Zeer knappe accommodatie in coloniale stijl.Alles picobello in orde. Zeer grote kamers. Toch wat contactgeluiden van kamers boven ons. Sommige parasols aan zwembad behoeven nazicht (gingen moeilijk open of er was geen pin om open te houden) Redelijk druk aan zwembad. Shutlle service naar strand is oké maar zou wel enkele keren meer mogen zijn (2x per dag om 10 of 12u naar het strand en om 14 of 16u terug) (wel al eens niet komen opdagen) Ontbijt voortreffelijk, geen avondeten genomen. Steeds uit gaan eten (20 min stappen)

Beautiful property, wonderful service, and conveniently located. Loved everything about it. The views and the pools are excellent. The breakfast buffet is also great…Free parking is also a bonus… The only downside is the long walk to the beach.

Beautiful hotel with fantastic views, staff and pool areas. Made to feel special from the moment we checked in. Spacious rooms with an extremely comfortable bed. Great options for breakfast and waiter service at pool areas. No sunbed reservations which made finding a sunbed at any time of day easy. Fantastic views meant a bit of a hill to walk back up to hotel, but very cheap taxi fare if you chose not to walk it.

Loved our stay there. Had an amazing sea view room. The only point I would raise is the music I could hear in the room every day all day due to the bar which is open until 1/1:30am daily from 8am onwards. This impacted my sleep. But the hotel, their restaurant, facilities were amazing.

Absolutely stunning property (compared to other hotels nearby who look like blocks of concrete), warm and attentive staff (special thanks to Gabriella and Francesca), beautiful room and great facilities (many swimming pools, gym, spa, exercise classes etc.). Cannot recommend highly enough

Beautiful hotel with the most friendly staff. We’ve been twice before, but this visit I decided to take a solo trip for myself as a treat. I was made to feel so welcome. I forgot to add when I booked a request for vegan soya yogurt. I asked the breakfast manager who ordered some in for the duration of my stay, it was no bother for them. I can’t fault this hotel, it’s relaxing and luxurious without feeling uptight. Cannot wait for our next stay here again. Amazing views as it’s ontop of a small hill Would be a bit of a challenge for anyone with mobility issues or bad knees as it’s rather steep walking down. However the hotel offer a free bus service down the hill to the beach 4 times a a day or a taxi is just a few euros

The hotel is fabulous. The only minor negative is I feel the sun beds are a bit close together. Staff are lovely, food delicious, Italian restaurant superb, prices reasonable.. Enjoyed the Pilates classes and the other entertainments.

Incredible hotel, service and grounds! From arrival drinks, taking our luggage and welcoming to our room, from daily room cleans, turn down service and room amenities such as clarins products and toiletries, everything was perfect. We were lucky enough to have a free upgrade on arrival too. Easy and free parking! Worked out cheaper us renting a car for the stay rather than the transfers. The service was impeccable. Attentive and friendly staff and pool service with a good selection of food and drink which were reasonably priced. Definitely deserves the 5 stars and would absolutely stay here again. My only feedback as an area of improvement would be the cocktails (and we tried almost all of them). They looked amazing however the mixers/ juices were all very sugary and didn't taste like the traditional cocktails. The pina colada being the exception, which was fantastic!

We had a lovely 8 days here. The staff were excellent, starting with a lovely welcome. Our room was lovely, beds comfortable and the room, indeed the hotel generally was kept spotlessly clean! It’s not near any restaurants though, which is something to keep in mind if that’s what you’re considering. We ended up paying for the buffet every evening, which turned out to be a good option - lots of choice. There are multiple pools to lounge about and plenty of sun beds. There is a cafe/bar service on hand all day around the pools and the food is of high quality. The breakfast, also a buffet, is served in the same place as dinner, which is on a terrace with fabulous views over the pools and palm trees of the hotel, and beyond to the sea and distant La Gomera. It’s a beautiful way to have a meal and a great place to watch the sun set! We had a glorious 8 days there, which is possibly a bit long in one place for us, but we would stay again!

The room was dirty especially the bath which was full and I mean full of hair. The hot tub was filthy and hadn’t been cleaned I actually did it myself twice to be able to use it. The outside terrace was dirty and hadn’t been cleaned. Also on our welcome we weren’t offered a welcome drink like everyone else who was checking in who got one! For €300 euros for one night definitely disappointed and definitely not 5 stars standards I expected. Will not return and will review on google and trip advisor to warn people to avoid.

Had a great stay at La Plantation in May. Lovely big room and bathroom which was super clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and seemed happy to be there. Special mention to Lily for the great daily yoga sessions! The food was also a real highlight with a great range of fresh salads, cheeses, bread and the cook to order fresh seafood and meats were delicious. Having a choice of king prawns, swordfish, sea bass and langoustine made the buffet worthy of 5* . We wanted a week of total relaxation and feeling pampered and that's what we got. Thank you La Plantation team. One small request would be to ensure that the adult only areas and expectations for the relaxation pool zone are reinforced by all staff. During our stay it was done by the pool staff at the beginning of the stay, which was great, but not midweek. Having selected the hotel for having a separate quiet adult only area this was important to us and probably to some other guests too. Other than that it was a fabulous experience which we hope to repeat!

