Frukosten var dålig. Rummen i dåligt skick. För få stolar runt poolerna. Fick plats först på eftermiddagen. Endast en bar var öppen på en av poolerna. Värdefacken fanns endast i receptionen och var endast åtkomliga mellan 8-20. Smutsig strand med fimpar och kapsyler. Riktig turistfälla i detta område Jomtien. Fick åka långt för att hitta en bra restaurang.

Good location with excellent facilities, pool, on site massages, good food, pool bar, helpful efficient and friendly staff. Hotel is opposite a lovely beach and has easy access to central pattaya, shopping malls, restaurants. This is our third visit and will definitely stay there again

Lovely hotel, friendly staff. Only thing i didn't like was the frosted glass sliding doors dividing the sleeping area and the bathroom. However, the stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The pool areas are really good, nice and clean.

Morgenmaden er kedelig og ensformig, manglende bacon og ordentligt pålæg til børn gør oplevelsen mindre tilfredsstillende. Desværre er hotellet overrendt af russiske gæster med en tankegang om, at de har overtaget herredømmet over verden. Dette kan påvirke atmosfæren negativt. Hygiejnen er et stort anliggende, da der dagligt er kakkelakker på badeværelserne i værelserne. Værelserne er desuden tydeligt nedslidte, hvilket skuffer i forhold til tidligere besøg. Priserne i poolområdet er urimeligt høje i forhold til faciliteternes tilstand. Poolen lider også af nedslidning, hvilket gør det svært at retfærdiggøre de overpricede priser. Det eneste lyspunkt er det venlige personale, der trods udfordringerne gør deres bedste for at imødekomme gæsternes behov. Jeg håber, at ledelsen vil tage disse feedbackpunkter til efterretning for at forbedre oplevelsen for kommende gæster.

The hotel and staff are great. Staff are so friendly. Hotel is in a great location right across from Jomtein Beach. The room was clean with a beautiful view. Daily housekeeping. Nice breakfast buffet. I loved everything about this hotel with one exception....the shower water would go all over the bathroom floor. I had to put a towel to soak up the water each time. A simple glass slider or even just a rim along the floor to stop the water. But again....this is my only exception.... everything else about this hotel was superb. The staff, view and location....10/10🙏

Servicen har dalt siden sist vi besøkte hotellet. Rommet ble ikke fullstendig rengjort og ryddet hver dag. Aircondition lagde masse rare lyder. Frokosten ok, men veldig mye folk til tider, vanskelig å finne bord. Bassengene og område rundt er veldig bra! Kort vei til stranda, bare å krysse gata 🤗. Til tider noe vanskelig å finne parkering.

I booked in a superior room where the sewage water has bursted They didn’t offer me any other option even the room stinked really badly I was forced to take another room which they charged me double They advertised that there is a gym on the hotel which was the most shameless gym I have ever seen in my life Never will stay at that hotel again

given a room with 2 twin beds pushed together to make a queen sized bed after falling in crack I requested a full size bed. I had to move to another room for this. When arrived in new room a/c did not work. It took 1-1/2 days to repair. the buffet had same food every day for 3 weeks. wow. I think concrete floor softer than bed, my body ached at night because it was harder than any bed I have ever slept in.

The Grand Jomtien Palace must have been a real palace in her hey day. The overall condition of the common areas was good but my room could have used a refresh, new door hardware, coat of paint and a general make over. However that is small potatoes as the room was large and housekeeping was on point.

I’ve had some issues with this hotel in the past but decided to give them another chance as the view and the location are fantastic. On arrival I was not happy with this room so I went to reception and I met a wonderful lady who is the reception manager and her name is Gift. Not only did she allay all of my concerns but she also made it her personal attention to look after me which was so very satisfying. I was moved to a suite which was very generous. I could not be happier with the service this time around and in particular attention from Gift. I would have no hesitation returning and starting again. My room was very grand an extremely palatial living up to its name. I could not be happier

Excellent location , staff very efficient and friendly. SO clean. Yes, rooms a bit dated especially the bathroom but everything worked and they have clearly spent money in a lot of bar, toilet and restaurant areas. We had top floor deluxe sea view.

The staff for horrendous on entry another hotel that lives by its own Policy and will probably die that way. Just because you have a 2 PM check-in doesn’t mean you should make people wait if the rooms are ready. Someone needs to teach these people about customer service. Not only Check In but check out. I still love the hotels, location and the sunset rooms for the balconies facing forward I would not stay in the back in the so called chalet, which are just rooms at the back. The girls at the front desk are absolutely useless and all they do is chatter amongst each other and laugh and carry on while you’re busy waiting to get a room check and pay your deposit, sign your forms, etc. They have no customer awareness or care. One girl in particular Was absolutely clueless kept eating her food

Great location..Good pools.. Bathroom needs replacing with new shower, (not over the bath). Great eateries close by and Tuc tuc 10baht out the front along beach road . Rooms very large with good seating and balcony with sea views..All in all good value enjoyed our 4 night stay
