Very below par standard not rated much higher than a 3*. We stayed at pool rooms were many floors are rotton and barriers unsafe to to wood rot. Main poil area not cleaned while we were there. Over priced beer at THB 210 yet whist on beach THB 60. Highly recommended to view on other hotels as this on is tierd

The resort was great! The staffs were friendly and helpful. The swimming pool and gym were nice and updated. The massage area (spa) looked really amazing like the one I saw in movies. Too bad couldn’t use it since it was all booked. The building is a bit dated though. Must be built in. 90s. North Pattaya is calmer than the main Pattaya. I will still visit it again.

This hotel had a great breakfast in the morning. So many options, everyone was happy. They have several pools for you to choose from and a great beach. The kids had fun exploring at low tide. The atmosphere at night was fun and thriving.

Really recommend this place. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Pool area is very clean and gym Sunset by the pool and beach was amazing. Call upgraded to an executive room because it was our anniversary was very please with all the service. Would like to give a special thank you to Angelo by the pool.

Fantastiskt poolområde och trevlig bar samt restaurang vid stranden. Rummen börjar vara gamla men har sköna sängar. Vi hade club rum som absolut var värt extra kostnaden med god mat o dryck på kvällen.

The checkin went smoothly but after that the nightmare began. The rooms are very dirty and the furniture is broken, so you feel the age of the hotel. They have just 2 elevator, so you need min. 5 minutes to go to your room. When you are on the upper floor, you probably stop on every floor on the way back to the ground floor. Most disappointing is how the staff treats you. Advertisement picture are not reflecting the reality!! And you can hear your neighbors beside you and on there level above you as well

The building we stayed in was quite old. The bathroom was dirty (there was a large wad of long hair in the shower when we arrived) and had a bad odor. Some of the others in our group had better experiences but the language barrier made it very difficult to communicate my concerns

NOT A FIVE STAR HOTEL!! Rooms in Lanai were poorly maintained and not well cleaned. Clearly old. Toiletries(soap & slipper) were missing and we had to call to receive them. When they delivered them, they forgot the soaps. In our assigned room, the plumbing was broken-- the toilet did not flush and the sink did not drain. We had to move rooms and the new room had trash on the floor. The toilet flush was still bad. There were also lots of bugs and a spider inside the provided towels that gave me a scare. The architecture of the buildings had a lot of random up and down stairs that made it tiring to walk. You would go up only to go down! Breakfast buffet was okay, but the menu stayed pretty similar every day. Drinking glasses were small, like shot glasses. Food was cold. The staff were nice though, particularly a man at the restaurant was very high energy. The pools were kind of murky and not that big. Daybeds were an extra cost. As for the beach, the water was smelly and there was trash in the ocean. The ocean water was not clear and looked dirty, though once you got in deeper the sand was quite soft. The sand on the beach was hard. There are better hotels...this felt like a 3 star hotel

For room cleaning is not properly well, as my room was very tidy and after cleaning by staff, always missing something (such as towels, shower gel, shampoo etc...), and also they didn’t replaced bed liner after I’ve stay there 7days!! Not clean the floor while I could find some rubbish under the dressing table.

At checkin we discovered the room was dirty and when walking outside we saw the water in both pools was so dirty that you could not see 1 feet through it. The pools also smelled very bad. My kids simply did not want to use the pools. We went back to reception and learned they knew the water was bad. The offered us an upgrade of the room as a compensation. We accepted that but during the night we observed that the aircondition did not work and the WiFi was so slow it was not possible to watch movies. Lucky for us we had brough our own soap because it was not possible to get soup out of the dispensers. Sound insolation was very bad and we could hear neighbours in many rooms. The next day they should fix both wifi and aiorcondwition but nothing was done. The told us many times it was fixed but when we checked it was not. After two days we decided to find another hotel. They did not offer us any compensation.

We stayed three nights in three different rooms. The room for first night, sink water was completely blocked, shower water did not drain properly. We asked to change the room. We were only given one night to a different room for the 2nd night. We were asked again to move to another different room for the 3rd night! The engaging of air conditioning system in the 3rd room was so loud as cars passing through all night long!

Near the beach! Things I like: daily bottled water supply. Breakfast is awesome! Everything is perfect except the aircon and desk chair. AC doesn’t have temperature control. I tried setting it to max temperature but the compressor still keeps on running. I caught cough because of being too cold. For the desk chair, it’s very uncomfortable! I couldn’t last sitting down more than 30 minutes!