Very relaxing and beautiful hotel. Had such a wonderful stay here. Property was clean and staff were so friendly and attentive. Nothing was too much of an ask for us. The concierge staff helped booked excursions, grab taxis and always did things with a smile on their face. Olivier at reception was so funny and always made us laugh and feel at home, he was one of our favourite people, thank you so much for making our stay so special. Bar staff were lovely too, and the cocktails they made a great! Best cosmo I’ve had in a long time. Breakfast was a HUGE range. Fresh pancakes made for you, big buffet to choose from. All round brill experience. We stayed in a villa with a hydro tub. Beautiful views and the villa was gorgeous. Housekeeping kept the place very clean and room service was prompt. I’d really recommend this place as a relaxing place to stay, and if you want a bit of peace then you would be good to book here. If you want to be in the action, there are closer hotels by the beach, but we didn’t mind waking the 5 -10 mins it takes to walk down. Taxis are cheap too if you want to go further afield

Fantastique hôtel. Nous avons eu un upgrade pour la nuit. Endroit magnifique. Chambre immense. Vue sur la mer. Parfait pour les gens qui souhaitent se reposer! Situé sur une colline, nécessite une bonne marche pour rejoindre la plage. Excellent choix pour Costa Adge! Dans la partie la plus élégante de la ville.

Loved our stay there. Had an amazing sea view room. The only point I would raise is the music I could hear in the room every day all day due to the bar which is open until 1/1:30am daily from 8am onwards. This impacted my sleep. But the hotel, their restaurant, facilities were amazing.

Stunning hotel with great facilities , food and the staff were extremely friendly. A very short walk from the main beach, stretch and shops. Rooms were spacious and well decorated and presented and the best power shower ever!

We’ve stayed here twice now. It’s an ideal place to stay for a few quiet days of relaxing in the sun by one of the pools. There are beaches not far off, but the hotel is on a hill, so the walk can be hard work in hot weather, although the hotel does offer a shuttle service. The rooms a lovely, although old fashioned, but very clean and comfortable - excellent comfortable beds. Also terrific buffet breakfasts to be enjoyed alfresco and I’d recommend half board as the evening meal (also a buffet) is worth having. We will return!

Nice hotel with good facilities. The room was nice, with an excellent bed and excellent shower, though could use some maintenance, especially the solarium rooftop. For a longer stay a proper fridge in stead of a minibar would also be useful. We appreciated the Nespresso machine and the good quality toiletries. Breakfast is above average. There is a lot of choice though it varies in quality. From excellent bread, cold cuts and pastries to cold coffee, cold pancakes and excessive mushy scambled eggs. I agree with the reviews that most of the staff stand out in a positive way, for example the housekeeping, the lady at the reception when we checked in and the guy bringing us to our room. But unfortunately also a few major exceptions that kill the vibe, like the guy at the reception of the spa that even made us leave due to his rudeness. Alltogether we absolutely had a good stay, though next time we will try another hotel.

The best service I have ever had in a hotel. Starting from the welcome to the hotel, the gentlemen greeting us took our car to the parking and offered to take our bags to the room, then we got offered a glass of champagne and we were taken to our room. The staff in the breakfast and pool area where so attentive and making sure to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. They always greeted us with big smiles. We took this trip to celebrate my husbands birthday and I did not mention anything about it but I guess they saw it in the passport and made my husbands day extra special with a surprise cake and champagne with a note in our room. Talking about the room, if you are still trying to decide if you should book the Villa, please do not hesitate. It was definitely the best decision we made. The views were amazing and we had the opportunity to use the jacuzzi though the stay, beautiful sunsets in the jacuzzi 😍 We will definitely be back to Vincci Selección La Plantación del Sur! Thank you very much to all the staff for making our stay this amazing! 🙂

My friend and I were really looked after by Walid and his team. On arrival there were a few issues which were ironed out in no time. The reception staff, maids and dining staff always met us with a smile and made sure there were no problems for us.Thank you for making our stay unforgettable.

The property itself was gorgeous. The cleaning staff at the resort were amazing. The reduction in stars is due to the check in process and the lady that checked us in. She was so concerned that the suite we were in was being occupied by two people instead of just one, even though I provided proof that I booked for two. She made us feel very uncomfortable. The bell staff brought us a glass of champagne each while the lady was hassling us over the reservation and never brought the glasses of champagne back after being asked to wait until after we completed check in. After the check in debacle, we toured the facility. When we inquired about the restaurant’s hours of operation, we again were treated rudely by the restaurant staff because we were not dressed formally. After over 24 hours of airline travel (with connections), I felt that the treatment was uncalled for by the restaurant’s staff. I refused to eat in the property’s restaurants because of the treatment we received the first night after check in. The breakfast selection was very good and the orange juice was delicious.

