Great location in centre of Adeje area. Modern, impressive 5 star hotel. Mainly suitable for families. However there were sufficient pool & sunbathing areas for ‘ Adults only’. Staff were friendly & attentive & place was well managed.

Fantastic hotel for young families. Splash park, family pool, short walk to the beach, great kids clubs, nightly mini disco and nightly high quality varied kids entertainment from magic shows to acrobatics, all excellent. Would suggest better for younger kids rather than teens though, and certainly wouldn't be my choice of hotel if we didn't have kids. Few small issues with the room and the quality of food and price in the on site bars and restaurants which marked it down a star, but overall a decent stay.

Modern hotel, great central location right opposite the shopping centre and a few hundred yards from the beach. The gym is the only facility that doesn’t meet up to the five star standard, it’s small and doesn’t offer much. They could do with a more sociable bar, the one in the foyer lacks atmosphere and the Sky bar, although impressive lacks ambience. Rooms are great, big suites and nice views. Breakfast offered a huge selection. Kids and teen clubs are excellent and included in the price. Will definitely stay here again.

We travelled with a toddler who loved the kids pool and the mini disco at night and the staff were all very kind and friendly. Adult only areas were also great. Room was large and they left bottled water every day. Excellent hotel, would thoroughly recommend for a family holiday

Wonderful stay at GF Victoria. Everything was just as you would hope in a 5* hotel with excellent service at every point. The rooms were very spacious and well furnished, the pools had something for everyone and the activities were easy to book into. Lots of activities, such as tennis, were complementary but still easy to book, others, like wave machine surfing, had a small charge, but well worth it. The food in the hotel is exquisite, with some of the best breakfasts I've had in a hotel, you could easily stay for 2 weeks and have a different meal each morning. We didn't personally use the spa, but talking with other guests and they loved it. Well worth splashing out and treating yourselves to a stay here

Overall a nice property with good rooms. Breakfast buffet was varied and good quality. If you're seeking adult space, it can feel as though it's a bit over run by kids. There is a separate adults only area at breakfast but the 'quiet pool' area does allow children. It would be nice to have an adults only area here, in additional to the other family pool. The pool is very shaded by the hotel building until late morning and even into the afternoon, there are some significant areas that never get the sun. Hotel location is good with lots of amenities and restaurants within easy walking distance.

The hotel and experience from start to finish was 10/10. We ate most of our meals at the hotel because it was soo good! The staff couldnt do enough for you and everyone is so friendly. We loved that we could get fresh pool towels daily and that we were served at our sunbeds all day! We were even given access to the thermal journery in the spa for free and it was such a lovely and spacious spa, highly recommend using it. Even though the hotel clearly has lots of guests, it never felt full due to how big the hotel is and theres so many different areas to relax.

Great stay, specially for people with children. Housekeeping could have done a better job.

Amazing stay at the GF Victoria. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean and spacious. Having 2 toilets and 2 showers is a real bonus! We stayed in room 607 which had views of the pool, but no sun on the balcony. Next time i would try and get a balcony that got some sun We stayed half board and the food was fresh and delicious. Always a good choice. Lots of vegetarian options as well which is great. A lot of families and young children in the hotel. But the rooftop bar is adults only and there is an adults only section in the restaurant. I would highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely be back!

We have had a great time in the hotel. Perfect service, breakfast buffet was perfect, room was clean and good views, staff was very kind and we really enjoyed our time there. The different pools and kids pool were great and so was the animation. We will definitely repeat. The only negative thing was that you have to book spa and certain activities for kids at least one day before and we couldn’t do things on the day we wanted to. If you only stay there over the weekend this is not possible.

The hotel is very modern and clean and provides all the services you would expect for a 5*. The service was excellent. I would most certainly return back to there again.

