I booked a short 2 nite visit on just 4 hours prior to arrival and they were super fast and friendly! Check in time was supposed to be 2pm and I got there around 145pm and they allowed to check in which was great! Sadly I didn’t use the pool or gym but it looks great! Location is near the beach but far away from all the bars so you can sleep peacefully at nite. I only had 1 small issue with the hotel card when using the elevator but when I went back to the front desk they fixed instantly! So I recommend hard rock. Although they were still in construction I had no issues walking around the lobby. I saw some nice guitar displays along with other cool photos and I’m sure once it is done it’s gonna like even better! 10 out of 10!

We love this hotel, now when they have updated room, there are great. Unfortunately I must recommend all of you to avoid Rock Royalties floor. The new lounge is so so bad compere to the old one. No more seaviev, cut back cocktails hrs from 2 to 1 hrs. no buffe neither for breakfast or coctailhrs. Breakkfast downstairs is a war zone, so loud and noice. BUT, we had the most lovely staff that sat us a table outside everymornige, so nice. Breakfast over all good.

Hotel is in a great location, breakfast is a must,sassy and that staff is amazing who brings you a birthday cake was a surprise then the out side bar staff with yada and bam bam food was great. Will definitely stay again

We had a great stay overall—I'd say 90% of the experience was excellent. The hotel is in a fantastic location, the facilities are great, and the staff were generally friendly and helpful. The only disappointment was the food. The poolside snacks were quite bland, and when I mentioned that the rice wasn't up to standard, I was surprised to end up in an argument with the server rather than having my concerns acknowledged. That could definitely have been handled better. That said, don't let this put you off. It was a small negative in what was otherwise a really enjoyable stay. I'd happily return for the location, amenities, and overall experience.