The staff were incredibly helpful. There was a small issue on our first day but Luz and Petra were amazing and resolved any such further issues. They both went above and beyond to ensure we were happy even though we only had a very short 2 nights stay. We are hoping to rebook for longer in December. Big thank you to Luz and Petra.

Zeer knappe accommodatie in coloniale stijl.Alles picobello in orde. Zeer grote kamers. Toch wat contactgeluiden van kamers boven ons. Sommige parasols aan zwembad behoeven nazicht (gingen moeilijk open of er was geen pin om open te houden) Redelijk druk aan zwembad. Shutlle service naar strand is oké maar zou wel enkele keren meer mogen zijn (2x per dag om 10 of 12u naar het strand en om 14 of 16u terug) (wel al eens niet komen opdagen) Ontbijt voortreffelijk, geen avondeten genomen. Steeds uit gaan eten (20 min stappen)

Fantastique hôtel. Nous avons eu un upgrade pour la nuit. Endroit magnifique. Chambre immense. Vue sur la mer. Parfait pour les gens qui souhaitent se reposer! Situé sur une colline, nécessite une bonne marche pour rejoindre la plage. Excellent choix pour Costa Adge! Dans la partie la plus élégante de la ville.

We had a lovely 8 days here. The staff were excellent, starting with a lovely welcome. Our room was lovely, beds comfortable and the room, indeed the hotel generally was kept spotlessly clean! It’s not near any restaurants though, which is something to keep in mind if that’s what you’re considering. We ended up paying for the buffet every evening, which turned out to be a good option - lots of choice. There are multiple pools to lounge about and plenty of sun beds. There is a cafe/bar service on hand all day around the pools and the food is of high quality. The breakfast, also a buffet, is served in the same place as dinner, which is on a terrace with fabulous views over the pools and palm trees of the hotel, and beyond to the sea and distant La Gomera. It’s a beautiful way to have a meal and a great place to watch the sun set! We had a glorious 8 days there, which is possibly a bit long in one place for us, but we would stay again!

Beautiful property, wonderful service, and conveniently located. Loved everything about it. The views and the pools are excellent. The breakfast buffet is also great…Free parking is also a bonus… The only downside is the long walk to the beach.

Great options for breakfast and waiter service at pool areas. No sunbed reservations which made finding a sunbed at any time of day easy. Fantastic views meant a bit of a hill to walk back up to hotel, but very cheap taxi fare if you chose not to walk it.

Just returned from an excellent weeks stay. The entire hotel is of a very high standard and exceptionally relaxing. Good pool areas and poolside dining. In our experience all the staff were very friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. Our room was spacious and had excellent sea views. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were heaven. Buffet food was themed everyday and there was a wide variety of choice. We tried the Meat Grill restaurant for a change (half price for half board guests) however it was a little disappointing. Overall an excellent hotel and I would certainly recommend it for a quiet relaxing holiday. Just beware that it is situated on a quite a steep hill so going for a gentle stroll could be a challenge if you’ve got any mobility issues.

Beautiful hotel with the most friendly staff. We’ve been twice before, but this visit I decided to take a solo trip for myself as a treat. I was made to feel so welcome. I forgot to add when I booked a request for vegan soya yogurt. I asked the breakfast manager who ordered some in for the duration of my stay, it was no bother for them. I can’t fault this hotel, it’s relaxing and luxurious without feeling uptight. Cannot wait for our next stay here again. Amazing views as it’s ontop of a small hill Would be a bit of a challenge for anyone with mobility issues or bad knees as it’s rather steep walking down. However the hotel offer a free bus service down the hill to the beach 4 times a a day or a taxi is just a few euros

The suite was fabulous, pool areas better than shown on website. Only thing that let it down was the food. Breakfast was great but not lunch at the pool restauarant nor dinner at the BBQ buffet dinner we went to.Then we ate outside of the hotel.

The hotel is fabulous. The only minor negative is I feel the sun beds are a bit close together. Staff are lovely, food delicious, Italian restaurant superb, prices reasonable.. Enjoyed the Pilates classes and the other entertainments.

We were lucky enough to have a free upgrade on arrival too. Easy and free parking! Worked out cheaper us renting a car for the stay rather than the transfers. The service was impeccable. Attentive and friendly staff and pool service with a good selection of food and drink which were reasonably priced. Definitely deserves the 5 stars and would absolutely stay here again. My only feedback as an area of improvement would be the cocktails (and we tried almost all of them). They looked amazing however the mixers/ juices were all very sugary and didn't taste like the traditional cocktails. The pina colada being the exception, which was fantastic!

We loved our stay from start to finish. Amazing staff. The breakfast was fantastic. Everyone was so kind and friendly. Incredible team. The spa were also wonderful. We only wish we had a kettle in our room and we would like bottled water each day.

Beautiful property with lovely staff. Breakfast was amazing. It is up a hill - not an issue for us but perhaps for mobility issues it would be. Loved the hotel.

The breakfast buffet was excellent, with hardly anything missing that you could possibly want. Plenty of Sun beds even though the weather wasn't brilliant and about a 15x mins walk to the local shops and restaurants. Nice Italian restaurant in house and the buffet dinner menus were extensive