Clean the room everyday

Day 1 we checked into the room and was extremely satisfied, however, this changed after a few hours. My child got a bug bite on her leg. At first we did not think anything of it. Then later she started screaming that there are bugs on her bed. We searched the room and found lots of tiny dark colored insects(I’m not sure if these are ants, but they do not look like the ants from the U.S.) then my other child starts screaming that there are these other white colored bugs crawling on the coffee table next to the beds. I looked closely and these are different from the dark colored ones on the bed. These are white, almost clear and very tiny, they look like some kind of mites. They moved us to another room that. We stayed the night because it was very late and would be very difficult to find another hotel and move with 2 little ones. We slept in the new room. The next morning, in day light, you can see a layer of dust covering the entire room, all over the furniture, baseboards, TV, lamps. This room clearly has not been in use for some time. The condition of this room was also not up to par with a 5 star hotel.I reported this and they cleaned the room. I also asked them to wash all of our clothes because we had unpacked in the first room with the bugs and mites. They did not charge for the laundry, and gave us 1 free dinner at the buffet. I wanted to leave and find another hotel, but my children and husband thought it was too big a hassle since we were only there for 4 nights.

Staff not very helpful or happy! Quite rude. Bed really hard! Not what it was three years ago.

Excellent hotel with lots of activities for children. Animation team were varied - some great, some not so much. Would avoid leaving children in the baby room. Rooms were the best I’ve stayed in when travelling with children. A bath and kitchenette were exactly what we needed. Hotel will also provide any additional things you may need - we asked for a bottle warmer and high chair. Treated my son’s allergy seriously and cooked all his food from scratch in the kitchen.

Unsere Harmony-Suite entsprach nicht der Beschreibung… entweder es gibt einen großen Balkon UND keine Badewanne im Schlafzimmer ODER es gibt eine Badewanne im Schlafzimmer UND einen einfach Balkon….

Excellent accommodation.. breakfast was fantastic, service was amazing. We will definitely be back.

The rooms are beautiful with a great patio. However for a 5 star hotel the service was poor with everything seeming like an inconvenience. We requested an iron and ironing board to our room, it was a death trap! Around the bars and reception we were ignored on all occasions. The exception being the cleaning team who were great and friendly.

Amazing staff, service, would recommend anyone to stay here! Will come back for sure.

Check out is at 12 noon. At 12:04 we had do not disturb sign on and a cleaning team used the card and still entered while I was dressing up.

An excellent hotel with lots of activities for the children and also options to dine out. The beach is only a 10min walk

Prachtig hotel voor met kinderen, maar toch nog zeker genoeg locaties om wat rust te vinden in het hotel (quite pool, spa,...) Vijf minuten wandelen tot aan een mooi (vulkanisch) strand. Enig klein minpunt is het buffet restaurant. Zelfs wanneer dit niet vol is is dit niet super gezellig en rumoerig.

Great location and facilities

The place is magnificent. Everything great. This is a classic tourist area with little authentic feelings.

This was our second stay and it was excellent again. Room was great, staff all excellent. Our 3 year old loved the kids club. Lovely pools, great dining every breakfast and dinner.

Family trip to Tenerife was amazing and the GF Victoria was instrumental in delivering a great experience as well as providing a variety of fun experiences for our family. Breakfast was delicious and full of options.

Great hotel for families, very nice room, great facilities and great location. The only downside is the price of the dinner buffet, which feels too expensive. There are better restaurants in the area for the same budget.

Der Pool war sehr schön angelegt. Der flache Einstieg für Kinder sehr gut. Leider waren die Fliesen am Pool teilweise kaputt und hatten scharfe Kanten. Als Stolperfallen erwiesen sich die im Außenbereich installierten Lichter. Diese ragen im gesamten Hotel aus dem Boden. Hier stolpern Kinder und Erwachsene gerne drüber. Durch die späte Öffnungszeit gab es keine Reservierung der Pool liegen, sehr angenehm. Das Personal war durchaus freundlich. Am Pool leider zu selten unterwegs, so dass man direkt zur Bar laufen musste zum bestellen. Das Essen war lecker, jedoch wenig abwechslungsreich. Obwohl es unterschiedliche Themenabende gab, unterschieden sich die Gerichte kaum. Durch die Bauweise des Restaurants war es dort oft sehr laut. Angenehmer war der Spielbereich für Kinder.
