The hotel is nice and seculded being right in the city. I was here during a big, weeklong festival and I could sit around the pool and gardens and be at peace. I could walk 20 yards and be in the festival. They have a wonderful breakfast spread, too.

My cleaner Dao did an excellent job the room was always clean and well presented. Avani has great staff and an amazing swimming pool. It is well located next to a shopping mall, pubs and restaurants. My go to hotel in Pattaya.

Das Hotel hat eine gute und trotzdem ruhige Lage. Die Mitarbeitenden sind sehr freundlich und und bieten einen guten Service. Die Gartenanlage ist sehr schön. Das Frühstück ist toll. Der Pool ist genügend gross. Das Zimmer war gut und renoviert. Nur der Boden im Zimmer und das Badezimmer sollten noch renoviert werden. Alles in allem: Empfehlenswert mit kleinen Abstrichen

Nice property. Benihana on site, close to walking street, only thing I did not like was the bathroom. Not great privacy, shower was a high tub and water goes everywhere, I mean everywhere!!!

Rigtig god pool, placering og morgenmad, men nok forventet lidt højre engelsk kundskaber, men ok. Generelt en god oplevelse til prisen, men trækker kraftigt ned når man forklare 3 gange om at man har 20% rabat på mad og drikke og det ikke bliver forstået(manglede engelsk) og trukket fra regningen, samt ikke får den opgradering men er “blevet lovet” hvis hotellet ikke er fyldt(og det var det lang fra).

hotels .comでダイナースカードで申し込みしていましたが（予約時一部支払い、残金はチェックイン時支払いの申し込み）、チェックイン時、全額請求されて驚いて、フロントに説明しましたが受け入れられず、結局全額VISAカードで支払いました。どうやらダイナースカードはホテル側は扱っていない！と。しかし、申し込み時はダイナースカードで申請しましたので二重払いの可能性あると心配しています。だったら予約申し込み時点で使用可能なクレジットカードにしないとトラブルになると思います。いかがでしょうか？

Location was good, the pool was clean, and the breakfast was decent. However, nothing about the hotel justifies this price. I’ve often received better service at 3-star hotels. I arrived early and asked whether early check-in was available, and they immediately offered it at a half-day rate. Later, while I was working in the café at 9:40 pm, a waitress told me they were closing at 10 pm. I asked if I could stay a bit longer, but they said no. At 9:56 pm, she came back, removed my drink, and essentially asked me to leave. Additionally, I had already paid through Hotels.com, but they couldn’t find the payment and charged me again. They were unable to properly investigate the issue, and I had to resolve it myself.

Overall the property is good with a good location across the street from the beach and close by the walking street. The rooms are fine nothing special but good enough. The pool is good. The staff is friendly except for the front desk staff. They rudely told me that they don’t offer Expedia VIP upgrades even when I showed them on my confirmation email. It’s deceiving because the reason I chose the hotel was because they are in the VIP program. Prior to arrival the hotel bombards your email trying to sell you prepaid offers.

Fantastic place to stay 10 out of 10 to all staff, including the gardening staff. Miss Bee on reception went the extra mile as nothing was a problem. House keeping with Miss Ben, Miss Dao and Miss Tan did a great job daily. Breakfast was again "top draw" with a massive range of foods from around the world. Would recommend to all as the place to stay.

Gorgeous resort. Close to the active area, including walking street. Direct access to the beach (just need to cross the road). Despite the proximity with the crowd and activity : super quiet and feeling like in the country side so much the garden is big and sumptuous. Swimming pool is superb too. A wonderful hotel to spend time in Pattaya.

Pros: Very nice 5 star resort with nice rooms, nice pool and an excellent location. Cons: The resort is a bit old. Also the breakfast experience was not good since it was too busy, chaotic and stressful. However the food was excellent.

Surrounding area was very busy for nightlife, many variety of foods walking out the Avani Resort. Easy access to shopping with Terminal 21. Breakfast had a huge variety from Western food to foods of many cultures.

This is a great choice for Pattaya by the beach and near Walking Street and all activities. Great staff, spacious rooms, good bed, linens and towels. The pool area is a tropical paradise and breakfast buffet excellent! It’s a little dated but still a great choice!
