I was pleasantly surprised at the quality compared to the bargain price I paid, Hotel was awesome. Room was fantastic, clean modern, sound proof balcony, quiet and room service was excellent with fresh sheets everyday. Comfortable bed and pillows plus free coffee and tea, front desk staff were always friendly, keeping my safety and security paramount. Plenty of parking for motorbikes and cars, fully functioning gym with great little pool and lounges on the rooftop with a bar. Buffet breakfast was a great selection including fresh omelet’s and fruit with decent coffee, rotating selections daily, pastries and cereals, lots of hot selections too. Great for the solo travellers or families it’s a blend of everyone having a good time. Thank you Vista for the great stay at great price keep up the awesome work.

Three star hotel, worthy of the price 1100 plus baht. Location is good near the beach and terminal 21/marina food Court. Friendly staff and clean room. Gym small but it's okay. I didn't check out the swimming pool on 10th floor nether the breakfast.

Schönes sauberes Zimmer, gut ausgestattet und alles funktionierte. Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Gutes Frühstücksbuffet, was ständig kontrolliert und bei Bedarf aufgefüllt wird. Kleiner sauberer Pool. Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt und werden wiederkommen.

Die Unterkunft ist zwar nicht mehr die neueste aber ich finde sehr sauber. Sie liegt auch sehr günstig zwischen Beach Road und Second Road .In der Nähe ist ei großes Einkaufszentrum wo man alles bekommt. Auf dem 10 ten Obergeschoss ist ein Pool mit Kinderbeckendas zum baden einlädt.Es gibt ausserdem eine Dusche und Badewanne was auch sehr selten in Pattaya ist.Frühstück kann ich nicht beurteilen da ich Thailand nie mit Frühstück buchen würde.

A good location, close to everything. Rooms was nice and they gave me a free upgrade. Nice swimmingpool on rooftop. I didn't have breakfast, so don't know what that's like. It's only 100 meters to the beach.

Great hotel, not far from beach and shopping malls. Lovely pool area on roof and well equipped gym. Plenty of local food nearby. Breakfast was excellent and all the staff were amazing and very helpful. Rooms were nice and very clean. Great stay, thank you.

Sunshine Vista was very clean , room , bedding , towels changed every day . Pool area cleaned every day . One thing i would like to suggest is hotel could do with hand rails on stairs from level 1 to 10. All staff were very polite and helpfull .. Breakfast was very good anf plentyfull .. All in all excellent 3 week stay at Sunshine Vista ,hopefully we will return ......

I always stay in the 1-bedroom suite or studio, so I cannot speak to normal rooms. But I love staying here. The large rooms are very comfortable, especially if you're working remotely and like to bring / make your own food. Service staff is great. The only poor marks are a) the showers, which are average at best. So-so pressure and vanilla waterheads. A massage or rainshower shower would be better. And the location isn't great. Low season reasons are very good and a good deal. High season rates are not worth it and I won't stay there at those prices.

Good location. Quiet but still close to all interesting areas. WiFi worked great in the room, but terrible in the breakfast room. They did not clean my room one of the three nights we stayed. Hotel is old but still in very good condition. I would stay again.

All over Thailand they want to check the room after you have checked out. Feels like you are suspected of something. If something is missing in the minibar or if you have forgotten something. Throughout Europe, your credit card is entered as security for this upon check-in A wonderful place. The above applies to the whole of Thailand Minus The sound from the AC in the room, noise.

Lovely friendly staff. Nice clean room. Big balcony. Good breakfast. Great shower. Only negative was light entering room in morning from kitchen area for the first 3 weeks of my holiday until they fitted stick on blinds. At least it woke me in time for breakfast which ends at 10am. Would be nice to extend this to 11am.

I Would like to bring to your notice on what happened this time at your hotel , One of the evening shift staff breached the policy of trust in the hotel by disclosing the guest list to one of my visitors which ended up in a major argument and fight with my visitor . This is totally unprofessional on your team part and have stayed there many time but this is the first time one of your staff did this . As per law breach of my privacy i would have filed a case against the hotel for doing this but i would like you to take strict action on this matter, you can check your camera on 22 Jun-24 night at 8 to 10.30 pm what has happned and let me know what i am supposed to do for such actions from ur staff. So decided never ever to book at your hotel as i dont feel any more safe and the same has been communicated to all my friends who plan to visit pattaya to avoid this hotel.

What a disaster, I would never stay here again, rude staff On arrival they did not have my suite ready and said that they have moved me to s different hotel, standard room and further away. I still had to pay the same price for the suite even though the other was miles away from the beach and a cramped little room. No discounts or apologies. I will never book here again, there are loads of better hotels in the area.

Great location and although bars on the sane street but you cant hear anything from your room. 2 Mins walk from the main street bars/beach and restaurants etc. Hotel staff very helpful, receptionist girs day time always with a smile . Ill definitely recommend this hotel.

Our stay here was good! Staff was nice, property was clean and its only a block walk down to the beach. It was about a 30 minute walk to Walking Street but there is shops all around regardless. Only about a 10 minute walk to Terminal 21 mall.

Das Familien Zimmer war soweit okay! Einwenig waren die Möbel abgenutzt. Das Frühstück war leider gar nicht gut. Es gab nun trochenes Toastbrot. Die Auswal an Speisen war sehr bescheiden. Auch war es für meine Familie aus Thailand nicht gut. Auch beim Swimmingpool gab es gesundheitliche Probleme mit der Haut.

受付や掃除スタッフ、皆さんフレンドリーで笑顔で挨拶してくれます。朝食は、パンの種類が多く、ホットミールも毎日少し変わるので飽きずに食べられました。気になったのは、シーツや枕が湿っぽいでした。部屋に除湿機があればと思いました。でも、機会があればまた泊まりたいと思います。
