Dusit Thani Pattaya is a pleasant resort with very nice outdoor areas. The pools are good, and there are plenty of sunbeds available, which makes it easy to relax by the water. The common areas and lobby are spacious and well presented, and the overall resort layout is enjoyable. The rooms are of a good size, and I would recommend choosing a sea view room, as the location offers great views over the beach and coastline. The hotel is also well located, close to the beach, which is a clear plus. That said, the hotel is generally quite worn and feels dated. Great property. Spacious rooms. Right on North Pattaya Beach. Pools are excellent. Tennis courts in great condition. No real complaints, other than not many channels on the television and they are not smart TVs, but who goes to Pattaya to watch TV anyways.

3日間泊まりました。朝食ビュッフェが最高でした！建物内に滝が流れているため素敵な空間になっており、メニューも豊富で美味しかったです。滞在中毎日少しずつ変わってました。少し古い感じはしますが、綺麗で静かでスタッフさん達の対応も良く値段も安めなのでまたパタヤに行った際は泊まりたいと思います。ソンテウの始発？終点？も目の前なので移動もしやすかったです。マイナス点は 1日目にトイレにゴキブリ、2日目はカナブン？のような虫がでました。電話をしたらすぐ来てくれて処理してくれました。2日目は部屋を交換してくれると言われましたが荷物の移動がかなり大変だったのでそのまま過ごしましたが、3日目は大丈夫でした。

We had a room overlooking the pool and beach, which was kept spotlessly clean every day. Due to having a sea view room, we were entitled to use the club lounge; which is well worth the little bit extra in cost. This comes with complimentary drinks and snacks each evening on the 08th floor, as well as a smaller breakfast area which is less crowded.

This hotel is showing its age. We were told we received an upgrade, with kitchen and living area adjoined as the hotel said they were booked. Unfortunately we ended up with a two twin beds, not the king that we requested. The bathroom only had a tub/shower which proved very hard as my husband has a disability with his leg, the water changed temperature constantly during your shower as well. The toilet stopped working and started flooding the floor…which took them all day before they actually repaired. They did reimburse me a bit…but from all the hotels I’ve stayed in over my many visits this won’t be on my list to stay again.

Overall quite run down but a beautiful view . Room: smelled and looked quite old , with some renovation it’ll be a great room and hotel Staff: not very friendly . Reception staff that we interacted with never smiled and were emotionless. Checkin was very slow even though there’s no queue Hotel felt understaffed . We saw people bringing rats to let go in front of the stairs beach area. There was no security or staff presence there , allowing people to litter and bring rats from elsewhere to let go here on the sand

Great facilities and location. Pools are very nice and plenty of chairs. Breakfast buffet was great. Only issue was check in was at 2 and I had 3 rooms and they weren’t ready until 3 so sat for an hour. Manager needs to be helping check in staff vs sitting in an office as there wasn’t a sense of urgency and we sat in the lobby for an hour.

Beautiful, older property attached to the beach. Pools and outdoor areas were maintained perfectly. Some indoor areas showed a little age but housekeeping did a wonderful job cleaning constantly. Breakfast & happy hour food and drink in club area was very good. Service was impeccable.

Terrible customer service. Staff always look frustrated and hardly seen them smiling. Room service is pathetic and hardly got anything on time and had to give multiple reminders always. Staff who arrive for room service never had a smiling and friendly approach looked angry most of the times. The operator at room service was rude most of the time. We spent so much of money with 8 rooms and this is what we got instead.

Safe and quite walkable to a big shopping mall . what I liked is the property has a side entrance to beach road if you want to avoid the lobby and the long walk .away from the noise but so close to get to about anything and anywhere.

Spent 3 nights here, lobby and grounds are very beautiful. Very good breakfast. We had a cocktail in the bar and it was probably the best mai tai I've had! We also had a meal near reception, lovely thai food. Very comfy beds in pool area. Bedrooms are as others have said, a bit dated, especially the bathroom. Bed large and comfy. I found the pillows a bit soft, spoke to recepion, and a firmer one brought up straight away. All of the staff were very polite. Great stay.
