まぁよくあるTHAIの中の中級ホテル！我慢ができないほどの汚さもなく、建物が古いためそう見えるが・・・ただエレベーター🛗が一機しかなく不便❗️立地などは問題なく便利だが夜はバーが近く少し騒がしく思う。

Tres bel hôtel avec TV connectée et tout le confort nécessaire. Les 3 piscines sont sympas, dommage qu'elles ne soient pas plus profondes.

It’s my 8 times stay in this hotel , it’s very clean, the staff will for you anything you need, if you call the reception they will answer right away, The location is very good on Soi 8, Good and safe parking lot, the hotel security is 24/7 on the premises…. I always love to stay in this hotel

Generally a positive experience here, but a rough start. Staff is positive and very attentive. However, first impressions of the property leave you concerned (explained below). I booked the ocean view room, which was more of a "roof top and some ocean view", but a decent view none the less. The breakfast had alot to offer which was great, they could improve on quality of coffee, maybe include the option of espresso. The main floor pool and general area is quite nice. Ok, so the bad vibe at the beginning explaing: (1) The elevator servicing my tower is not clean and in bad repair. Walking to that box to start things off makes you really concerned about where you are going and what place you have picked. The rug is beaten up, paint and scratches everywhere, dirty and smelly. (2) After getting all unpacked, I lay down in my clean looking bed I quickly discovered a strong foul smell! Pure rot. Made me jump out of bed like the bed was on fire kind of smell! I pulled off the clean sheet to discover a very urine stained mattress cover! Housekeeping responded quickly and replaced everything, but unfortunately the offending liquid had made it\'s way through the mattress cover into the mattress and it was still too stinky. I am not sure how this could have been missed by housekeeping! Anyhow, as noted earlier, the front desk people are very positive and supportive and gave me three excellent options of alternate rooms to choose from. All was good from that point on. Thanks!

After I originally booked the property I was informed extensive renovations were under way but would be finished by 31st August, 2024. I arrived in early October after the cut off date for a cancellation refund. The renovations were still ongoing but I was informed they would finish the next day. They continued throughout my entire stay. They were supposed to start at 10.00 a.m. but started earlier. Hotel staff tried to blame the booking agent.

We had a beautiful room at the back of the property, but I can imagine that the rooms at the front might be a bit noisy at night with bars nearby. The buffet breakfast is amazing, with food for all tastes, including freshly made omelettes. The hotel staff is accommodating and very friendly. The hotel has 3 swimming pools, but we found the ground-floor one to be the best, with great cocktails and a happy hour deal between 2 and 4 PM.

It was good, AC was very loud and wifi has issues.

Les chambres sentent très mauvais et humides. C’est la première fois que je voie qu’un hôtel de cette catégorie ne fournie pas de Kleenex dans les chambres. Les dames de ménage sont très gentilles. L’Internet est un triple zéro, pas vite du tout , débarquait tout le temps, il faut reconnecter sans arrêt

My room was very clean and nice. The staff tool care of us. It is very centrally located which made for a great visit.

Maybe it was just my room, but there were many stains on the floor and walls. The shower door didn’t close, so water was everywhere.

Very lovely place,the staff are absolutely awesome,very friendly and helpful.Room was great,beautiful ocean view. Very clean,right next door to the Central shopping complex. Will definitely be back

Noisy at night

You get what you pay for. The room was fine, large with fridge. No soap, face washer and beware - the shower is over the bath with a decent step up. Definately not okay for anymore with mobility issues or dicky knees/hips.

Breakfast was excellent value. Room was good - facing the sea.

Unterkunft verfügt über drei Pools. Der Pool auf dem Dach war wohl das Highlight. Zimmer sind sauber und mit Klimaanlage, TV, Safe und Kühlschrank gut ausgestattet. Betten sind gut, alles wird täglich gereinigt. Die Auswahl am Frühstücks-Buffet war ordentlich, und sehr schmackhaft. Weniger gut war, dass mein Zimmer zur Straße hin gelegen war. Da sich im näheren Umfeld einige Bars befinden war Nachtruhe alles andere als leise und begann erst gegen 5 Uhr morgens.

