Xaloc is a small and family-friendly residential complex located just 30 metres from the fine sandy beach. Ideal for families, due to its proximity to the town centre where you can find all kinds of services, as well as a sports centre and a children's playground with swings. The residential complex offers a lovely swimming pool. Penthouse apartment located on the second floor (no lift), with three bedrooms, two bathrooms (both with bathtub), American kitchen with a practical bar to the dining area, living room with access to a south-facing terrace (with awnings), from which stairs lead to the private upper terrace of 60 m² furnished with a dining area and a slatted awning. Includes a covered parking space. It has air conditioning in the living room, ceiling fans in the bedrooms, washing machine and dishwasher. Capacity 6 people. NO YOUNG GROUP IS ADMITTED (ages under thirty). NO PETS ALLOWED. Our apartments are delivered clean and include bedding and towels (1 bathroom-shower/person, 2 toilet/bathroom). Includes fortnightly bedding change. We recommend you bring a small kit with cleaning/laundry products/various items. Pressure cooker, mixer, toaster, and hairdryer are not standard. If any of these are essential to you, do not forget to bring them! Key collection will be done at our offices, at C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE No. 7 PLAYA DE XERACO, from 1:00 pm. There is the possibility of key collection outside office hours, by requesting it in advance and having previously deposited the deposit. The exit and evacuation of the accommodations will be carried out before 10:00 am. Keys can be deposited inside the accommodation after consultation, or returned to our offices. Upon arrival, you will have two options to deal with possible damages: either leave a deposit of €150 that will be returned after apartment review, or contract an ACCIDENTAL damage exemption (Insurance) for €28 non-refundable. The Xeraco City Council offers and manages a free public WIFI service throughout Xeraco beach (service not guaranteed inside apartments). Xeraco beach offers lifeguard service in high season, as well as a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream shops, supermarkets, press, pharmacy, and many other services. The water entry slope is gentle, ideal for children and seniors. It is a very family-friendly beach, with little traffic, surrounded by fantastic nature and landscapes. In low season, we recommend having vehicle access to move around the region, where there are many cultural and gastronomic visits worth seeing. There are many hiking routes, both in the mountains and through the marshland. The latter is very popular among ornithologists. The l'Ahuir beach, a stretch of virgin beach without buildings, due to its environmental and ecological weight, where birds nest and we find native plants, is undoubtedly another experience for the visitor. Let's not forget fishing, which can be practiced on beaches, sea arms, and rivers.