Personelt var meget høflig og vedkommende. Faciliteter virket lidt outdatede og værelset virket meget meget moderne på hjemme siden billederne, men virket virket det gammelt og billigt. Suverænt udsigt til solnedgang. Anbefalling kan være en mere on-demand shuttle bus til delphin springvandet

Staff are very friendly like Reception K. Piera and Bow. Cafe staff Leo, Peter and Home. They are the Stars of the hotel who enhance the image and value of this property. Look forward to see more enhancements made by new F&B Director Toby on variety snd quality of foods in breakfast buffet and the new Salad station. Dark sunglasses shouldn’t be wearing by Banquet staff who comes to help in breakfast buffet. He can just “see “ and “no see,” just standing there with no eyes contact with customers and shouting to the staff in the noodles and egg stations in front of guests. Disturbing! Suggests add more hotel trainees who are trained by the cafe to serve the gussets with hearts with senses of belonging. Banqueting staff handling function by function, lack of heart to serve or to provide added value services to hotel guests like Leo, Peter, Home and other cafe staff, collecting empty dishes, refill coffees or drinks to guests when they have time. Regular guests should’t be down graded to lower grade of rooms because of regular touch up of rooms as there is no added value and room size is the same with hot water problems (now fixed by Piera) , pvc writing mat on the desk are chipped, on the contrary pencil are provided in room , people are using note book now. The interior designer should be fired. In the new hotel , interior is even must better and serve to the guests’ needs . The damaged drainage ditch covers near the cafe tables with umbrellas should be replaced asap

After COVID, some staff still not familiar for serving customers. Some easy requests are handled very rigidly. Not capable to handle during heavy workload. The facilities become old which really needs decoration. Easy access to swimming pool is my only reason for selection in this trip.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. My mom used to stay at Pullman twice a year for 3 weeks each time. This time we needed to extend her stay for 9 days because she had a Dr’s appointment at Bangkok Hospital but the hotel didn’t have the same room category through Expedia. The hotel demanded cash to keep the same room. When i spoke to hotel directly and to Expedia, I was told that no payment was necessary to stay in the same room. However, at check out they withheld $240 for the room after we spent thousands of $$$ over the year. If they sold out the room that’s a different story but don’t demand money from your regular customer. Petty and sad business model. It’s not about money but about service. Needless to say we will not be back.

1)Reception charged THB 2,000 credit card for deposit, instead of holding on to it. I found out few days later that someone has tried to use my credit card but was declined by my bank. This is the only place I used my travel credit card. My card was canceled to prevent other suspicious activities. 2)it is inconvenient for handicap who needs wheelchair for move around. The ramp is way too steep and needs help from staff. 3) we booked 2 connecting rooms one was ready but the other was not ready by check in time. Though that connecting room was done we were not able to get in as there is not enough staff to send up the key card. 4) someone smoked at night and it came through the vent. We reported the reception and it took them forever to come up to check. My brother has to go to the reception himself to get someone to check what is going on. They have to move to another room to escape from the cigarette smell. 5) overall the staff are friendly and helpful, except the front desk.

Front Desk or the F n B staff are very friendly and courteous. With the new arrival of the F n B Director, looking forward to see more positive changes. The arch shaped desk in the newly renovated rooms are not very functional. Desk should be attached to the wall. Now things easily dropped onto the floor. Glad to see the hot water problem in the shower resolved this time. I almost got burned with the hot water in the so called newly renovated rooms last time . Thanks to the Ms Piera FOM who insisted so much with the Engineering Department to resolve the problem. Captain Ow at the poolside restaurant is a real STAR of the hotel who is working hard running round to serve and to supervise the operation. Greet all the guests . He knows regular guests. Bell Counter staff are real friendly people.

First off I want to say I actually had to pay twice for my stay. It was no ones fault but my own. I accidentally made the reservation for the wrong day but luckily they had rooms available. The lady at the front desk was so pleasant and accommodating. This is an amazingly beautiful hotel with a grandiose entrance featuring an indoor koi fish pond and waterfall with stunning views and a breakfast buffet that's simply breathtaking!!! .... No need to look at any other hotel locations STAY HERE!!!!!