The Sunshine is a great place to stay, clean comfortable room's, 3 pools a bar, cafe and excellent breakfast. It is close to the beach and many bars, stayed 9 days and will be back.

Nice location if you are interested in the busy night life. A near by bar plays live music all night which you can hear in the rooms. So not great if you plan to sleep early

Pleasant weekend stopover en route to conference in Laos. Hotel is conveniently located near central shopping mall and hotel is friendly and efficient. Only complaint was that the wifi sometimes did not work (about 25% of time)

Staff and Managers were outstanding and went above and beyond the normal hospitality to ensure that the customer is taken care of. I will definitely be staying there again. Thank you Staff for a great stay.

During my recent stay at your hotel in Pattaya, I received unparalleled customer service from Bella at the front desk. She was considerate, knowledgeable, detail oriented, personable, and professional. Through her overall performance she demonstrated a strong dedication to providing excellent customer service, and a stern loyalty to Sunshine Hotel and Residence polices and procedures. In addition, due to her language skills, she was able to communicate effectively with guests from multiple backgrounds. In my opinion, Bella is valuable employee worthy of consideration for promotion to a position with a higher level of responsibilities. Promotion of a customer service employee like Bella, would certainly further the customer service reputation of Sunshine Hotel and Residence itself. Her exceptional efforts made my stay much more comfortable than it otherwise could possibly have been.

Overall the hotel stay was pleasant. The hotel is easily accessible from the major road. The facility is a little dated and could be spruced up a little bit more. The room was quite comfortable with adequate towels and toiletries. It was especially nice to have the balcony with the sea view. The unfortunate part and the downside to this is that the room did not have hot water. The water was very lukewarm and it did not have much pressure. I did not appreciate having condoms on my nightstand for sale nor did I have a clear understanding of mineral water and bottled water. It turns out that the plastic bottles are considered to be mineral water, and if you use them, they cost 40 baht to replace vice 10 baht in the store. The glass bottles are considered to be drinking water, which is the opposite of what my understanding and communication with the front desk. I also found that the front desk was extremely rude while they presented themselves as English speakers they need to have a crash course in customer service, and courtesy. In the morning be ready for confrontation to enter the breakfast area. The door was blocked from my entering before I could present my room number. Overall, It was an uncomfortable and unpleasant experience. Finally make sure that your key card works because it took over a period of four days three trips to the front desk to get a update on my key card.

This was our second stay at the Sunshine Hotel and Residence and the whole experience was fantastic both time. The Hotel has one of the best location in Pattaya City Soi 8. The staff are the stars of the Hotel, the nicest, friendliest, hard working staff you will come across. Highly recommend a stay.

On all my trips to Pattaya By far this hotel is the best I've stayed. Only caveat It's on an entertainment Street And can be very noisy into the evening Try to get a room in the back sections NOT on the street side Excellent breakfast buffet Location is perfect

Great location close to Beach road. Staff is very courteous and always looking to help. Breakfast buffet is excellent with a variety of food items. Will definitely come back here in the future. Also wifi and a/c is very good.

I have stayed at Sunshine many times..never had a problem...I always book an ocean view room..a little more costly but I enjoy the beach view..Breakfast is really good...many choices and fresh fruit.

We were very happy with our 5 night visit. Location was very convenient to everything, re. Food, Shopping, Attractions and Transportation. Breakfast was great many buffet options that included a couple of Indian foods. Will return, Thank you!

Morgenmaden var fin og godt udvalg, alt personale på hele Hotellet var så mega hjælpsomme og altid smilende, vi følte os virkelig velkommen, dejlige værelser og rigtig god rengøring dagligt, vi kommer bestemt igen i 2026, kan virkelig anbefales andre.

The Sunshine is close and convenient to the beach and many bars, there a 3 swimming pools a swim up bar. Breakfast is very good and there is an all day cafe as well. The rooms are clean and the staff are friendly.
