret de Mar. Ideal house to enjoy a holiday with family or friends on the Costa Brava! Maximum capacity for 8 people. Outdoor area with private swimming pool (8x4m), barbecue and a large shaded terrace where you can enjoy pleasant breakfasts and meals. Open-air parking for two cars. Interior area with dining room with television and fireplace, fully equipped kitchen with everything necessary for cooking: cutlery, pans, fridge, microwave, toaster, oven, dishwasher and washing machine. Yes, you can enjoy meals as if you were at home! It has 1 bedroom with a double bed (135x180cm), 3 bedrooms with two single beds each (90x190cm), 1 bathroom with bathtub and 1 bathroom with shower. Optional portable electric heaters with supplement: €50/week (must be requested before the day of arrival). Free WiFi. - Pets accepted only upon prior request and with a supplement of €35/week/pet, and the deposit will be in cash and will be returned a week later by bank transfer. Group bookings for young people accepted only upon prior request. - Bed linen and towels are not included. Cost 8 euros/person/bed linen and 8 euros/person/towels. - Cot and high chair: 5 euros/day/cot, 5 euros/day/high chair Regulations and special deposit for young people: A cash deposit of €150/person for houses and €75/person for apartments must be paid. This will be returned one week after the client's departure once it has been verified that the property is in perfect condition. Celebrations and making noise after 22:00h are strictly prohibited. In the event of non-compliance with any of these premises, the client must leave the property without the right to any type of refund. Vila de Tossa, no. 80 Lloret de Mar (Girona) Tourist tax Upon arrival, it will be necessary to pay the tourist tax which is mandatory according to the Catalan Government.
